This paper presents a plant annunciator system model for this analysis. Seismic qualification analysis for plant annunciator system is carried out to confirm the structural integrity under the seismic conditions represented by required response spectra(RRS). For the analysis finite element method(FEM) is used. And mode combinations are adopted to obtain the reliability of the spectrum analysis. The analysis results shows that the plant amnunciator system is designed as a dynamically rigid assembly, without any resonance frequency blow 33Hz. The calculated stress of the plant annuciator system is much less than yield stress of used steel.

Mechanical behavior of a piezoelectric actuator is studied as a preceding research for the manufacturing of three -<br/> dimensional micro-structures. It is needed to examine the simulation of a piezoelectric actuator according to applied<br/> direction of voltage, by researching displacement characterization of piezoelectric material through piezoelectric theory.<br/> To this end, finite element modeling is employed to study the response of a piezoelectric material under the various<br/> input voltages. Where the actuator is simulated by use of ANSYS. To avoid direct contact piezoelectric material with<br/> working fluid, silicon, polymer, etc., the actuator is modeled with nickel fixed diaphragm.
석고를 이용한 한국재래산양 시삭상핵과 방실핵의 입체적 재구성

This study was carried out to reconstruct three-dimensional plaster model of the supraoptic and paraventricular nuclei of 3 Korean native goats. The representative coronal sections of the hypothalami were stained immunohistochemically with monoclonal antibodies to vasopressin and oxytocin simultaneously. Plaster models were reconstructed by schematic drawings which were made by tracing onto the tracing paper with the aid of a drawing attachment. The results were as follows: The configurations of the models of 3 supraoptic nuclei were slender spherical shape at their cranial parts, and the highest and widest size at middle parts, and became lower and narrow at caudal parts in two models, hence one was directed dorsolaterally. The medial surfaces of the para ventricular nuclei were vertically flat, and lateral surfaces were more complex than medial with processes directed dorsolaterally at their cranial portion. They change positions dorsally at caudal portion, and there were no significant variations in shape between them.

This study was carried out to investigate the origin, insertion, direction of muscle fibers and structure of the ear muscles of the Korean native goat. The description was based on the dissection of fifteen the Korean native goats with embalming fluid. The results were as follows: 1. The ear muscles of the Korean native goat were composed of the M. zygomaticoauricularis, M. scutuloauricularis superficialis, M. scutuloauricularis profundus, M. frontoscutularis, M. interscutularis, M. parietoauricularis, M. cervicoscutularis, M. cervicoauricularis superficialis, M. cervicoauricularis medius, M. cervicoauricularis profundus, M. auricularis profundus posterior and M. parotidoauricularis. 2. The M. frontoscutularis clearly seperated into temporal and frontal parts in 6 cases. 3. The M. scutuloauricularis profundus clearly separated into major and minor parts. 4. The M. zygomaticoauricularis blended with the M. parotidoauricularis near its insertion, but not with the M. scutuloauricularis.

<P>Microglia are evenly distributed throughout the brain parenchyma. They respond rapidly to a variety of alterations in the microenvironment of the brain and act as sensors for pathological events in the brain. In the present study, we investigated the age-dependent changes in the immunoreactivity and protein level of ionized calcium-binding adapter molecule 1 (Iba-1), a microglial marker, in the CA1 region of the gerbil hippocampus. Iba-1 immunoreactive microglia were detected in the hippocampal CA1 region of the postnatal month 1 (PM 1) group. Iba-1 positive microglia were morphologically inactive between the PM 1 and PM 12 stages. Some Iba-1 immunoreactive microglia were present in the active form in the hippocampal CA1 region of the PM 18 and PM 24 groups. The Iba-1 protein levels in hippocampal CA1 homogenates were decreased in the PM 1 through PM 6 groups and increased in an age-dependent manner thereafter. These results suggest that Iba-1 immunoreactive microglia in the active form were detected in the hippocampal CA1 region in the PM 18 and PM 24 groups. This result may be associated with an age-dependent susceptibility to neurodegenerative diseases associated with the hippocampus.</P>
