        AHP를 활용한 도시가스 산업시설의 안전진단평가표 개발에 관한 연구

        Safety diagnostic indicator pointer can divide by greatly two. One is management (Software) side that one that differ with mechanical (Hardware) side that handle laying stress on equipment connected with safety manages organization and management connected with safety. Weight appropriates according to specific gravity that relevant element occupies in facilities. To give so big value in particular element in grant of weight pays attention because break balance of whole guideline and should gives. Finally, efficient safety net may see effect before self-regulation inside by minimum target establishment using AHP by government and legal, systematic countermeasure establishment for this, strict law application and each business proprietor and though activity and user's active safety activity forms harmony properly.

      • X-선과 전자선의 인접조사에서 접합 조사면에서의 선량분포

        목 적 : 두경부 종양의 방사선치료에서 동일 방사선 조사면을 분리하여 X-선과 전자선을 인접시켜 조사하는 경우는 빈번히 사용되는 방법이다. 따라서 본 연구는 X-선과 전자선 조사면의 인접면에서의 선량을 측정하여 임상에 적용할 수 있는 자료를 얻고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 본 연구는 Clinac1800 (Varian, USA) 선형가속기에서 방출되는 6MV X-선과 9 MeV 전자선을 이용하였다. 흡수선량을 측정하기 위해 X-OMAT V film을 사용하였다. 조사야 $10cm{\times}10cm$에 0.1Gy - 4Gy를 조사하여 film densitometer (WP102 : Welhofer, German)로 OD 값(광학 밀도)를 얻어 film의 특성 곡선을 얻었다. X-선과 전자선 조사면을 분리하여 인접 조사할 때 X-선 조사면은 $10cm{\times}10cm$의 X축 중심에서 2 cm부터 폭 3cm의 차폐를 하고 X-선 조사면에서 차폐된 부분을 전자선 조사면으로 하였다. 전자선 조사면은 $15cm{\times}15cm$ cone을 이용하였다. 흡수선량 측정은 solid water phantom에서 깊이 0 cm(표면), 0.5 cm, 1.5 cm, 2cm, 3 cm에서 film을 설치하고 X-선은 8 cm 깊이에 100 cGy를 조사하고 전자선은 SSD(source surface distance) 100cm로 표면에서 X-선 조사면에 일치시키고 1Gy를 조사하였다. 선량 측정은 X-선과 전자선 조사면의 인접면에서 film densitometer로 scan하여 OD 값을 구하고 6 MV X-선의 Dmax의 OD값을 기준으로 비교하였다. 기준 흡수선량을 구하기 위해 X-선과 전자선 각각의 흡수선량을 깊이 0 cm(표면), 0.5cm, 1.5cm, 2cm, 3cm에서 측정하였다. 결 과 : X-선과 전자선의 조사면을 인접시켰을 때 깊이 0 cm, 0.5 cm, 1.5 cm, 2 cm, 3 cm에서의 두 조사면의 인접면에서의 선량 분포의 분석에서 X-선 조사면에서 선량 증가는 깊이 1.5 cm에서 폭 7 mm에 걸쳐 있었고 최고 $6\%$의 증가를 보였으며 다른 측정 깊이에서는 선량증가가 허용범위 내에 있었다. 그리고 전자선 조사면쪽에서 선량 감소는 전 측정 깊이 0.5 cm-3 cm에서 각각 폭이 1mm-12.5 mm에 걸쳐 $4.5\%-30\%$의 주변부보다 선량감소를 보였다. 결 론 : 본 연구에서 X-선과 전자선을 표면에서 인접시켜 조사 할 때 두 조사면의 인접면을 중심으로 X-선 조사면 쪽에서 선량증가, 전자선 조사면쪽에서 선량 감소가 있음을 확인하였다. 위의 연구 결과는 X-선과 전자선의 인접 방사선조사를 할 때 유용한 참고 자료가 될 수 있겠다. Purpose : For the head and neck radiotherapy, abutting photon field with electron field is frequently used for the irradiation of posterior neck when tolerable dose on spinal cord has been reached. Materials and methods : Using 6 MV X-ray and 9 MeV electron beams of Clinac1800(Varian, USA) linear accelerator, we performed film dosimetry by the X-OMAT V film of Kodak in solid water phantom according to depths(0 cm, 1.5 cm, 3 cm, 5 cm). 6 MV X-ray and 9 MeV electron(1Gy) were exposes to 8cm depth and surface(SSD 100cm) of phantom. The dose distribution to the junction line between photon($10cm{\times}10cm$ field with block) and electron($15cm{\times}15cm$ field with block) fields was also measured according to depths(0 cm, 0.5 1.5 cm, 3 cm, 5 cm). Results : At the junction line between photon and electron fields, the hot spot was developed on the side of the photon field and a cold spot was developed on that of the electron field. The hot spot in the photon side was developed at depth 1.5 cm with 7 mm width. The maximum dose of hot spot was increased to $6\%$ of reference doses in the photon field. The cold spot in the electron side was developed at all measured depths(0.5 cm-3 cm) with 1-12.5 mm widths. The decreased dose in the cold spot was $4.5-30\%$ of reference dose in the electron field. Conclusion : When we make use of abutting photon field with electron field for the treatment of head and neck cancer we should consider the hot and cold dose area in the junction of photon and electron field according to location of tumor.

