고습도 또는 결로시 내수성을 지니는 저항형 습도센서를 제조하기 위하여 vinylbenzyl tributyl phosphonium chloride를 포함하는 4원 공중합체를 합성하여 저습도와 고습도 범위에서 측정이 가능한 습도센서용 감습막을 제작하였다. 1,5-dibrompentane과 4차 염화 가교 반응을 통하여 최종 저항형 습도 센서를 제작하였다. 감습막은 알루미나 기판에 한 쌍의 금 paste가 인쇄된 전극을 사용하였으며, 감습막은 다양한 비율의 vinylbenzyl tributyl phosphonium chloride, 2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 그리고 [2-(methacryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethyl ammonium chloride등을 이용하여 제조하였다. 감습막은 micro-syringe를 이용하여 도포하였으며 건조 oven에서 50 ℃에서 6 시간 동안 가교반응을 진행하였다. 습도센서의 임피던스 특성은 2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate 또는 [2-(methacryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethyl ammonium chloride의 함량이 증가할수록 감소하였다. vinylbenzyl tributyl phosphonium chloride / 2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate / 2-ethylhexyl acrylate / [2-(methacryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethyl ammonium chloride의 조성비가 4/4/1/1인 공중합체의 경우 30∼90%RH 범위에서 2.64 MΩ ∼ 3.11MΩ 의 임피던스 특성을 보였으며 우수한 직선성과 낮은 히스테리시스 나타내었다.
속도 Observer를 이용한 유도전동기 센서리스 벡터제어

The stability for a speed sensorless vector control of an induction machine has been studied. These studies show that the sensorless control is apt to be more unstable than the control with sensor on the variation for stator resistance, rotor resistance and system parameters of the machine. First, this paper investigates the start-up and transient characteristics when the inertia, J, changes and the rotor resistance, R_r, changes respectively for a step change of a speed reference, ω_r. Then, the new speed estimation algorithms with no effects on the parameters variation of the machine and the system is proposed. The proposed method is to implement the observer using voltage, current and constant of the machine. The results are verified by simulation.

As imported brand markets are growing up rapidly in Korea, some industries are interested in consumer wants for establishing marketing channels. The purpose of this study was to investigate consumer behavior with different retailers. We used a questionnaire survey and collected data from 250 female consumers aged in twenties at Gangnam area. We used only reliable 232 questionnaires for statistical analysis. The results of the empirical study were as follows: The most of people spent 20%∼40% of clothing expenditure on famous brand products. They purchased more famous brand products at department store and duty free shop than other retail shops. Both department store's customers and duty free shop's customers purchased wallet of handbag the most. The most preferred brand was Burberry for apparel, Louis Vuitton for handbag, and Ferragamo for shoes. In shopping attitudes, department store's customers are more enjoying shopping, impulsive shopping, easily boring on staple goods than duty-free shops customers, Department stores customers purchased to suitable clothes for special place and coordination. We hope that database from this study would help retailers and marketers to plan store distribution channels, and to establish target customer for marketing strategies.

This paper presents an analysis and design of an optimized soft switching DC-DC full-bridge topology. Soft switching for all main switches is achieved by using a combination of phase shift control and a Zero-Voltage-Transition auxiliary network. Based on a steady-state analysis of the topology a mathematical model describing the converter behaviour is developed. The influence of the auxiliary network design on the operating range, achievable switching frequency and current stress is investigated.

Accurate staging of lung cancer is essential for defining operability, selecting treatment regimens, predicting survival, and reporting comparable end results. Revisions in stage grouping of the TNM subsets in the International System for Staging Lung Cancer have been adopted by the American Joint Committee on Cancer and the Union Internationale le Cancer at 1996. We compared the previous TNM systems with revised stage grouping rules, and tried to applicate the new size-criteria for metastatic lymph nodes in mediastinum. Twenty-two patients were undergone CT stagings by using three different systems of previous, revised, and modified TNM subsets. Ten patients showed different TNM stage by the revised stage grouping rules and seven patients were altered in lymph node stage by the new size-criteria. Recognition of revised stage grouping rules is very important for treatment plan and predicting the correct prognosis.

