        한·미 고등학교 가정과 교과서의 `가족` 관련 내용 비교: 건강가정 구성요소를 중심으로

        This study makes suggestions on the contents of home economics to form adolescents` values of a healthy marriage and family. For this objective, family-related contents of high school home economics textbooks between Korea and the U.S. were comparatively analyzed using a qualitative interpretation method, based on the elements of a healthy family. Obtaining nine types of high school technology & home economics textbooks (2009 revised curriculum), two types of high school home economics science textbooks (2009 revised curriculum), and five types of the U.S. home economics textbooks for grade 10 to 12, contents elements, described contents, pictures, illustration, and activity tasks of the contents were examined. This study discussed the implications of family-related content in home economics high school textbooks of Korea as well as presented suggestions to be used as basic data for the development of subject content. The results of the study can be summarized as follows. In the results of analyzing the family-related contents in home economics textbooks of both countries, Korean home economics textbooks emphasized the contents meeting a democratic and gender-equal family relationship, maintenance & creation of healthy family life culture, rational resource management, and support for children`s growth & development. However, U.S. home economics textbooks focused on elements such as economic stability of family, stable food, clothing, and shelter, open conversation, support of children`s growth & development, rational resource management, sharing family roles, healthy citizenship, and harmony between work and family.

        사회적 요구를 반영하는 미래 가정과교육 분야의 평생교육 내용 제안: 가족생활교육으로서의 내용과 프로그램을 중심으로

        Korean society is experiencing an increase in multicultural families and single households. The incidence of the MERS, epidemic in 2015, and the subsequent cases of child abuse have been major shocks to Korean society. In addition, there has been a steady increase in household debt, that is in danger of causing a serious crisis in the stability of our society and the family. The current demand for increased accountability in the democratic process is becoming an important topic. There is also an increased awareness of natural disaster preparation due to local earthquakes that have caused concern. At this point, the lifelong education in the home economics education field in Korea is in line with the changes and crises of various societies. Problems related to family life that have happened in the real life of learners stand in the place of the study with preventive character. It should provide the best alternative for family, home, and society, and help to overcome the problems of life. In order for lifelong education to respond to these social changes vis-à-vis Home Economics Education, it is necessary to develop: ‘formation and improvement education of family relationship’, ‘crisis prevention and management · coping ability training’, ‘safety education’, ‘learning communication and consensus processes’, ‘consumer culture education’, ‘ethics education on environment and resources’, ‘sustainability education’, ‘local education of family relationship’, ‘crisis prevention and management · coping ability training’, ‘safety education’, ‘learning communication and consensus processes’, ‘consumer culture education’, ‘ethics education on environment and resources’, ‘sustainability education’, ‘local economic activation education’, and other topics of lifelong education topics related to the field of Home Economics Education are required. Consequently, various related programs should be further developed and disseminated.

      • Experimental Study on Flow Characteristic in Sloping Weir

        <P> Drop structure is a key hydraulic structure used in river improvement projects for flood control purposes. However, as demand for riparian construction techniques with environmental considerations is increasing both domestically and internationally, discontinuation of aquatic organisms as a result of high head is raised as a serious issue associated with the existing drop structures. Accordingly, it has become necessary to install a drop structure with a mild slope rather than the existing drop structures with high head, so that the structure can function as a migration channel for fish, which is severed by the existing drop structures, and also improve surrounding landscapes. In this study, which was initiated based on the necessity as such, a drop structure of mild slope was defined as sloping weir and flow characteristics under different conditions were analyzed through a hydraulic experiment. Focusing on efficiency according to energy dissipation that takes place according to different gradients of sloping weir, particle sizes of riverbed materials and the effect of hydraulic jump occurring at the downstream of a structure, this study aimed at identifying flow characteristics according to the conditions of sloping weirs. The hydraulic experiment was carried out on a variable-slope channel measuring 0.6 m in width and 20.0 m in length. As for riverbed materials, materials with two particle sizes (16 mm and 25 mm) were selected. For the experiment, models with different slope ratios to the structure, such as 1V:2H, 1V:3H and 1V:4H, were created. For flow conditions and hydraulic jump locations, an amount of water satisfying four water level conditions by stage was flown according to water level at the inlet area. Then, eight points were selected from inlet area, drop area, jet flow area and downstream area by controlling water level at the downstream area and adjusting the location of hydraulic jump occurrence. Water level (<I>y</I>), flow velocity (<I>V</I>), length of hydraulic jump (<I>L<SUB>r</SUB></I>) and distance of hydraulic jump occurrence (<I>L<SUB>j</SUB></I>) were measured at the eight points. </P>

