Seeded marketing campaign (SMC) is a newly created type of marketing activities with the widespread use of social media. Previous research has examined to find out the optimal seeding strategy that yields the best outcome from the campaign. This research explores the relationships between the characteristics of the seeded influencer and user engagement. The data consists of information from 1062 seeded Instagram posts posted in September 2020 in Korea and 778 seeded influencers who posted those contents. Analyzed by negative binomial regression, our quadratic model suggests that the relationship between user engagement and the number of followers of the seeded influencer draws an inverted U-shape, indicating influencers with greater number of followers may not always be the best choice for the marketers. Moreover, this research shows that the negative marginal impact coming from the huge number of followers can be attenuated when the influencer is an expert of the seeded product.

Tea (Camellia sinensis (L.) O. Kuntze) is a popular beverage consumed worldwide. To establish fundamental scientific data, we analyzed the amino acids and volatile compounds in seven tea cultivars grown in Korea investigated phenotype also. Phenotypically, the leaf area and greenness index of young shoots and leaf blades were particularly different among the four Korean cultivars. Nine amino acids were detected from each cultivar, with the total amino acid and theanine contents being 9.08–41.42 and 2.81–24.60 mg/g, respectively. Moreover, 107 volatile compounds were identified as common components among tea cultivars using headspace solidphase microextraction / gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (HS-SPME/GC-MS), and 38 key compounds were identified using partial least squares-discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) and hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA). The (Z)-linalool oxide (furanoid) concentrations were significantly high in Korean tea plant cultivars, and linalool concentrations were also high or low, but had high relative contents. Linalool and its various oxides are the major compounds responsible for the tea aroma. In conclusion, Korean tea cultivars have distinct characteristics, and the results of this study will form the basis for identifying Korean tea plant cultivars that can produce high-value tea products. Rice Peptide Deformylase PDF1B is Crucial for Development of Chloroplasts

Because protein synthesis begins with N-formylmethionine in plant endosymbiotic organelles, removal of the formyl group by peptide deformylase (PDF) is essential to allowing the excision of the first methionine. Rice contains three copies (OsPDF1A, OsPDF1B and OsPDF1B2) of the PDF genes. Unlike OsPDF1A and OsPDF1B, OsPDF1B2 is apparently non-functional, with several deleterious substitutions and deletions. OsPDF1A is more strongly expressed in the roots, while OsPDF1B is expressed at higher levels in mature leaves. Transient expression of PDF?green fluorescent protein (GFP) fusion proteins in the protoplasts demonstrates that, unlike OsPDF1A, OsPDF1B is localized in both the chloroplasts and the mitochondria. We used T-DNA insertional alleles to elucidate functional roles associated with OsPDF1B. Homozygous plants of pdf1b/pdf1b exhibited the phenotypes of chlorina and growth retardation. Histochemical analysis showed that the length of their mesophyll cells was increased 4- to 5-fold, resulting in a reduction in the total number of cells. Transmission electron microscopy analyses revealed that chloroplasts were severely damaged and mitochondria appeared to be mildly altered in the pdf1b mutants. Expression of genes encoded in the chloroplasts and mitochondria was altered in the mutants. Based on these results, we conclude that OsPDF1B is essential for the development of chloroplast and perhaps mitochondria.
OpenVX 기반 비전처리와 머신러닝을 활용한 PCB 외관 불량 검사 방법

IOT, 반도체, 디스플레이, 2차전지 등 여러 산업 분야에서 인쇄회로기판(PCB, Printed Circuit Board) 사용이 요구됨에 따라, 시제품 제작 및 소규모로 생산되는 PCB의 종류도 늘어나고 있다. 소규모로 제작되는 PCB의 경우, 생산 현장에서 전문가의 육안 검사로 진행하게 된다. 이는 작업자의 숙련도, 피로도 등에 따른 인적 오류(Human Error) 발생할 가능성이 높고, 복수부품에 대한 검사 시 부품의 개수가 증가하는 만큼 작업자의 검사 속도와 효율이 낮아진다. 본 논문은 육안 검사를 대신하여 빠르고 정확한 결함 검출 서비스를 제공하면서 저렴한 구축 비용이 드는 임베디드 시스템 기반의 PCB 외관 검사 장치를 제안한다. 빠르고 정확한 결함 검출을 위해 고화질 PCB 영상을 입력받아 비전 가속 처리를 통한 결함 후보를 찾고, 머신러닝을 이용하여 결함 여부를 판정 구조를 가진다. 또한, OpenVX 표준 프레임워크를 활용하여 임베디드 응용 개발자가 하드웨어, 소프트웨어 가속기를 통한 알고리즘 최적화와 동시에 전체 시스템 수준의 최적화를 진행하여 실행 성능을 높이고, 저전력 소모를 유도한다.
패치분배 시스템을 위한 효과적인 계층적 소프트웨어 아키텍처 표현 방안

소프트웨어 아키텍처는 설계자가 요구하는 사항을 개발자에게 전달하기 위해 사용된다. 많은 아키텍처 방안들은 코드 의존적으로 만들어 졌다. 이는 설계자가 요구하는 사항을 개발자에게 충분히 전달할 수 없다. 또한 현재 많은 네트워크 시스템들은 웹 환경을 포함하고 있기 때문에 본 논문에서는 웹 환경을 포함하고 설계자와 개발자간에 명확한 의사소통을 위해 사용될 수 있는 아키텍처 구성 방안을 제시 한다. 그리고 현재 많은 소프트웨어 취약점으로 인해 보안적인 문제를 가지고 있다. 따라서 불가피하게 패치를 개발하고 분배하는 방법을 필요로 한다. 현재 패치 분배 시스템의 개발은 타기종간의 분산 환경 및 패치 환경 그리고 웹의 개발에 의해서 복잡해 진다. 그래서 제안한 방안을 이용해 패치 분배 시스템을 구성 하여 제시한 방안에 의해 효율적으로 수행해 볼 것이다.
