In order to generalize the kinetics of attached microbial growth, an experimental study using C. F. S. T. R. was carried out. Significant conclusions are as follows; A) Deoxygenation rate due to the symthesis of attached microbes and the oxidation of substrate at 30℃ is 0.26 gr O₂·gr COD^(-1). B) The relationship between growth rate at 30℃ and substrate load is; G. R(in mg cell·cm^(-2)·hr^(-1))=4.66×10^(-5)·F·S_(0)(in mg COD·hr^(-1))+1.01×10^(-3)