<P>Highly efficient thermally activated delayed fluorescent (TADF) emitters, S-(2-(4,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)phenyl)-5H-benzofuro[3,2-c]carbazole (oBFCzTrz), 5-(3-(4,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)phenyl)-5H-benzofuro[3,2-c]-carbazole (mBFCzTrz), and 5-(4-(4,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)phenyl)-5H-benzofuro[3,2-c]carbazole (pBFCzTrz), were synthesized to study the effects of ortho-, meta-, and para- linkages between donor and acceptor moieties. oBFCzTrz having ortho- linked donor and acceptor moieties showed smaller singlet-triplet energy gap, shorter excited state lifetime, and higher photoluminescence quantum yield than mBFCzTrz and pBFCzTrz which are interconnected by meta- and para- positions. The TADF device using oBFCzTrz as a blue emitter exhibited high external quantum efficiency over 20%, little efficiency roll-off, and long device lifetime.</P>
Humidity Sensitivity of Hybrid Polyelectrolytes Prepared by the Sol-Gel Process

Thin-film humidity sensors were prepared using inorganic/organic hybrid polyelectrolytes, which were prepared from the sol-gel reaction of copolymers of [2-(methacryloyloxy)ethyl]dimethylpropylammonium bromide (MEPAB), n-butyl methacrylate (BMA), and 3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate (TSPM) with tetraethyl ortho-silicate (TEOS). The humidity-sensitive polyelectrolytes were composed of the copolymers having the following mole ratios of MEPAB, BMA, and TSPM: 60/30/10, 55/30/15, and 50/30/20. We found that the impedance varied with the content of MEPAB or TEOS; it ranged from $10^{7} to 10^{3}\Omega$ between 20 and $95\%$ relative humidity, which is the range required for a humidity sensor operating at ambient humidity. In addition we investigated a number of characteristics of these humidity sensors, such as their hysteresis, response time, temperature dependence, frequency dependence, water durability, and long-term stability.

Two kinds of mutually cross-linkable copolymers were prepared to be used as humidity-sensing materials. The humidity-sensitive thin films consist of cross-linked polyelectrolytes of the following component: 4-vinylbenzyl dimethyl 2-(dimethylphosphino)ethyl phosphonium chloride (1)/ bis(2-methoxyethyl)itaconate (2)= 3/l, 2/l, 1/1 and 1/2 and 4-vinylbenzyl chloride (3)/ vinylbenzyl tributyl phosphonium chloride (4)= 3/l, 2/l, 1/1 and 1/2. The humidity sensor prepared from the reaction of 1/2= 2/l with 3/4= 2/l showed an average resistance of 723,36.2 and 2.42 ㏀ at 30, 60 and 90%RH, respectively. Temperature dependence, frequency dependence, and response time were measured and the reliability test such as water durability and long-term stability were also estimated.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Two isomeric thermally activated delayed fluorescent (TADF) emitters, 9,9'-(2,5-bis(4,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-1,4-phenylene)bis(9<I>H</I>-carbazole) (p2Cz2Trz) and 9,9'-(4,6-bis(4,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-1,3-phenylene)bis(9<I>H</I>-carbazole) (m2Cz2Trz), were synthesized using bis(diphenyltriazine) as a new strong acceptor of the TADF emitters. The m2Cz2Trz showed smaller singlet-triplet energy gap (0.09 eV) and higher photoluminescence quantum yield (0.95) than p2Cz2Trz. As a result, the TADF devices fabricated using the m2Cz2Trz emitter exhibited high external quantum efficiency of 18.5% and small efficiency roll-off, suggesting the potential of bis(diphenyltriazine) as a new acceptor.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Bitriazine as a new acceptor of thermally activated delayed fluorescent emitters. </LI> <LI> High external quantum efficiency and small efficiency roll-off in the devices. </LI> <LI> Small singlet-triplet energy gap and high photoluminescence quantum yield. </LI> </UL> </P>
