Pathways for Inclusion in Japan

Unlike other countries wherein the ladder of success for the implementation of the various programs. if not fast, at lesat constantly moving on forward towards achieving the desired goals. Instread, the Japenese educational system with the mandates of the government should impose some actions re;ated to the general practice of the inclusion program. This paper has three main purposes: a) Showing historical process of special education and the examlpe of intergration in the past. b) Implementing school experiments of inclusive education through organizing system to arrange support for children with learning disabilities. c) Explaining the rationale ro solve issues both of special education and ordinary education. The Japanese government should look into inner demands or the utmost needs of the children with disabilities in order for them to express concern and make some movements that will benefit the concerned individuals. Hence, the policy makers should give and show sympathy to the basic needs.
