본논문은 포낭(saccular)형인 내경동맥 동맥류의 치험 2례를 기술하였다. 수술은 전신마취하에 내경동맥 동맥류 절제후 shunt없이 단단문합하였다. 환자들은 모두 신경학적 후유증없이 회복되었다. Aneurysms of the extracranial carotid arteries are relativeley rare in comparison with the total arterial system, but can cause death or a cerebrovascular accident. The treatment of choice is resection of the aneurysm and restoration of arterial continuity. This report describes two cases of extracranial internal carotid arterial aneurysm, which were saccular type. In both cases, the operations were performed under general anesthesia without shunt. The patients were recovered without any neurological sequelae.
유착성 관절낭염 환자에 대한 테이프 적용이 관절가동범위와 통증감소에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to assess the effectiveness of taping therapy for adhesive capsulitis patients. The subjects were consisted of 40, male 18, female 22, average age was 59 years old. To find out the effectiveness of taping therapy, we sampled 20 patients treated with H/P, electrical therapy and scapular pattern & hold-relax technique of PNF(control group), and 20 patients treated same as control group with taping therapy(experimental group). The results were as follow : 1. There was a statistical significance of shoulder flexion, abduction, external rotation and VAS in both group(P<0.05). 2. There was not statistical significance of shoulder flexion and external rotation(P>0.05), but abduction had a statistical significance between taping group and non-taping group(P<0.05). 3. VAS was observed a statistical significance between 3rd and 4th post treatment(P<0.05). These results are imply that taping therapy has a effectiveness of shoulder motion and VAS for adhesive capsulitis.

Lateral epicondylitis is characterized by pain at the lateral aspect of the elbow, commonly associated with resisted wrist or finger extension and gripping activities. Lateral epicondylitis is also known such as lateral epicondylosis, tennis elbow, or tendonitis of the wrist extensor muscles, especially extensor carpi radialis brevis. Lateral epicondylitis is a common musculoskeletal lesion in the clinical states, so physical therapist usually meet a patients who has the lateral epicondylitis. But many of physical therapists are treating patients based on a self know-how, so I want to describe a systematically about lateral epicondylitis and give a objective information on the lateral epicondylitis. And now I want that they will be treat patients with lateral epicondylitis not a self-experience but based on a objective information.

This case study was performed to assess the effectiveness of taping therapy for the patient who have patellofemoral joint pain during knee extension exercise. The results were as follows: 1. Pain degree of VAS was decreased at every taping therapy. 2. A number of knee extension was increased at every taping therapy. 3. Diameter of quadriceps was increased at every taping therapy. 4. Pattern of gait was normalized at every taping therapy. We found improve of pain degree, a number of knee extension, diameter of quadriceps, and pattern of gait. These results are imply that taping therapy may have effectiveness to those who have patellofemoral joint pain during knee extension exercise.

Taumatic pulmonary pseudocyst is a rare complication of chest bunt trauma. Recently, we experienced a case of traumatic pulmonary pseudocyst in right lower lobe. The patient`s anterior chest was directly strucken by steering wheel and his car was intervened between two cars. He complained of both chest pain and dyspnea. He was diagnosed as multiple rib fractures with pulmonary contusion, initially. And then the right pulmonary lesion changed to traumatic pulmonary pseudocyst in 10 days after trauma. He was treated sucessfully with conservative management. In this article, we present the case and review the traumatic pulmonary pseudocyst with related articles.

This paper describes the results from four-point bending tests on laminated glass beams with PVB and SGP flim. The investigated main variables were the type, the thickness and relative positions of the film. The tests results are presented and discussed, focusing on the structural response in terms of shear transfer capacity, ductility and collapse modes. Test results showed that the stiffness and ductility of the laminates glass beam were considerably effected by flim thickness and positions. Finally, An analytical method to estimate the shear-bond stiffness of the laminated glass beam with PVB and SGP flim is presented.
액상형 조강제의 구성성분별 시멘트 모르타르에 미치는 영향

Ternary blended concrete which is made of OPC mixed with fly ash and blast-furnace slag has the critical defect that construction schedule is delayed by deterioration of early strength when applied in construction site. In this study, fundamental properties are experimented and investigated to verified functions of each ingredients based on mortar matrix with more sensitivity for liquid accelerating agent which is developed to protect deterioration of early strength of ternary blended concrete. The result is as follow. 1) Although it is predominant to secure early strength by accelerating source, using accelerating source separately is awkward to improve strength because of its marked slump loss and deterioration of strength caused by coarse C-S-H Type Ⅱ formed after early age. 2) Due to improvement of flowability by promoting ettringite formation, SO₄source is necessary for accelerating source, although it has no efficacy to improve strength. 3) Si source shows effect to improve early strength of pozzolanic materials like blast-furnace slag powder or fly ash by accelerating alkali atmosphere during hydration and it also shows strength improvement after early age.
