Purpose of this study was to identify influence of barrier to course of life and ambition on decision level of life course and to provide the result to dance major students to help analysing mental, sociological and environmental problems which could be faced with course of life. By using Straified cluster random sampling, 300 university students who major the dance were sampled as subjects through Choonnam, Daejeon and Gangwon area. Questionnaire data were obtained from all subjects by self-administration method, and 291(90.18%) out of 300 cases were used as valid samples. Results of the analysis could be summarized as the following. First, How did barrier to course of life influence to decision level of life course? Influence of skeptical level presented difference that no plan barrier was 0.1%, economic barrier was 1%, circumstance barrier was 5%. Negative level presented difference that no plan barrier and sexual discrimination were 0.1%, negative barrier of workplace was 1%, circumstance barrier were 5%. In the case of helping need level, difference presented that economic barrier was 5% and only factor. Influence to decided level presented difference only in no plan barrier at 5% level. Secondly, How did ambition influence to decision level of life course? Influence of skeptical level presented that no effort ambition was 0.1% and lead ambition was 5%. Negative level presented difference that no effort ambition was only and 0.1%. In the case of helping need level and decided level presented no difference. Third, What are difference of ambition of life course between the major and grade of the sample? Social dance major compared to Korea dance presented high scale in non - endeavor ambition. In the case of Endeavor, Korea dance major presented high scale compare to social dance. Difference of ambition of life course presented higher on 3rd grade than 1,4 grade students. Based on the result, Major influences to barrier to course of life and ambition and grade only influences toambition.

N/A Pathways both mediated by and independent of transferrin(Tf) and the TfR have been described for the accumulation of iron. Although it is not clear whether the same systems take up iron and gallium, these pathways may suggest the contention that uptake of Ga-67 can, in fact, occur by both Tf-independent and Tf-dependent systems and may share with Fe-59 in part the same mechanism for uptake. The predominant system by which uptake of both radiometals occurs may be different in the degree of the transformation af tumor. Transformed(MMSV/3T3) and untransformed(BALB/3T3) cells were incubated with luM of Ga-67-citrate of Fe-59-chloride for 15 min. at 37℃ in either the presence or absence of Tf. After then, the monolayers were washed with HBSS or PBS, and the cells were solubilized in 1% SDS for gamma well counting and protein determinations. There were similarities, as well as differences, in the pattern of uptake of Fe-59 and Ga-67 presented both in ionic from and as bound to Tf. Both radiometals appeared gain to cells in either ionic or Tf-bound forms. Transformed cells appeared to accumulate more radiometal, either Ga-67 or Fe-59 in the presence of Tf than do the their untransforemd counterparts. Conversly the presentation of either radiometal in ionic form resulted in significantly greater accumulation of metal by the untransformed cells than those transformed. The efficiency for uptake of Ga-67 or Fe-59 in the absence of Tf was greater than for uptake of the Ga-Tf or Fe-Tf. However, the magnitude of difference in efficiency of uptake was greater for Fe-59(10-fold) than for Ga-67 (3-fold). Our results Supports the theory that both Tf-independent and Tf-dependent systems for the uptake of Ga-67 both systems operate oppositely between transformed cells and those untransformed, with uptake by the predominating in transformed cells by the Tf-mediated system and in untransformed cells by the Tf-independent. The uptake of Ga-67 by tumor may share with Fe-59 in part the same mechanism.
Thermal spin-transfer torque driven by the spin-dependent Seebeck effect in metallic spin-valves

The coupling of spin and heat gives rise to new physical phenomena in nanoscale spin devices. In particular, spin-transfer torque (STT) driven by thermal transport provides a new way to manipulate local magnetization. We quantify thermal STT in metallic spin-valve structures using an intense and ultrafast heat current created by picosecond pulses of laser light. Our result shows that thermal STT consists of demagnetization-driven and spin-dependent Seebeck effect (SDSE)-driven components; the SDSE-driven STT becomes dominant after 3 ps. The sign and magnitude of the SDSE-driven STT can be controlled by the composition of a ferromagnetic layer and the thickness of a heat sink layer.

Platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) is a potent mitogenic and migratory factor that regulates the tyrosine phosphorylation of a variety of signalling proteins via intracellular production of H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> (refs 1, 2–3). Mammalian 2-Cys peroxiredoxin type II (Prx II; gene symbol Prdx2) is a cellular peroxidase that eliminates endogenous H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> produced in response to growth factors such as PDGF and epidermal growth factor; however, its involvement in growth factor signalling is largely unknown. Here we show that Prx II is a negative regulator of PDGF signalling. Prx II deficiency results in increased production of H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB>, enhanced activation of PDGF receptor (PDGFR) and phospholipase Cγ1, and subsequently increased cell proliferation and migration in response to PDGF. These responses are suppressed by expression of wild-type Prx II, but not an inactive mutant. Notably, Prx II is recruited to PDGFR upon PDGF stimulation, and suppresses protein tyrosine phosphatase inactivation. Prx II also leads to the suppression of PDGFR activation in primary culture and a murine restenosis model, including PDGF-dependent neointimal thickening of vascular smooth muscle cells. These results demonstrate a localized role for endogenous H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> in PDGF signalling, and indicate a biological function of Prx II in cardiovascular disease.
The Relationship Between Firing Modes and Nitric Oxide Emission In Highly Preheated Air Combustion

The influence of combustion air at temperatures on nitric oxide emission was studied. The nitric oxide emission generally increases with a rise in the temperature of the combustion air. However, if combustion products for dilution of fuel or combustion air are used before the combustion reaction, then the nitric oxide emission can be reduced even when highly preheated air for combustion air is used. Combustion in low oxygen concentrations flattens the firing mode, resulting in a uniform reaction, and, thus, low nitric oxide emission can be achieved.
