Hospital information System is a new research field; the generalized medical information includes all information products and technologies related to health. In this paper, we try to analyze rehabilitation factors related to senile liver cirrhosis concurrent hospital infections, by using the data from hospital information System .We select 60 senile liver cirrhosis patients received by hospitals from July 2012 to July 2014 as samples, review and analyze their clinical data, investigate relevant experts’ valuable recognition data, and explore factors related to senile liver cirrhosis concurrent hospital infection patients. Result shows that Senile liver cirrhosis patients are prone to hospital infections, and gram positive bacteria are the main pathogen. There are numerous rehabilitation factors, including age, aerobic exercise, complication, antibiotic, albumin, invasive operation factors, etc. Clinical staff should implement etiological treatment and establish corresponding preventive measures to reduce the incidence of hospital infections.

Objective: We investigated the temporal expression profiles of long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) and mRNA in the peripheral blood of pigs during development and identified the lncRNAs that are related to the blood-based immune system. Methods: Peripheral blood samples were obtained from the pigs at 0, 7, 28, and 180 days and 2 years of age. RNA sequencing was performed to survey the lncRNA and mRNA transcriptomes in the samples. Short time-series expression miner (STEM) was used to show temporal expression patterns in the mRNAs and lncRNAs. Gene ontology and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes analyses were performed to assess the genes' biological relevance. To predict the functions of the identified lncRNAs, we extracted mRNAs that were nearby loci and highly correlated with the lncRNAs. Results: In total of 5,946 lncRNA and 12,354 mRNA transcripts were identified among the samples. STEM showed that most lncRNAs and mRNAs had similar temporal expression patterns during development, indicating the expressional correlation and functional relatedness between them. The five stages were divided into two classes: the suckling period and the late developmental stage. Most genes were expressed at low level during the suckling period, but at higher level during the late stages. Expression of several T-cell-related genes increased continuously during the suckling period, indicating that these genes are crucial for establishing the adaptive immune system in piglets at this stage. Notably, lncRNA TCONS-00086451 may promote blood-based immune system development by upregulating nuclear factor of activated T-cells cytoplasmic 2 expression. Conclusion: This study provides a catalog of porcine peripheral blood-related lncRNAs and mRNAs and reveals the characteristics and temporal expression profiles of these lncRNAs and mRNAs during peripheral blood development from the newborn to adult stages in pigs.

Background: Bovine papilloma is a neoplastic disease caused by bovine papillomaviruses (BPVs), which were recently divided into 5 genera and at least 24 genotypes. Objectives: The complete genome sequence of BPV type 15 (BPV Aks-02), a novel putative BPV type from skin samples from infected cows in Southern Xinjiang China, was determined by collecting warty lesions, followed by DNA extraction and amplicon sequencing. Methods: DNA was analyzed initially by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using the degenerate primers FAP59 and FAP64. The complete genome sequences of the BPV Aks-02 were amplified by PCR using the amplification primers and sequencing primers. Sequence analysis and phylogenetic analysis were performed using bio-informatic software. Results: The nucleotide sequence of the L1 open reading frame (ORF) of BPV Aks-02 was 75% identity to the L1 ORF of BPV-9 reference strain from GenBank. The complete genome consisted of 7,189 base pairs (G + C content of 42.50%) that encoded 5 early (E8, E7, E1, E2, and E4) and 2 late (L1 and L2) genes. The E7 protein contained a consensus CX2CX29CX2C zinc-binding domain and a LxCxE motif. Among the different members of this group, the percentages of the complete genome and ORFs (including 5 early and 2 late ORFs) sequence identity of BPV Aks-02 were closer to the genus Xipapillomavirus 1 of the Xipapillomavirus genus. Phylogenetic analysis and sequence similarities based on the L1 ORF of BPV Aks-02 revealed the same cluster. Conclusions: The results suggest that BPV type (BPV Aks-02) clustered with members of the Xipapillomavirus genus as BPV 15 and were closely related to Xipapillomavirus 1.

With the development of computer multimedia technology, the new educational model, which is represented by the educational technology, has emerged in the field of education in our country. Sports’ teaching is a participatory teaching and learning activities, also, the current network resources is relatively abundant, so that design and development of a multimedia network teaching platform is very necessary. In this paper, we test the performance evaluation of directional cross-country teaching by using multimedia. Result shows that college students will have significant advantage after using teaching media, both in weight, vital capacity, sit ups, and 800 meters. After the experiment, experimental classes get higher score than comparative classes in 100 meters directional cross country ability test. The application of computer multimedia is helpful in physical education; it can improve students' learning enthusiasm and the effect is remarkable.

Network education is a new concept of modern information technology applied to education, which is the education of the use of network technology, according to a series of outstanding problems in the traditional basketball teaching, we discussed the application value and effect of inquiry teaching in college basketball education. The data was collected from Jiangxi Normal University; experiment object is 36 students, and we put them in the experimental group (18) and the control group (18).By using interview method and empirical analysis, the result shows that in 50 meters (F=4.227, P=0.048<0.05); standing long jump (F=5.495, P=0.025<0.05); 1000 meters (F=4.702, P=0.037<0.05); Run-up to touch high( F=6.398 P=0.016<0.05); 1 minute shot (F=9.396 P=0.004<0.01); basketball technology F=9.116 P=0.005<0.01; basketball interest (F=16.279, P=0.000<0.01); basketball theory results (F=12.066 P=0.001<0.01). Inquiry teaching method can effectively improve the normal teaching, not only promote students to actively take the basketball class, but also strengthen comprehensive physical education, as the effect is significant, so this education model is worth to promote.

The tropopause, which plays important roles in the stratosphere-troposphere exchange, is an interface between the troposphere and stratosphere. In this study, the characteristics of tropopause is investigated with the high vertical resolution daily sounding data during the period from 2008 to 2014 collected by the network of L-band sounder at 119 observational stations over Mainland China developed by the China Meteorological Administration (CMA). The results show that the tropopause height increases from the north to the south and has little correspondence with the station elevation. In addition, the spectral analyses and wavelet analyses are also performed to understand the intraseasonal variations of the tropopause. The results show that usually there are seasonal cycles with maximum in summer and minimum in winter. The strongest spectral band with period of 25-35 days is observed over the Southeast China. Besides, 20-60 days signals over the Changjiang River basin and the Tibetan Plateau has a good correlation to the Oceanic Niño Index (ONI), suggesting that the behavior of tropopause over the regions between 30oN and 40oN could relate to the Niño events.