        기계 시스템 생산 작업관리자 직무 분석에 의한 안전직무교육 개발에 관한 연구

        As the demand for automation (or autonmation) or clean workplace has grown, the interest in the knowledge and skill regarding safety is rising in manager duty. Moreover, the importance of severity rate of injury has increased due to the enlargement of industry scale, even safety management area has developed. Thus, it is important that production managers, the core of the line process, realize the safety in their production line, even if a safety manager acts as a staff. However, in the duty oriented National Competency Standard (NCS), the education about the safety duty of production management part is insufficient. According to NCS, it is calculated production managers receive only 6.7% of whole safety education regarding the duty related the safety management for production manager in mechanical industry. However, the ability in safety is more demanded from production managers as the concept of "production and safety" turns into the concept of "production with safety". And then in this paper, we will compare and analyze the safety management duty in Korean NCS and the safety management duty in State Leaders Connecting Learning to Work in US manufacturing industry, in terms of the duty of the production manage in mechanical industry (05). And, we will develop the safety duty education system for production manager, by classifying the safety education in domestic mechanical industry into knowledge education, skill education, and attitude education with using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).

        By successful establishment of Supply Chain Management System they should make the supply chains speedy and combine production information system with the outcome system and thus they reinforce the competition of the production system of local enterprises in accordance with the rapid decision making. Supply chain coordination improves if all supplier of chain take actions that together increase total supply chain profits. To design of Modularity by the grouping supplier, the proposed method is to develop the most appropriate production system models through the reflection of JIT system in the Supply Chain Management which is necessity of the times and its importance. The objects of this study is to develop the most appropriate production system Model and optimal profit model in the process line and to provide the enterprises with the models which are based on the Supply Chain Management.

        KANO 모델을 활용한 기계생산관리 분야 대학교육과정 만족도 요인 분석에 관한 실증적 연구

        As the industrial society develops, the management of the production line becomes more and more important. There are also diversifying Management methods by industry. In addition, National Competency Standards (NCS) have also been developed. As a result, It has been created standards for each job and provide education and training standards for industrial production management tasks. Customer satisfaction is an ever-growing concern of management throughout the world. In addition, Colleges are focusing on vocational education. Because of the opening of the education market, They are competing in various ways. And, To survive in this competition. They are making great efforts to improve the lecture satisfaction. If education is regarded as an industry, it can be classified as a representative service industry. Because it is formed as a perfect competition between colleges. And then in this paper, This will focus on the mechanical production Manager duties of industrial engineering department related NCS. This study also conducted empirical studies to analyze factors affecting the curriculum using the KANO analysis.

