      • 혈액 투석 환자에서 중심정맥 협착에 대한 스텐트 삽입술 : Wallstent Placement

        Stenosis of central vein is a common complication arising after percutaneous subclavian vein catheter insertion performed for temporary vascular access in chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis. There are several treatment methods for the condition like percutaneous angioplasty(PTA), stent insertion, and surgery, but recent trend is toward PTA and stents. Among the patients diagnosed with chronic renal failure from March 1993 to May 2002 and undergoing hemodialysis through AV fistula, the 14 Patients in whom central vein stenosis arose were selected for the study. A total of 28 percutaneous interventions(5 PTA and 23 stent placement) were performed, and restenosis rate and the time taken till the restenosis in de novo lesions and instant lesions were compared. All 28 cases were operated successfully. The 14 cases that received both anigioplasty and stent placement initially. (de novo lesion : 14 cases), Among the 10 cases with de novo lesion that followed up more than 1 year, 3 cases are currently undergoing hemodialysis without restenosis, and the remaining 7 cases have recurred stenosis with the mean time to restenosis of 10.9 months. In the 7 cases in whom stenosis recurred, 11 interventions were done(instent lesion: 11 cases). 4 of these were using only ballon angioplasty with 100% restenosis rate and the mean time of 3 months until restenosis. The remaining 7 cases were using both balloon angioplasty and stent placement, also with 100% restenosis rate but with the mean time of 12 months until restenosis, which was later than the group receiving only balloon angioplasty. In treating the patients with central vein stenosis, stent placement seems to be more advantageous over PTA in terms of restenosis rate and the mean duration of patency. In the case of instent lesion, inserting the stent for the second time after stenosis recurred lengthened the duration of patency compared to performing balloon angioplasty alone.

      • 본딩 웨이퍼 검사를 위한 모델링 연구

        본 논문에서는 레이저 빔 투과를 이용한 본딩 웨이퍼 검사 방법을 제안하고 검사 장치를 설계 구현하였다. 1064nm파장에서의 정상웨이퍼를 일정한 비율로 투과하였다. 본딩 불량으로 인한 웨이퍼의 기공은 두께에 따라 투과율이 현저하게 변화하여 기공 부분을 검출하였다. 이러한 기공은 두께의 변화가 있으며 광량의 변화하는 부분이 에어갭으로 인식 카메라로 쉽게 구분이 가능하였다.

      • 주방환기 시스템의 공기 급기구의 위치에 따른 성능평가

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the performance evaluation of indoor diffusion rate of surplus heat generated from gas range and concentration distribution of combustion gas by position change of air- diffuser and range-hood with separating plate. A numerical analysis is performed with four cases of this ventilation system for kitchen. The results showed that thermal and flow distribution can be more effective, when air supply diffuser is located at middle position. Also, Comparisons of Indoor Air Quality(IAQ) are made between using separating plate and not using, IAQ was improved in case of using separating plate and also, kitchen exhaust hood concentration distribution was improved about 30%

      • 표면위에 분사되는 원형 충돌제트의 열전달에 관한 실험적 연구

        The heat transfer characteristics on curved surfaces with an obliquely impinging circular jet were studied. In this study, the flat plate and hemispherically convex and concave surfaces were used. The Reynolds number used was Re=23,000. The nozzle-to-surface distance was L/d=4, 6 and 8. The jet angle was α=0˚ and 30˚. As the results of this study, the Nusselt number at the stagnation point decreases as the jet angle increases and has the maximum value for L/d=6. The secondary maximum Nusselt numbers in the downstream direction occur at long distances from the stagnation point as the jet angle increases or the nozzle-to-surface distance decreases. The Nusselt number distributions exhibit a displacement of the maximum heat transfer from the stagnation point to the upstream direction.

        It is the plan that storage gets energy done by in structure with what thermal storage of structure changes only supply air duct among the existing HVAC system, and a basic principle coordinates the damper that it was installed makeup air in supply air duct like former HVAC system to an inside at supply and a night by day, and do makeup air supply with in ceiling space of thermal storage of structure HVAC system. This thermal storage of structure HVAC system uses the existing utility system, and energy saving can get structure of building done with energy storage, before air conditioning and peak load cut getting day heat load done.

