A Systematic Approach to an Organization's Training Plan

現代 組織에서 人力을 管理하는 目的은 從業員의 能力을 最大限으로 발휘하게 하여 組織의 目標와 個人의 目標의 達成에 공헌하도록 하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 組織은 必要한 人的資源을 確保하고, 勤勞意??을 增進시켜서 勞動成果를 向上시킴에 있어서 訓練의 뒷받침이 要求되며 이를 重視하는 傾向이 짙으며, 또한 오늘날 要求되는 組織訓練이 質的 量的으로 高度化되고 多樣化된 것은 社會變化와 組織을 둘러싸고 있는 環境의 變化가 크며 빠른 速度로 進行되고 있기 때문이다. 組織訓練은 職業意識과 企業意識을 啓發시켜 줄 뿐만 아니라 從業員의 知識, 技能, 態度를 體系的으로 育成, 開發하여 職務滿足을 높여주어서 諸 組織의 有效性 내지 能率의 向上을 가져온다. 이처럼 重要視되는 組織訓練을 계획함에 있어서 個別的인 設計前에 全體的인 觀點에서 訓練體系를 構想하는 시스템적 接近方法이 必要하다. 本稿의 目標는 組織訓練計劃을 마련하는데 있어서의 시스템적으로 分析하고 계획하는 基本的인 過程을 提示하는데 있다. 이러한 시스템적 接近方法은 주로 6단계로 다음과 같이 구성된다고 생각한다. 1단계 : 필요한 지식과 기능의 분석 2단계 : 직무담당자의 지식 및 기능의 현상분석 3단계 : 훈련의 필요성(Needs) 분석 4단계 : 조직의 전반적인 훈련계획 수립 5단계 : 훈련요소에 관한 제결정 및 실시 6단계 : 훈련결과의 평가 이 시스템적 접근방법은 훈련의 목표를 충족시키며 제 구실을 다하기 위해서는 계속적인 훈련프로그램의 평가가 이루어져야 하며, 조직내외의 변화에 민감하게 대응하는 계속적인 후속조치가 마련되어야 한다. 그리고 이러한 組織訓練은 조직의 有效性을 더욱 증진시키기 위하여 集團行動의 개념을 이용한 시너지(synergy)效果를 가져오도록 組織開發의 문제를 고려하여 展開되어야 할것으로 생각된다.

A solid state Hg(Au)/HgO reference electrode was prepared utilizing gold amalgam solid particles. Solid fine powder of the gold amalgam was prepared by chemical reduction of Au(III) with NaBH4 followed by reduction of Hg(II) in the presence of gold fine particles. The solid content in the suspension of the gold amalgam particles and fine mercury oxide particles in DMF containing PVC was precipitated by the addition of a large amount of water to give solid Hg(Au)/HgO/PVC mixture. After drying, the mixture was pressure-molded to a physically stable Hg(Au)/HgO composite reference electrode material. The electrochemical characteristics of the electrode as a reference electrode were very similar to an ordinary Hg/HgO reference electrode. The electrode material can be molded and fabricated in any desired shape and size. The surface can be renewed by a simple polishing process whenever contaminated or deactivated. The applicability of the electrode in the electrochemical detection of carbohydrates after anion exchange separation was evaluated.
Development of a Lipase-based Time Temperature Indicator System for Monitoring Ground Beef Quality

A time-temperature indicator (TTI) based on Burkholderia cepacia lipase (BCL) activity was developed for monitoring ground beef quality under dynamic storage conditions. The growth of Pseudomonas spp., the major specific spoilage bacterium in meat, was used as a ground beef spoilage index. Arrhenius and logistic models were used to show temperature dependence of the growth of Pseudomonas spp. in ground beef. Under different isothermal conditions (25, 18, 12, and $5^{\circ}C$), the spoilage of ground beef by Pseudomonas spp. and the color change of the BCL-TTI had similar activation energies of 47.5 and 35.8 kJ/mol, respectively. The suitability of the BCL-TTI was validated for ground beef under two dynamic storage conditions using a predictive microbial growth model. The results showed that the endpoint of the BCL-TTI system was close to the end of the shelf life for ground beef with a relative error <10%. Therefore, the BCL-TTI system developed in this study could be useful as an effective tool for monitoring quality changes in ground beef during distribution and storage.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>Background: This study sought to compare 3‐year outcomes of single‐ versus two‐stent techniques in patients with distal unprotected left main coronary artery (LMCA) disease treated with drug‐eluting stents (DES). Methods and Results: A total of 392 patients with distal unprotected LMCA disease who underwent DES implantation with single‐ (<I>n</I> = 234) or two‐ (<I>n</I> = 158) stent techniques were evaluated. The primary end point was major adverse cardiac events (MACE), defined as the composite of death, myocardial infarction (MI), and target lesion revascularization (TLR). The two‐stent group was more likely to have extensive coronary artery stenosis. After adjustment with weighted Cox model using the inverse probability of treatment weighting, the 3‐year risk of death was similar in the single‐ and two‐stent groups (hazard ratio [HR], 0.77, 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.28–2.13, <I>P</I> = 0.62). However, the 3‐year risks of MI (HR, 0.38, 95% CI, 0.19–0.78, <I>P</I> = 0.008), TLR (HR, 0.16, 95% CI, 0.05–0.57, <I>P</I> = 0.005), and MACE (HR, 0.89, 95% CI, 0.22–0.67, <I>P</I> = 0.0007) were significantly lower in the single‐stent group. Conclusion: Compared with the two‐stent technique, the single‐stent technique showed more favorable long‐term clinical outcomes in patients with distal unprotected LMCA disease who received DES. © 2011 Wiley‐Liss, Inc.</P>

This study on the four families (Leucothoidae, Melitidae, Pleustidae, and Stenothoidae) of gammaridean and the one family (Caprellidae) of caprellidean amphipods of Ulreung Island was based on the materials collected at eight localities in Ulreung Island. Ten species of six genera were identified. Of these, he (Elasmopus korrunus, and Muero breuispina) are new to science. Four species (Leucothoe nogotoi, 1. spinicawa, Paropleustes denhouini, and Stenothoe volido) are new records for Korean craters. Five species were described and six Lvere illustrated.

<P>For diagnosis and management of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), the easily administered assessment tool is essential. Structured Interview for PTSD (SIP) is a validated, 17-item, simple measurement being used widely. We aimed to develop the Korean version of SIP (K-SIP) and investigated its psychometric properties. Ninety-three subjects with PTSD, 73 subjects with mood disorder or anxiety disorder as a psychiatric control group, and 88 subjects as a healthy control group were enrolled in this study. All subjects completed psychometric assessments that included the K-SIP, the Korean versions of the Clinician-Administered PTSD Scale (CAPS) and other assessment tools. The K-SIP presented good internal consistency (Cronbach's α=0.92) and test-retest reliability (r=0.87). K-SIP showed strong correlations with CAPS (r=0.72). Among three groups including PTSD patients, psychiatric controls, and normal controls, there were significant differences in the K-SIP total score. The potential cut-off total score of K-SIP was 20 with highest diagnostic efficiency (91.9%). At this point, the sensitivity and specificity were 95.5% and 88.4%, respectively. Our result showed that K-SIP had good reliability and validity. We expect that K-SIP will be used as a simple but structured instrument for assessment of PTSD.</P>