        측정자료 기반의 유사 수지 분석과 하천 측량에 의한 하상 변동량의 비교 : 금강 일부 구간에 대한 사례 적용

        하천의 유사량 측정자료는 다양한 하천 계획과 연구에 기초자료로 활용된다. 이 연구에서는 다년간의 하천 단면 측량 결과와 유사량 측정자료 기반의 유사 수지 분석 결과로 산정된 하상 변동량을 비교⋅검토하였다. 유사 수지 분석의 공간적 범위는 상⋅하류 경계 및 지류 하천에서 유량 및 유사량이 모두 측정된 금강의 공주시(금강교) 수위관측소부터 부여군(백제교) 수위관측소 구간이고, 시간적 범위는 2011년부터 2016년까지이다. 분석 결과, 분석 대상 구간에서는 6년간 2,430,243 ton의 유사가 퇴적되는 것으로 분석되었다. 한편, 대상 구간에 대하여 측량된 하천 지형을 이용하여 하상 변동량을 산정하였다. 그 결과, 저수위 기준의 퇴적량은 2,165,146 ton, 홍수위 기준의 퇴적량은 3,055,489 ton으로 분석되었다. 하천 측량 성과를 기준으로 볼 때, 조사된 하상 변동량과 유사 수지 분석 결과로 산정된 하상 변동량의 차이는 저수위와 홍수위 기준에서 각각 10.9%와 -25.7%로 분석되었다. Sediment measurement data are utilized as basic data for various river plans and research. The aim of this study is to compare between sediment budget analysis and riverbed monitoring results. The spatial range was from the Gongju-si (Gemganggyo) station to the Buyeo-gun (Baekjegyo) station in Geumgang, and the temporal range in this study was from 2011 to 2016. The estimated change in riverbed amount using the sediment budget analysis was 2,430,243 tons for sediments loaded over six years in the section. The analyzed riverbed changes sedimentation using the riverbed monitoring method were 2,165,146 tons based on the low level and 3,055,489 tons based on the flood level. Based on the riverbed monitoring performance, the relative errors in the sediment budget analysis results through sediment measurements were 10.9% and -25.7% for the low water and flood levels, respectively.

        프리스트레스 초고성능 콘크리트 I형 거더의 전단거동에 대한 해석 연구

        본 연구에서는 초고성능 콘크리트 I형 거더의 전단거동에 프리스트레스가 미치는 영향을 고찰하고 기존 영향식의 적용 가능성을 평가하기 위해, 21개의 단순지지 해석모델에 대해 3점재하 형태의 하중조건으로 재료⋅기하 비선형 해석연구가 수행되었다. 해석모델의 변수는 복부판 두께를 10 mm, 20 mm 및 30 mm로 변화하였고, 프리스트레스를 긴장재 항복강도의 0%에서 60%까지 변화하였다. 해석결과는 프리스트레스가 증가할수록 강도가 증가하였으나 균열강도에 비해 전단강도의 증진 효과가 낮게 도출되었고, 초기균열 발생 위치가 복부판 상단으로 이동하는 현상이 나타났다. 또한, 초고성능 콘크리트의 강도 증진 효과는 기존 영향식에 비해 낮게 도출되었기 때문에, 기존 영향식의 적용은 한계점이 있어 새로운 기준개발이 요구된다. In this study, material⋅geometric nonlinear analysis study was performed under the load condition of three point load type for 21 simple support analytical models to investigate the effect of prestress on the shear behavior of Ultra-High Performance Concrete(UHPC) I-girder and to evaluate the applicability of the existing influence equation. The parameters of the analytical model varied from 10mm, 20mm, and 30mm in the thickness of web, and the prestress varied from 0% to 60% of the tendon yield strength. The analysis result showed that the strength incresed as the prestress increased, but the enhancement effect of the shear strength was lower than that of the crack strength, and the initial crack location moved to the top of the web. In addition, since the strength enhancement effect of UHPC is lower than that of existing influence formula, application of existing influence formula is limited and new standard development is required.

        디지털 필터 기반 기저유출 분리 기법의 특성 및 적용성 검토

        디지털 필터 기반의 기저유출 분리 기법은 하천유량으로부터 기저유량을 분리하는 기법으로서 적절한 분석을 위해서는 필터 매개변수에 대한 추정이 요구된다. 이 연구에서는 4개의 디지털 필터 기반의 기저유출 분리 기법(Lyne-Hollick, Chapman, Eckhardt, EWMA)에 대하여 필터 매개변수 변화에 따른 분석 특성을 검토하였고, 적용성을 평가하였다. 각각의 디지털 필터 기법은 낙동강 지류 하천 중 5년간 연속된 유량측정 기록이 존재하는 대리 및 청송 수위관측소에 대하여 적용하였다. 기법별 적용성 평가 결과, Chapman 기법은 건기 시 기저유출 분리에 오류가 존재하는 것으로 나타났고, EWMA 기법은 기존 연구들에서 사용한 매개변수 범위 내에서 적절한 분석이 되지 않음을 확인하였다. Lyne-Hollick 기법과 Eckhardt 기법은 모두 필터 매개변수의 탐색 범위 내에서 적절한 결과를 도출할 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 다만, Eckhardt 기법은 상대적으로 필터 매개변수 변화에 따른 분석 결과의 변동이 크기 때문에 매개변수 결정에 신중을 기할 필요가 있는 것으로 판단되었다. Baseflow separation method based on the digital filter is a technique for separating the baseflow from the total streamflow, and appropriate estimation of the filter parameter is required for analysis. In this study, we reviewed the analysis characteristics of the four baseflow separation methods (Lyne-Hollick, Chapman, Eckhardt, and EWMA (exponentially weighted moving average)) based on the digital filter according to the change in the filter parameter and evaluated their applicability. Each digital filter method was applied to Daeri and Cheonsong stage stations, which have measurement records for five consecutive years for tributaries located of the Nakdonggang River in the Republic of Korea. The Chapman method had an error in the baseflow separation during the dry season. The EWMA method was not appropriately analyzed within the parameter range used in previous studies. The Lyne-Hollick and Eckhardt methods provided appropriate results within the exploring range of the filter parameter. However, in the Eckhardt method, we had to be careful in determining the filter parameter because the variation in analysis results was relatively large according to the parameter change.
