To simplify the different biological investigation of the methanolic extract and solvent-solvent partitioning of Lablab purpures (L. purpures) bark. In-vitro anti-oxidant study was determined using total DPPH radical scavenging assay. In vitro antimicrobial study was measured by observing zone of inhibition. The cytotoxic activity was studied using brine shrimp lethality bioassay and thrombolytic activity by clot disruption method. The antioxidant potential was evaluated by 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and Folin-Ciocalteau reagents using butylated hydroxytolune (BHT) and ascorbic acid as standards. The Aqueous soluble fraction revealed the highest free radical scavenging activity ($IC_{50}=48.76{\mu}g/mL$). The antimicrobial screening of the bark of L. purpures exhibited mild to moderate activity in test microorganisms. The CSF showed the maximum relative percentage inhibition against Salmonella parathyphi (34.2%) for bacteria and C. albicans (28.8%) for fungi whereas, lowest relative percentage inhibition against Sarcina lutea (22.0%) for bacteria and Aspergillus niger (24.4%) for fungi. In the brine shrimp lethality bioassay, The $LC_{50}$ values of Carbon tetrachloride and N-Hexane soluble fraction were found $92.18{\mu}g/mL$, and $68.95{\mu}g/mL$ respectively while the $LC_{50}$ values of standard Vincristine sulphate was $1.37{\mu}g/mL$. The methanolic extract and its organic soluble fractions of Lablab purpureus at concentration 2.0 mg/mL, significantly protected the lysis of erythrocyte membrane induced by hypotonic solution and heat as compared to the standard, acetyl salicylic acid (0.10 mg/mL). The MSF and AQSF produced 61.48 % and 53.75% inhibition of hemolysis of RBC caused by hypotonic solution respectively, whereas acetyl salicylic acid (0.10 mg/mL) showed 76.42%. Ethanol extract of L. purpures and all of its different partitions exhibited moderate thrombolytic activity of 37.25%-2.40%. Very good preliminary screening and simplified experiments were able to show the different biological activity of methanolic extract and its soluble fractions of L. purpures at a time.

Lentil (Lens culinaris Medik.) is one of the important legumes and cheaper source of protein in Bangladesh that displays great biological diversity. Isozyme, one of the most important protein markers to detect genetic polymorphism in lentil, whereas we considered thirteen- isozyme in six varieties viz., BARI masur-1, BARI masur-2, BARI masur-3, BARI masur- 4, BARI masur-5 and BARI masur-6. The highest polymorphism was found in tyrosinase isozyme system. UPGMA analysis revealed that the highest similarity between BARI masur-5 and BARI masur-6 whereas, the highest genetic distance between BARI masur-1 and BARI masur-5 reflecting higher intervarietal variation. Principal component analysis (PCA) also revealed the similar results that of unweighted pair group method with arithmetic mean (UPGMA). The first, second and third PCs contributed 81.58%, 11.19% and 4.94% variation respectively, with cumulative variation of the first three PCs was 75.45%. Consequently, Isozyme could clearly assed the genetic diversity at intervarietal levels and these two varieties can be considered as valuable gene resources for future breeding and conservation programs.

Based on the multiple-time-scale (MTS) method, a general formula has been presented for solving an n-th, n = 2, 3, ${\ldots}$, order ordinary differential equation with strong linear damping forces. Like the solution of the unified Krylov-Bogoliubov-Mitropolskii (KBM) method or the general Struble's method, the new solution covers the un-damped, under-damped and over-damped cases. The solutions are identical to those obtained by the unified KBM method and the general Struble's method. The technique is a new form of the classical MTS method. The formulation as well as the determination of the solution from the derived formula is very simple. The method is illustrated by several examples. The general MTS solution reduces to its classical form when the real parts of eigen-values of the unperturbed equation vanish.

In the present world, we are not only the consumers of information but creators as well. The virtual world of social media, which is considered a free open forum for discussion; provides its participants a chance to shape or re-shape the digital information by expressing opinions. These opinions generally contain different types of sentiments. Sentiment analysis is a tool that performs the computational study of identifying and extracting sentiment content of textual data that can be used to classify those public opinions posted on various topics in social media. In this paper, a sentiment polarity detection approach is presented, that detects the polarity of textual Facebook posts in Bangla containing people’s point of views on Bangladesh Cricket using three popular supervised machine learning algorithms named Naive Bayes (NB), support vector machines (SVM), and logistic regression (LR). Comparative result analysis is also provided between classifiers, where LR performed slightly better than SVM and NB by considering n-gram as a feature with an accuracy of 83%.

This paper proposes, designs and constructs an image recognition & voice technology based security system by highlighting the advantages of image processing technology and voice synthesis technology which are presence in the electronic market. This paper mainly approaches towards enhanced security by checking the tag image of the operator as well as recognizing voice which are validated previously by this system just using simply a web-camera or closed circuit television (CCTV) camera and a voice recording software system and gives the signal in terms of alarm, Alert Light, message via global system for mobile communication (GSM)/ general packet radio service (GPRS) to the consumer mobile number/the nearest police station’s mobile number.