        The Role of Porta Hepatis Irradiation in Relieving Malignant Obstructive Jaundice

        1984년부터 1988년RK지 인제대학교 외과대학 치료방사선과엣 j전이성 암에 의해 발생한 악성 폐쇄성 황달환자 13명을 대상으로 갑문을 포함하는 국소방사선치료를 시행하였다. 총 3명의 환자중 추적가능한 7명은 표준 방사선 조사야에 2.6주 동안에 걸쳐 2600~5480 cGy의 방사선 조사를 받았으며 이중 5명중 2명은 황달의 재발없이 1년 이상의 생존기간을 보여주었다. 따라서 간문의 전이성 암으로 인해 발생한 악성 폐쇄성 황달 환자에 있어서 간문을 포함하는 조사야의 국소적 방사선 치료는 황달 해소와 증상완화에 많은 도움을 줄 수 있는 것으로 생각된다. We have analysed 13 patients with malignant obstructive jaundice due to metastasis who were treated with local radiation therapy to the area of porta hepatis at the Radiation Therapy Department of Paik Hospital altached to the Inje University between 1984 and 1988. A good response was observed in 6 out of 7 evaluable patients receiving a total radiation dose ranging from 2600 to 5480 cGy on 2.6 to 6 weeks. A complete response was noted on 5 patients, a partial response in 1 patient, and no response in 1 patient. The overall median survival for 13 patients was 3 months. But two patients lived more than a year without recurrence of jaundice. Moderate dose, localized field radiation therapy appears to the beneficial in relieving obstructive jaundice and fives a good symptomatic relief.

      • A Study on Weighted Composite Dispatching Rule in the Semiconductor Modular Production Process - Application to M Company Semiconductor Process

        Scheduling semi-conductor manufacturing process systems is a complicated and difficult job due to such characteristics as reentry into manufacturing processes, high uncertainty of processes, and products and technologies changing rapidly. They have carried out many studies to find the efficient ways for semi-conductor manufacturing systems with a view to accomplishing the goals of systems like saving cycling time and increasing production quantity per unit time. The production flow in the semi-conductor industry has the most unique characteristics and makes it difficult to plan production and to schedule semi-conductor manufacturing. Currently, the scheduling methods in semi-conductor assembly processes follow the dispatching rule by simple FCFS(first come first serve). And backlog is operated as a buffer based on daily production quantity. In this study, therefore, we will apply various dispatching rules by real time basis and verify the effect and result of exact scheduling through simulation, based on the assumption that competitive advantages in production come from efficient inventory control and exact scheduling.

