Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the survival rate of vitrified blastocyst according to the freezing vessels, equilibration time in cryoprotectant and artificial dehydration method. Methods: Human blastocysts were vitrified after loading onto the plastic straw, open-pulled straw (OPS), electron microscopy grid (EM grid) for 1.5 min or 3 min. They also were directly plunged into LN2 within 30sec. For artificial shrinkage of blastocysts, 36 gauge fine needle was pushed at the cellular junction of the trophectoderm into the blstocoele cavity until it shrank without damage of inner cell mass. Results: The survival rate of vitrified blastocysts on plastic straw, OPS, EM grid as freezing vessels were 26.7, 13.0 and 60.5%, respectively. The survival rate of EM grid was significantly higher than that of plastic straw and OPS (p<0.05). For 1.5 min equilibrium, the survival rates of early blastocyst (EB), middle blastocyst (MB) and late blastocyst (LB) were 64.4, 81.0, and 20.0% respectively. For 3 min equilibrium, the survival rates of EB, MB, and LB were 69.9, 50.0 and 57.5% respectively. The survival rates of EB and MB were significantly higher than that of LB in 1.5 min equilibrium group (p<0.05), however, the significance was not observed in 3 min equilibrium groups. In cytoplasmic shrinkage before vitrification, the survival rates of EB, MB and LB were 92.9, 100 and 75.9% respectively. The survival rate of MB was significantly higher than that of LB (p<0.05). The survival rates of vitrified blastocysts by artificial dehydration and slow-frozen blastocysts were not significantly different as 88.9 and 66.7%, respectively. Conclusion: This study showed that the vitrification of human blastocysts using EM grid and artificial dehydration is an effective method. Therefore, these methods would be an useful techniques for blastocyst cryopreservation.

This study is determin digging and development preferential ranking which is the potential area of seafront in Busan Kijanggun according to rise citizen of literary life and increase desire of culture life. Obtained results of this study are summarized as follows. 1. Decide to development preferential program that eight area selected from the potential area of seafront to position in Busan Kijjanggun. 2. Appraisal standard I decided to development preferential program which is Yunhwa gigu, Yonggung temple, Juksung estuary, Sirangdae, Munjung· Mundong harbor, Seoam harbor, Hoyamlee and Sinpyung harbor. 3. Appraisal standardII decided to development preferential program which Yunhwa gigu, Yonggung temple, Juksung estuary, Hoyamlee and Sirangdae, Seoam harbor, Sinpyung harbor and Munjung ·Mundong harbor get the same grade. 4. As a result of comparative appraisal standard I, II is that first~third program is equal but it was changed from fourth program. 5. When potential area in seafront appraised by Lee unit, appraisal standard I is superior than appraisal standardII.

The concern for a cleaner environment together with the need to conserve and reuse our resources has created a challenge for which sanitary engineers, working with environmentalist, will be called upon to find new solutions over the next few years. The result of the study of development of the River's waterfront run as follows. 1. The introduction of the water facilities (which is) utilized in the neighborhood by adjacent citizens and the development of the water site (which is) equipped with facilities for environment must be actually progressed. 2. The concerned authority's favorable complation of the budget must be made up to construct the facilities as the district. 3. Close investigation on the coast and arbores and so on, must be progressed to develop the river in a manner (which is) close to nature.
海雲臺 海濱 侵蝕防止에 관한 實驗的 硏究 : 突堤 및 離岸堤의 組合構造物에 대하여

Recently the HAEUNDAE beach has an impact on intense erosion phemomena. At this point, the purpose of this study is to examine the sedimentation effect by using a three-dimensional hydraulic model test when a jetty is set up. jetty From the results of the experiment it can be concluded that the optimum length of jetty would be L₁=300m, direction angle would be θ=22.5°when, H=3.0m and T=8.0 sec. A jetty and offshore breakwater are also considered as a compound structure. From this experiment the optimum length of offshore breakwater would be L₂=200m. A jetty and T-Type jetty are also comtemplated as compound structure. From this experiment the optimum length of T-Type jetty would be L₃=300m.
뜨고 가라앉는 현상에 관련된 과학영재 교육프로그램이 영재학생들에게 미치는 효과 분석

We developed science gifted education program related to the phenomena of floating and sinking phenomena, and analyzed the effects of this study. The concept of buoyancy force was represented as phenomena in the elementary school level science, and the concept of density was represented as formula calculation in middle school level science to explain floating and sinking materials. But the two concepts were not connected with each other in the textbooks. The subjects were 20 students of a science gifted class at a middle school located in Province. We surveyed their logic of proportion, the level of cognition, and the level of achievement before the instruction. And the conception test related to the floating and sinking phenomena was enforced before and after the instruction for identification of conception change. The problem solving ability test in a new situation and the students’ thought test related to the particle model carried out after the instruction, also. The education program was developed as a learning cycle and a discussion learning for understanding the relation between the buoyancy force and a volume, the density and a buoyancy force by students’ inquiry activity. As results, most of the students promoted understanding of the floating and sinking phenomena and changed the thoughts of particle model as polished viewpoint. 이 연구에서는 뜨고 가라앉는 현상과 관련된 영재교육프로그램을 개발하고, 프로그램의 효과를 알아보았다. 초등학교 과학에서는 현상 수준으로 부력의 개념을, 중학교에서는 공식 계산의 수준으로 밀도의 개념을 제시하여 물체의 뜨고 가라앉음을 설명하였으나, 이 두 개념을 연결 짓는 내용은 교과서에 제시하지 않았다. 연구 대상은 경기도 한 중학교의 영재학급 학생 20명이었으며, 수업 전에 이들의 비례논리, 인지수준, 학업성취수준을 알아보았다. 그리고 수업 전에 뜨고 가라앉는 현상에 관련된 개념 검사지를 투입하고 개념 변화를 알아보았다. 또한 새로운 상황에서의 문제 해결력을 알아보는 검사지와 입자모형에 대한 인식을 알아보는 검사지를 사후에 투입하였다. 개발한 영재교육 프로그램은 순환학습과 토론학습 형태로 학생들의 탐구활동을 통해 부력과 부피의 관계, 밀도와 부력의 관계 등을 이해할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 연구 결과,대부분의 경우 학생들의 배경 변인과 상관없이 뜨고 가라앉는 현상에 대한 이해도가 높아졌으며, 입자 모형에 대한 인식도 세련된 관점으로 변화하였다.

In manufacturing die and mold, polishing is important as it takes as mush as 50% of the production cost. In this research, an attachable type polishing device to a CNC machining center was developed. Experiments were done with a specially designed rotation type polishing device. Also an ultra-sonic (Vibration type) waving device was introduced to acquire finer surface finishes. From the constructed data base based on the experimental results, it is shown that optimal polishing conditions are generated by the combined use of the rotation type tool and the vibration type tool.

In this study, when we collect river bed sediment at the point where mainstream of Nak Dong river join branch of Mil Yang river, the change of river bed around downstream area was estimated and based on experimental data using three dimensional unsteady flow model about the water level to quantity of water and velocity and river bed change through numerical imitation experiment and hydraulic model experiment.

A numerical model for practical use based ont he 'One-line gheory' is presented to Simulate shoreline change due to consruction of coastal sturctures. The model contains the part to calculate wave deformation for estimaters of wave energy flux at the breaking point . The lgorithm for wasve deformation is bsed on the wave-ray method and takes the following effects into account,i.e.wave refraction, shoaling reflection and diffraction.n
