<P>One of the most important factors in the production of cartilage is transforming growth factor beta1 (TGF-beta1). To obtain sustained release of TGF-beta1, a cell-mediated gene therapy technique was introduced. We infected chondrocytes with a retroviral vector carrying the TGF-beta1 gene. The single clone derivative showed sustained TGF-beta1 secretion. It also showed constitutive type II collagen expression. Whereas the TGF-beta1 protein itself is unable to induce formation of cartilage in vivo, human chondrocytes engineered to express a retroviral vector encoding TGF-beta1 showed cartilage formation in vivo when cells were injected into nude mice intradermally. These data suggest that cell-mediated gene therapy using TGF-beta1 as a transgene would be a promising treatment for osteoarthritis.</P>

This paper is to study and analyze the change factor including with combustion engine to electric car. In recent, the fossil fuel that a great part of the energy source existence in the earth was brought on the global warming phenomenon endangering the survial of mankind. It was been at the end of one’s rope that a mankind had to change with the electric car for decreasing a CO2 from the emission gas in the vehicle. But for changing a electric car, the every nations in the world must devicefully resolve the reduced work problem and the derivation problem causing with decline of the petroleum consumption. Resulting do a survey for purchase reason of a electric car, the cost of fuel was investigated in the highest ratio of 56.5% in the survey. This is the most important factor for economical aspect like fuel expense reduction. To increase the electric car, the charge expense will be maintained with low price continuously. In the questionnaire survey analysis for the supply expansion of electric car, a charging station secure was investigated in the highest ratio of 44.7% in the survey. This can forecast to think more important the practical convience than the electric vehicle price and environmentfriendly awareness. The prospect of electric vehicle marcket is predicted that the car makers to live in heavy competition must quickly read the market situation and sales strategy in the world because of discrepancy reduction of technical between the conventional and new car makers.

This paper is to study and analyze the market analysis and drivers purchase trend on domestic electric car. By changing with electric car, the nation and industry compay must to the utmost efforts to maximize the driving distance and price competition intensification and charging efficiency and convenience of car improving the cars durability and the performance of battery. The proportion of eco-friendly car was verified with 82.% of tatal number that registered the 25.95millions in 2023 year. The proportion of electric car was equivalent to few 2.1% of registered number. Doing a survey for the driver, the ratio for people of having thought to buy the electric car were 76.70%. and the ratio for people of no having thought to buy electric car were 5.00% and the ratio for people of dont know on thought to buy car were 18.30%. Also, the reply of driver for buying wish the electric car in year was investigated with 8.70%. The reply of driver for buying with electric car was checked 25.00% changing a car with next car and 23.30% being in five year and 20.00% within a few decade and 23.00% after ten years. Therefore we will have competitive power to advance global electric car by optimizing in quality and constuct of variable infra in order to prepare the period of the electric car in future.
Exploring the Transcriptome Basis of Nitrogen Stress Signals of Apple Leaves using RNA-seq Workflow

Ntrogen (N) is one of the main macnonutrients that regulates plant growth and development. In fruit crops such as apple, the imbalanced N nutrition can affect abnormal growth, lack of immunity or alternate fruit bearing since N represents an indicator of tree vigour but little is known for underlying molecular mechanisms of specific metabolic signals derived from N stress responses in apple. To investigate this further, we conducted transcriptome analysis on apple leaves under different N stress conditions including starvation or over-fertilization. A total of 12 RNA-seq libraries were constructed using Illuminar Nextseq 500 platform. 2212 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were obtained from four different N fertilization groups of apple leaves under the criteria of |fold change| above 1.5 and false discovery rate (FDR) below 0.05. DEGs were further categorized into five clusters of expression dynamics. Functional enrichment analysis revealed N starvation responsive genes were linked to the flavonoid and lipid metabolism while N excessive DEGs were associated with flower development and auxin transport. Our results provide the useful information about metabolic signals and the genes involved in N stress responses in apple. However, further research needs to be investigated.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Limitation of current anti-Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) cancer therapy is transitory responses, inevitable relapses and its insufficient tumor-targeting. Thus, multifaceted approaches, including the development of bispecific antibodies and combination strategies targeting different pathways have been proposed as an alternative. Here, we developed a novel multi-paratopic VEGF decoy receptor, Cetuximab-VEGF-Grab and Trastuzumab-VEGF-Grab, by genetically fusing VEGF decoy receptor (VEGF-Grab) to a single chain Fv of anti-Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) antibody (Cetuximab and Trastuzumab). These multi-paratopic VEGF decoy receptor, which recognize VEGF and EGFR family (EGFR or HER2), effectively suppressed both VEGF and EGFR pathways <I>in vitro</I>, to levels similar to those of the parental VEGF-Grab and anti-EGFR antibodies. In addition, the concurrent binding of multi-paratopic VEGF decoy receptor to VEGF and EGFR family enabled their specific localization to EGFR + tumor <I>in vitro</I> and <I>in vivo.</I> Furthermore, Cetuximab-VEGF-Grab and Trastuzumab-VEGF-Grab exhibited the enhanced anti-tumor activities compared to VEGF-Grab in EGFR + tumor xenograft mouse model via anti-EGFR and the targeted anti-angiogenic activities. These results indicate that multi-paratopic VEGF decoy receptor can be a promising agent, combining tumor-targeted anti-angiogenic therapy with efficient blockade of proliferative signals mediated by EGFR family.</P>
