An advanced nation that use trade to the center of economy are taking advantage of ICT(Information Communication Technology) actively in physical distribution processing to manage their national ports more efficiently. Especially, computer simulation is used mainly by the optimization method of the freight processing. In this paper, we divide the loading and unloading step by 5 steps with various factors that can be considered at the freight processing in port. And we propose a port integral management simulator development method that can perform these simulations. Also, we implement 3D modeling for the loading and unloading equipments of port. According to our study, we can produce suitable factors that need to perform the freight processing in port efficiently, additionally can observe simulation process through virtual port with reality.

Together with the development of information and telecommunication technologies, the information environment of campus also has been changed. Recently uniquitous computing technology is going to introduce into various areas. In this paper we proposed new construction models for u-campus which applies to ubiquitous computing technologies. Our proposed models are included in a network model and a service system model. The network model is classified into stage 1~3 according to supported network bandwidths and services. Also the service system model is consisted of 3 levels hierarchical structure according to their functions and characteristics.

u-Campus is usually constituted of not wired networks but wireless network forms, and there is a need to support these networks. The current Mobile IPv4 method has too many limitations and in order to assure enhanced service and mobility, the next generation wireless network Mobile IPv6 is being considered. Therefore, Mobile IPv6, which supplements u-Campus mobility purposes along with faults in the IPv4, is naturally the most reasonable choice. This paper utilizes four protocols out of the currently existing Mobile IPv6 protocol to compare and analyze the compatibility of protocol types with the u-Campus. The result has been that in hierarchial structure and separated space centralized environments such as the u-Campus, the F-HMIPv6 protocol based structure is most effective. Therefore, according to the results in hand, from here on protocol design will be greatly influenced by the mobility and efficiency objectives induced by the materialization of the u-Campus.

In this paper, we propose a intelligent information delivery service that can provide new information to students in campus. Students In campus use all sorts of information, such as educational matters, employments, entering upon studies, etc. In the database at anytime and anywhere. Using the proposed service in this paper, students can do their campus life more efficiently and easily.

The catalytic rate constants of hydrophobic catalysts developed for the removal of tritium mainly generated in the pressurized heavy water reactors should be measured. A recycle reactor was designed and built for characterzing the long-term behavior of the catalyst performance at the various temperatures and gas velocities.The catalytic rate constants were measured at the apparent gas velocity of 0.5 m/s and the temperature of 60℃. The initial catalytic constant was 8.44×10^-4mol/g.sec. This value is much greater than that considered in the design of Wolsong Tritium Removal Facility.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Direct oxidation of propylene to propylene oxide was carried out over Ag-(Mo-W)/ZrO<SUB>2</SUB> (pH X) catalysts prepared by changing the pH of Zr precursor solution from 3 to 14 while preparing the ZrO<SUB>2</SUB> support. It was found that the fraction of monoclinic phase and the ratio of acidity to basicity in the catalysts showed a volcano-shaped trend with respect to pH of Zr precursor solution. Such characteristics were well correlated with the selectivity of reaction towards propylene oxide. 한글 문장의 자동 띄어쓰기를 위한 두 가지 통계적 모델

자동 띄어쓰기는 문장 내에서 잘못 띄어쓴 어절들을 올바르게 복원하는 과정으로서, 독자에게 글의 가독성을 높이고 문장의 뜻을 정확히 전달하기 위해 매우 중요하다. 기존의 통계 기반 자동 띄어쓰기 접근 방법들은 이전 띄어쓰기 상태를 고려하지 않기 때문에 잘못된 확률 정보에 의한 띄어쓰기를 할 수밖에 없었다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 통계 기반 접근 방법의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 두 가지 통계적 띄어쓰기 모델을 제안한다. 제안하는 모델은 자동 띄어쓰기를 품사 부착과 같은 분류 문제(classification problem)로 간주할 수 있다는 착안에 기반하며, 은닉 마르코프 모델을 일반화함으로써 확장된 문맥을 고려할 수 있고 보다 정확한 확률을 추정할 수 있도록 고안되었다. 제안하는 모델과 지금까지 가장 좋은 성능을 보이는 기존의 방법을 비교하기 위해 여러 가지 실험 조건에 따른 다양한 실험을 수행하였고, 오류에 대한 자세한 분석을 제시하고 있다. 제안하는 모델을 복합 명사를 고려하는 평가 방식에 적용한 실험 결과, 98.33%의 음절 단위 정확도와 93.06%의 어절 단위 정확률을 얻었다. Automatic word spacing is a process of deciding correct boundaries between words in a sentence including spacing errors. It is very important to increase the readability and to communicate the accurate meaning of text to the reader. The previous statistical approaches for automatic word spacing do not consider the previous spacing state, and thus can not help estimating inaccurate probabilities. In this paper, we propose two statistical word spacing models which can solve the problem of the previous statistical approaches. The proposed models are based on the observation that the automatic word spacing is regarded as a classification problem such as the POS tagging. The models can consider broader context and estimate more accurate probabilities by generalizing hidden Markov models. We have experimented the proposed models under a wide range of experimental conditions in order to compare them with the current state of the art, and also provided detailed error analysis of our models. The experimental results show that the proposed models have a syllable-unit accuracy of 98.33% and Eojeol-unit precision of 93.06% by the evaluation method considering compound nouns.

정보통신 기술의 발전과 더불어 다양한 관련 기술이 교육에도 접목되어 활용되고 있다. 특히 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅과 네트워킹 기술을 대학의 캠퍼스에 접목시켜 구축한 새로운 캠퍼스의 형태가 u-캠퍼스이다. 본 논문은 u-캠퍼스에서 제공 가능한 서비스 중에서 학생들의 학내 활동과 교내외 생활에 필요한 정보를 상황인식 기능을 통해 전송받을 수 있도록 지능형 정보 전달 서비스를 제안한다. 학사 정보, 취업 및 진학, 그리고 각종 유용한 정보 등을 데이터베이스에 구성된 학생들의 기호에 맞게 전송한다. 다양한 정보화 시대와 어울리게 본 서비스는 캠퍼스 구성원들에게 다양한 정보 획득의 기회를 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 서비스 구현 방안을 이용하면 학생들이 보다 효율적이고 편리하게 학내 활동을 할 수 있을 것이다.
