      • 抗히스타민劑의 吸光度比法에 의한 定量

        The absorbance ratio method was applied to the quantitative determination of antihistamines, such as chlorpheniramine maleate(CPM), carbinoxamine maleate(CBM) and diphenhydramine hydrochloride. The influences of indicator and solvent concentration on the precision and accutacy of determination were investigated. And it was found that the effects of temperature and wavelength was negligible in case of averaging conditions. The standard deviations for three antihistamines tested were within 0.13%. As the results, the determination of antihistamines could be carried out easily, rapidly and accurately by the absorbance ratio method.

      • Prospidin이 Mouse의 간장에 미치는 영향

        Prospidin, a new alkylating agent, has antimitotic and anticancer effect. Incubation with prospidin increases the stability of DNA and suppresses the incorporation of uridine into RNA by 15-20 percent. Prospidin is cytostatic for suspension culture and cells are blocked in G₂ phase of the cell cycle. The authors have demonstrated the effect of prospidin on the liver of mice histologically and histochemically and observed the cellular changes, loss of pyroninophilic granules and accumulation of fat in the hepatic parenchymal cells. Sixty-five healthy mice of ICR strain, average weight being 20g, were divided into two groups; control and prospidin-treated groups. All experimental animals were administered foo and water ad libitum. Animals of the prospidin-treated groups were administered prospidine 500mg per kg of body weight intraperitoneally fter dilution in the water for injection. Animals of the control group were administered only water for injection. Prospidin treated animals were sacrificed at intervals of 6, 12, 24, 36 and 48 hours after administration of prospidin. Histological preparations were made by way of hematoxylin and eosin stain for the cellular changes, methyl green-pyronin stain for pyroninophilic granules and oil red O stain for fat accumulation in the mouse liver. The results obtained are as follows. 1. Cellular swelling associated with vesicular formation were observed in the hepatic parenchymal cells of entire hepatic lobule at 24 and 36 hours after administration of prospidin. 2. A marked reduction of the pyroninophilic granules were observed in the hepatocyte of he whole hepatic lobule at 24, 36 and 48 hours following drug administration. 3. Fat deposits in the hepatic lobule were seen at 36 hours after administration of prospidin. It is suggested that prospidin acts as a cytotoxic agent and causes cellular swelling with vesicular formation, loss of pyroninophilic granules, and fat accumulation in the parenchymal cells of the liver.

        1. The maximum Chl.-a removal efficiency has shown 80.7% by preozonation and the suspended solid also removed, furthermore represented high relationship between Chl.-a and suspended solid. 2. For Chl.-a removal, increasing contact time was more effective method, since the removal efficiency of Chl.-a was decreased per ozone dosage with increasing ozone dosage. 3. The result of proceeding jar-test, the optimum removal was shown at 3 minute contact tie and 3 ㎎/l ozone dosage. 4. Adding coagulant more than optimum dosage represented high residual turbidity and would be negative effect of ozone-coagulation-sedimentation press. 5. The decreasing of zeta potential was more than of residual turbidity after preozonation treatment which was represented that preozonation will be positive effect to the later coagulation and flocculation processes.

        TQM에서 제품의 품질과 공정개선의 종속성에 관한 연구

        In previous studies on the quality issues such as quality improvement, ISO and TQM had approached to the quality and its process independently. So they surveyed two problems in the same questionnaire simultaneously. This study raised a question whether the quality of a product is considered without its process problem. In other words, quality could not be explained separately without considering the process improvement. In order to prove this issue this study performed a empirical survey using a questionnaire to the 300 firms which included several questions on the relationship between the quality and its process. However 98 questionnaires were collected and analyzed with SPSS. After processing the questionnaires this study found that the process and the quality were highly correlated and could not be explained their effects separately.

        In this study, a batching model for Flexible Flow Systems(FFS) was proposed. For batching part orders, the multiple-goal model was designed using fuzzy goal concepts and its usefulnesses was analyzed. The multiple goals included minimizing the number of batches, balancing workloads between machine groups, and meeting the due dates of part orders. The proposed model was compared with other models with respect to minimizing the number of batches. Because the supreme goal of maximizing the production rate in FMS production planning can be converted into the surrogate goal of minimizing the make-span, and beacause minimizing the number of batches means minimizing the set-up times, minimizing the set-up times makes the make-span shorter if all other conditions are held constant.