        위암의 간문맥 전이로 발생한 악성 폐쇄성 황달에 대한 외부 방사선치료 효과

        목적 : 위암의 간문맥 임파절 재발로 발생한 악성 폐쇄성 황달치료에 있어서 외부 방사선치료의 효과를 평가해 보고 치료의 결과에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법 : 1984년부터 1993년까지 위암의 간문맥 전이로 악성 폐쇄성 황달이 발생한 32명중 3000cGy이상의 방사선량이 조사된 23명을 대상으로 하였다. 치료 결과에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인을 알아보기 위하여 방사선량, 황달발생 당시의 질병의 진전정도 및 황달을 일으키는 종괴의 위치, 방사선치료 전 총 bilirubin치, 다른 치료와의 병합여부, 원발병소의 수술정도, 재발전 병기를 분석하였다. 외부 방사선치료는 4백만 전자볼트 선형가속기를 이용하여 주 5회, 1회 180-300cGy를 간문맥을 포함하는 부위에 3000cGy-5480cGy(중앙값 3770cGy, TDF 49-86 3420cGy-5580cGy 중앙값 TDF 65, 4140cGy/23fx)가 조사되었다. TDF 65(4140cGy/23fx) 이상과 미만을 받은 환자는 각각 13, 10명이었다. 결과 : 전체 환자 32명중 완전관해 13명, 부분관해 5명, 무반응 5명이었다. 전체 환자의 종양 생존 기간은 5개월이나 완전관해의 경우는 11개월이고 부분관해와 무반응의 경우 각각 3개월이었다. 완전관해를 보인 13명중 6명이 1년 이상 생존하였다. 완전관해의 경우와 부분관해, 무반응과의 생존 기간의 비교에서 의미있는 차이를 보였다(p Purpose : Since 1983, authors have conducted a study to evaluate the effect of external radiation therapy and to determine affected factors in management of the patients with malignant obstructive jaundice due to porta hepatis metastasis from stomach cancer. Materials and Methods : Thirty two patients with malignant obstructive jaundice due to porta hepatis metastasis from gastric cancer were presented. We have analysed 23 patients who were treated with external radiation therapy of more than 3000cGy. The radiation dose, disease extent at development of jaundice, total bilirubin levels before radiation therapy. initial stage of gastric cancer were analyzed to determine affected factors in radiation therapy. External radiation therapy was delivered with a daily dose of 180-300cGy. 5 times a week fractionation using 4 MeV linear accelerator. The radiation field included the porta hepatis with tumor mass received more than 3000cGy. total irradiation dose was ranged from 3000cGy to 5480cGy. median 3770cGy. Among 23 patients, 13 patients were delivered more than equivalent dose of TDF 65(4140cGy/23fx). Results : Among 23 patients, complete, partial and no response were observed in 13, 5, 5 patients, respectively. The median survival for all patients was 5 months. The significant prolongation of median survival was observed in complete responder(11 months) as compared to partial and no responders(5 months, 5 months, respectively). Out of 13 patients with complete response, 6 patients lived more than a year. Among 13 patients receiving more than 4140cGy equivalent dose, complete, partial and no response were observed in 10.2 and 1 patients, respectively. The median survival for all these patients was 9.5 months. The median survival for complete responders(10/13) was 11.5 months. Among 10 patients receiving less than 4140cGy equivalent dose, complete, partial and no response were observed in 3, 3, 4 patients. respectively. The median survival for all these patients was 4.3 months. therefore, the radiation dose affected the results of treatment. For the complete response with prolongation of survival duration, at least 4140cGy equivalant dose should be delivered to porta hepatis. In valuation of the disease extent, 7 patients of 13 complete responders showed localized disease in porta hepatis or peripancreatic area, but all patients with partial and no response showed wide extensive disease or persistant disease of primary gastric cancer. Therefore, the patients with the localized disease were the higher probability of complete response and long term survival. This study suggested that the radiation dose and the disease extent at development of jaundice affected in radiation therapy for malignant obstructive jaundice. There were no serious complications related to external radiation therapy. Conclusion : External radiation therapy only could achieve the palliative effect in the patients with malignant obstrctive jaundice due to porta hepatis metastasis from stomach cancer. This study suggested that the prolongation of survival duration could be acheived in complete responders and radiation dose. extent of disease affected the results of treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice

        The goal of company is to pursue the profit, and the company wants that the service and product are available at the place where it"s customers want. In this regard, the newly focused SCM makes reducing the expenses of whole logistic available by cutting down the expenses of materials, transportation and stock and also, it allows the company to cut down the procurement expense through the reduced lead-time and rationalize producing plans by eliminating the uncertain orders and fluctuation in procurement. It further more optimizes the efficiency of over all productions by meeting the dead line for delivery to the customers. In the recent environment of globalization where fierce competitions exist between manufacturers, SCM plays important role in the strategies of companies, and managements of companies try their best efforts in establishing the strategy to accomplish the innovative relationship between supply chain channels. Therefore, in this study, we try to suggest the model of consolidated logistics system that is ISCM with suggesting the better way of logistics through SCM and comparative analysis with logistics system in advanced countries to resolve the difficulties numbers of companies face after realizing what SCM is in Korea.