      • 배기 저항의 능동제어를 통한 배기 시스템의 최적화에 관한 연구

        Automobile exhaust system has difficulty in concentrating contrary technology, which has diminishing effect of maximum exhaust noises and mininum exhaust pressure for output efficiency improvement into on system. This thesis has the purpose in management of basis study for silence and output efficiency improvement which can be satisfy low noises and low exhaust pressure at the same time through maximizing engine efficiency dealing with activity as the condition of engine controlling exhaust impedance actively. In this thesis, we obtained positive result by making experiment high efficiency exhaust induced shaped silencer in order to satisfy contrary matters which device the improvement of engine efficiency and low perception of exhaust noises at the same time. That is, we proved that it has more excellent in low perceiving noises of exhaust system and output improving efficiency than existing muffler by active controlling the exhaust impedance.

        발관리 교육프로그램이 노인 당뇨병 환자의 발관리 이행과 족부합병증에 미치는 효과

        Purpose : Diabetic foot complications are significant problems in diabetes mellitus and often result in lower extremity amputation. This study was conducted to verify the effects of foot care education on compliance with foot care and diabetic foot complications when the patient is an elder with diabetes. Method: A group pretest-posttest design was used to examine the effects of 6 months of foot care education with a group of 13 elders with diabetes. The major dependent variables including foot care compliance and diabetic foot complications were measured at the beginning and end of the treatment period to examine the effects of foot care education. Result : There were no significant differences in total foot care compliance scores and presence of diabetic foot complication after 6 months, Conclusion : Interventions involving problem based education and pursuing long-time effects may be more effective in implementing and sustaining improvements than just group education or one time interventions for elders with diabetes.

      • 들깨잎의 揮發性 香氣成分에 關한 硏究

        To investigate the volatile flavor components of perilla leaves, analyses of kinds of cultivar by GC, GC/MS, UV, IR and NMR were carried out. The results obtained were summarized as follows : 1. The essential oils were extracted with diethyl ether after steam disillation. 2. The identified volatiles include 10 hydrocarbones, 6 alcohols, 3 aldehydes, 2 ketones and 1 miscellaneous components. 3. The major volatile component perilla ketone was identified by UV, IR and NMR spectrum. 4. The perilla ketone were identified in Suwon 8, 19, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26 and purpurea while perillaldehyde was identified in purpurea only.

      • 디지털 콘텐츠 산업의 공간분포 특성에 관한 연구

        Digital contents industry is a developing industry which is being recognized for its growth possibility. This study is intended to understand the spacial distribution of digital contents industry. To do so, spatial range of this study is set in metropolitan regions to grasp the clustered regions. To understand the clustered regions of digital contents industry, spatial cluster analysis was enforced. As a result, total of 7 clusters were formed. 7 clusters are all located in Seoul, and 4 out of 7 are concentrated in Kangnam Gu. This study grasped the characteristics of these clusters. Locational factors of each company categories, which are the cause of such characteristic, are scheduled to be researched more specifically in the future.         Most Probable Number 방법을 이용하여 측정한 중랑천 河床土壤의 혐기성 세균의 수와 수질과의 상관 관계

        중랑천의 하상 토양의 혐기성 호흡세균의 분포를 MPN법으로 조사하였다. 철이온환원세균을 조사하기 위해 배양액 중의 Fe(Ⅱ)을 확인하는 변형된 oxalate-ferrozine 법을 개발하였으며, 황산염환원세균(SRB)과 메탄생산세균을 각각 FeS 침전과 head space의 CH_4를 검출하는 방법을 채택하여 중랑천 지천과 본천의 혐기성 미생물 분포를 조사한 결과 오염 정도가 상대적으로 높은 본천에서 철이온환원세균이 10^7~10^8 cells/g 정도로 조사되었으며 지천의 경우 10^7 cells/g이었다. 우이천 상류를 제외한 모든 조사 지점에서 SRB와 methanogen 이 10^3 cells/g이었다. 이 결과는 분류 하수관의 설치로 유기물의 유입이 낮아진 조건에서도 하상의 침전층에서 유래하는 유기물을 이용하여 철이온환원세균이 생장할 수 있으며, SRB와 methanogen의 생장은 철이온환원세균에 의해 방해를 받는다는 것을 나타낸다. Sediments collected from the Jungnang-cheon and its tributaries were used to enumerate anaerobic bacteria by most probable number (MPN) methods. A simple method was developed to detect ferrous ion in the culture fluid in order to count the number of iron ion reducers, and sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) and methanogens were detected by the presence of FeS precipitate in the culture or methane in the head space, respectively. The numbers of iron reducer was in the range of 10^7~10^8/g in the sediment of the stream containing higher organic content than the tributaries. The sediments of tributaries were analyzed to contain iron reducers less than 10^7 cells/g. With one exception the numbers of SRB and methanogens were less than 10^3 cells/g in the sediment. From these results it is concluded that organics in the sediment support the growth of iron reducers, which out-compete SRB and methanogens.