      • Ⅲ-Ⅴ족 반도체의 연구 : GaAs의 합성, 단결성 및 특성 Crystal Growth and Characterization of GaAs

        Temperature of 618 and 1250℃ at As and Ga sities respectively in the horizontal Bridgman furnace and growht speed of 0.7cm/h were found to be optimal for the production of single crystalline GaAs. Self-seeded and unintentionally doped GaAs crystals showd n-type characteristics with Hall mobillity of ∼0.75㎡/V-sec and carrier density of ∼10^19 m^-3 when the mesurements were made right after the growth. About three month later it was found that the same samples were converted to p-type GaAs. The analysis on the p-type sample showed that impurity scattering is dominant at around room temperature and thus the measured Hall mobility was 0.0065㎡/V-sec at 300K. 7.4±0.6 eV was obtained for acoustic deformation potential in the heavy hole band by fitting the theoretical conductivity and Hall coefficient to the corresponding experimental data. The value is very much higher than the theoretically estimated value, 3.6eV. The carrier density variation with temperature obtained from the present analysis gave 0.38 and 0.17 eV respectively for the activation energies of donor and acceptor.

        Lead time is a significant variable which, as well as demand, generates undesirable variation in production systems. Past studies looked upon the lead time as on uncontrollable factor, and analyzed errors of the lead time error without relating its error with to lot size. Although demand variations are system's external factor which system has no controlling measure, lead time can be managed becasue it is internal and process problem that has some rooms for improvement and reduction. This study analyzes the role and effects of the lead time and explains production/inventory system with priority given to lead-time and lot size. The analysis will be centered on MRP, JIT, OPT.

        Now sensory tests are used frequently to quantify the quality of products and to evaluate the multiple attributes of goods. In order to evaluate an general evaluator of sensory tests, it is needed to introduce fuzzy numbers and fuzzy sets which can consider the fuzziness of sensory tests. This means that the resulted data from the sensory tests are not the traditional real numbers but the fuzzy numbers. Therefore this paper introduces the fuzzy integral suggested by Choquet to represent the fuzziness occurred during the evaluation process, and then designs the evaluation rules which adapt the fuzzy inference. These two processes, in this paper, are integrated, which are suggested and verified in the separate papers.

      • 센서응용을 이한 CMOS열전대의 공정기술 개발

        마이크로 열전센서는 마이크로히터와 열전소자로 구성된다. 열전도율이 낮고 내부응력이 최소화된 NON절연막 다이아프램을 LPCVD법, APCVD법 및 실리콘 이방성식각법을 각각 활용하여 형성하였다. Si_3N_4 및 SiO_2의 두께가 각각 1500Å 및 3000Å의 조합인 NON막이 가장 양호한 응력특성을 나타내었다. 고주파 스퍼터링법으로 형성된 백금박막을 이용한 히터와 온도감지기로 형성된 마이크로 가스유량센서를 제조하고 그 동작특성을 측정하였다. 유량센서의 동작특성은 100∼500sccm의 유량범위에서 양호한 선형성을 보였다. CMOS공정기술과 호환성을 갖는 마이크로 유량센서의 마스크패턴과 공정을 각각 설계하였다. A micro thermosensor is composed of a microheater and a thermo element. NON insulator diaphragm with low thermal conductivity and minimum internal stress was fabricated^by using LPCVD, APCVD and silicon anisotropic etch techniques. The deposited NON film represented the best stress characteristics when the thickness of Si_3N_4 and SiO_2 are 1500Å and 3000Å, respectively. A micro gas-flow sensor was fabricated and characterized that is consist of platinum thin film heater and temperature detector. The performance characteristics of the micro gas-flow sensor shows a good linearity within 100-500sccm flow rate range. Mask pattern and CMOS process of micro gas-flow sensor have been designed according to CMOS process technology.
