This paper presents the design of a stair climbing fixed flipper unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) for urban search and rescue purposes. Mobile flippers are being used in certain UGVs for enhanced mobility in rough terrains, however, the control algorithm of these platforms is complex. To add this enhanced mobility in the UGV and to reduce the intricacy of the control algorithm, anterior end of the tracks are lifted up which enables the UGV to pass over obstacles with relative ease. To prevent the rollover of UGV while moving on an inclined surface, an image processing algorithm was developed which halts the motion of UGV if the calculated slope exceeds the threshold value with a maximum error of about 8%. Furthermore, left and right track velocities along with the turn radius were also calculated.

Microtubules in the cell are influenced by internal and external stimulation and play an important part in conveying protein substances and in carrying out medications to the intended targets. Waves are produced during these functions and in order to control the biological cell functions, it is important to know the wave velocities of microtubules. Owing to cylindrical shell shaped and mechanically elastic and orthotropic, cylindrical shell model based on gradient elasticity theory has been used. Wave velocities of the protein microtubule are carried out by considering Love's thin shell theory and Navier solution. Also the effect of size parameter and other variables on the results are investigated.

Measuring the pollination potential of different native bees is helpful in identifying the most efficient species for their conservation and proper utilization. The current study was carried out at the Research Farm of The Islamia University of Bahawalpur to compare the pollination efficiency of four native bee species: Apis dorsata, Megachile bicolor, M. cephalotes and Megachile (Callomegachile) sp. Apis dorsata was the most abundant floral visitor of Grewia asiatica comprising 36.46% of floral visitors following by M. cephalotes and Megachile sp. The peak abundance of A. dorsata and M. bicolor was recorded at 12:00 and 08:00, respectively whereas for M. cephalotes and Megachile sp. at 16:00. Visitation frequency, stay time, body and proboscis length were significantly higher in A. dorsata whereas visitation rate, pollen load and pollen deposition were significantly higher in M. bicolor. The maximum fruit weight was recorded when M. bicolor and Megachile sp. had been the pollinators. The post-harvest fruit weight loss was lower in M. bicolor pollinated fruit -with more gradual wrinkling- than in fruit that had resulted from pollination by A. dorsata, M. cephalotes and Megachile sp. Our results suggest that M. bicolor was better pollinator of G. asiatica in terms of its reproductive success and post-harvest qualities. Further studies should focus on conservation of M. bicolor in the region.
NOVEL DECISION MAKING METHOD BASED ON DOMINATION IN m-POLAR FUZZY GRAPHS

In this research article, we introduce certain concepts, including domination, total domination, strong domination, weak domination, edge domination and total edge domination in m-polar fuzzy graphs. We describe these concepts by several examples. We investigate some related properties of certain dominations in m-polar fuzzy graphs. We also present a decision making method based on domination in m-polar fuzzy graphs.

Graphene and its oxides are the most extensively studied, fascinating 2-dimensional Sp2 carbon hybridizedmaterials. Due to its superior and excellent thermal conductivity, it is considered to be a practicalsolution for the thermal dissipation of electric machines electronic components. Furthermore, grapheneoxide invariably reduces electrical insulation capability, which is inappropriate for electrical machinesrequiring low electrical and high thermal conductivity. Therefore, we have created 2D-3D hybrid grapheneoxide (GO)-diamond (DM) micro-composite polyimide (PI) films for high temperature and electricallyinsulated environments of electric machines such as motors and generators. With a modest fillingcharge of 10 wt% GO with 10% diamond (DM), the maximum thermal conductivity of 1.83 Wm-1K1 isachieved for polyimide micro composite and is almost 11 times higher than that of pristine PI films. The 10% PI/GO/DM micro composite films also show lower electrical conductivity than other samples. Hybrid fillers with high thermal and low electrical conductivities are responsible for synergistic improvementsin experimental results.
Firms’ Technology Innovation Activity: Does Financial Structure Matter?

In this paper we estimate the extent to which financial structure influences technology innovation activity (TIA) in China. Based on a variety of specifications and by employing panel data estimation techniques, we find that a capital-market-based financial structure supports TIA more efficiently than a bank-bases financial structure does. Chinese firms in high-tech industry are getting privilege from overwhelming financial development in China to enhance their TIA. Private firms in particular are becoming more and more active in TIA by taking advantage of China’s developing capital market, whereas state-owned enterprises are advancing in technological innovation owing to continuous financial support from the state-owned credit market.
Mutational Analysis of the MTHFR Gene in Breast Cancer Patients of Pakistani Population

Objectives: Since methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) maintains the balance of circulating folate and methionine and blocks the formation of homocysteine, its regulation in relation to different cancers has extensively been studied in different populations. However, information on Pakistani breast cancer patients is lacking. The MTHFR gene has two most common mutations that are single nucleotide additions which result in change of amino acids C677T to Ala222val and A1298C to Glu429Ala. Methodology: 110 sporadic breast patients with no prior family history of cancer or any other type of genetic disorders along with 110 normal individuals were screened for mutations in exons 1 to exon 9 using single strand conformational polymorphism, RFLP and sequencing analyzer. Results: The p values for the 677CC, 677CT, and 677TT genotypes were 0.223, 0.006, and 0.077, respectively. Those for the 1298AA, 1298AC, and 1298CC genotypes were 0.555, 0.009, and 0.003, respectively. Conclusions: We found an overall a significant, weak inverse association between breast cancer risk and the 677TT genotype and an inverse association with the 1298C variant. These results for MTHFR polymorphism might be population specific in sporadic breast cancer affected patients but many other factors need to be excluded before making final conclusions including folate intake, population and disease heterogeneity.

In this paper, we introduce the notion of Cayley intuitionistic fuzzy graphs and investigate some of their properties. We present some interesting properties of intuitionistic fuzzy graphs in terms of algebraic structures. We discuss connectedness in Cayley intuitionistic fuzzy graphs. We also describe different types of ${\alpha}$-connectedness in Cayley intuitionistic fuzzy graphs.
Representation of labeling tree based on m-polar fuzzy sets

We introduce the concept of $m-$polar fuzzy labeling tree $G^\omega_p$ generated by $m-$polar fuzzy spanning subgraph $S^\omega_p$ and investigate some of its properties. We present the concept of bipartite $m-$polar fuzzy labeling graphs. Furthermore, we present an algorithm for finding an $m-$polar fuzzy spanning subgraph $S^\omega_p$ of an $m-$polar fuzzy labeling tree $G^\omega_p$.
