        자궁내막에 발생한 점막 연관 림프조직 (MALT) 림프종 1예

        Non-Hodgkin's 림프종의 약 40%는 결절외(extranodal) 림프종으로 대개 위장관에서 발생하며 이들 중 점막 연관 림프조직(mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue: MALT)에서 기원한 림프종은 MALT 림프종으로 분류된다. 위 외의 부위에서 원발성으로 발생하는 MALT 림프종은 매우 드물지만 실제 거의 모든 신체 장기에 발생하는 것으로 알려져 있는데, 가장 흔한 부위인 위 외에도 폐, 갑상선, 침샘, 눈물샘에 발생하고, 드물게 안구, 유방, 방광, 신장, 흉선 등에도 보고된 바 있다. MALT 림프종은 오랜 기간동안 원격 전이하지 않고 국소 병변으로 남아 있는 특징이 있어 치료 방향 또한 국소 병변의 치료에 집중되며, 예후도 림프절 기원의 림프종에 비해 양호한 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 저자 등은 자궁 내막에 원발성으로 발생한 MALT 림프종 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 이를 보고하고자 한다. Mucosa associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma can rarely develop primarily in extranodal sites other than stomach which is the most common site for it. Other rare primary sites are small intestine, colorectum, esophagus, lung, thyroid, salivary gland, lacrymal gland, breast and skin. MALT lymphoma represents a distinct clinicopathologic features: it is usually localized to their original site for a long time and shows much more favorable prognosis than lymphoma at other site, but some MALT lymphoma can arise simultaneously or successively in different organ or give rise to another MALT lymphoma of other organ and can be multifocally disseminated or recurred. We report a very rare case of high grade B-cell lymphoma of mucosa associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) of the uterine endometrium, which was confirmed by immunohistochemical assay.

      • Self-Leveling재의 최적 결합재비 산정을 위한 기초적 연구

        Self-leveling material is the floor finishing material that is able to make surface level by itself, it can go on a next construction in a short time. Self-leveling materials are composed of various binders and chemical additions, and it is difficult to catch suitable mixing proportion of composion materials. This study is to investigate and analyze consistency and strength properties of according to component ratio of main materials and we endeavor to get suitable mixing propertion of binders by experimental design and statistical analysis. The results of this study are showed that suitable mixing proportions of binders are OPC(Ordinary Portland Cement) 70~80%, AC(Alumina Cement) 5~10%, AG)Anhydrous Gypsum) 5~20%.

      • Cisplatin에 의한 흰쥐 공장의 alkaline phosphatase 활성변화에 미치는 SOD의 영향

        Cisplatin has been widely used as an effective anticancer platinum compound. Cisplatin incorporates with intrastrand or interstrand of the DNA and it inhibits the synthesis of the nucleic acid and protein. During the treatment of cancer patients, cisplatin acts on normally proliferating cells, which results in nephrotoxicity, nausea, vomiting, anorexia, bone marrow suppression and inner ear damage. These toxicities are related to oxygen free radicals formation by cisplatin, which inhibits the activity of the catalase and admages the mitochondria. The author has demonstrated the effect of superoxide dismutase(SOD), one of the antioxidant enzymes, on changes of alkaline phosphatase activities in the jejunum of the cisplatin treated rats. A total of 60 healthy Sprague-Dawley rats weighing about 200gm were used as an experimental animals. Cisplatin(6mg/kg) was administered intraperitoneally with pretreatment of 15000unit/kg of SOD or not. The experimental animals are sacrificed at 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours and 3 days after the administration of cisplatin. A part of jejunum were obtained and fixed in 10%-neutral formalin at 4℃. The speciments were sectioned 16㎛ thickness in frozen cryostat. The activity of alkaline phosphatase was evaluated histochemically by Gomori's method and incubation time of sections of specimens was 30minutes. The results were as follows. 1. SOD increase the activity of alkaline phosphatase in the epithelium of jejunum of the rat. 2. The activities of alkaline phosphatase of the epithelium of the mucosa decrease in jejunum of 6 hours and 12 hours of cisplatin treated rats. In the 24 hours and 3 days, activities of alkaline phosphatase of the epithelium increase. The atrophied villi are observed in the 12 hours and 24 hours of cisplatin treated group. 3. The activities of alkaline phosphatase increase in 12 hours and 3 days of cisplatin treated group with SOD pretreatment, the activities decrease in 6 hours of cisplatin treated group with SOD pretreatment. The activities of alkaline phosphatase in the 24 hours of cisplatin treated group with SOD pretreatment show a decided decrease over those of control group with SOD pretreatment. The atrophied villi are seen in the 12 hours and 24 hours of cisplatin treated group with SOD pretreatment. 4. The activities of alkaline phosphatase in the cisplatin treated group with SOD pretreatment are higher than those in the cisplatin treated group, except 24 hours of cisplatin treated group. 5. There are very little changes of alkaline phosphatase activities in the lamina propria, submucosa and muscle layer of all groups. Consequently, these results suggests that cisplatin decreases the activity of the alkaline phosphatase and SOD pretreatment decreases the range of the change in alkaline phosphatase activity of jejunum of the cisplatin treated rats.

        Modal mass is essential to analyze structural response under disturbance and to design the vibration control devices used to enhance the serviceability of structure. Modal mass differs from that of analytic mathematical model due to the error generated from analytical assumption and construction. Therefore, the objective of this study is to proposed to calculate the modal mass of structure based on the system identification. And the proposed method is applied to two examples, the single DOF system and the slab of apartment.

      • Beta-lactamase 저해제 이성체의 결합양상과 활성관계

        컴퓨터 docking 프로그램인 FlexiDock을 사용하여 sulbactam의 allyl 치환 유도체의 알파와 베타-이성체 네 개를 Bacteroides fragilis의 베타-lactamase에 docking 하였고 또한 3-phenyl-clavams의 네 개의 이성체와 6-methyl 3-phenyl clavams의 네 개의 이성체를 Enterobacter cloacae P99의 베타-lactamase에 docking하여 베타-lactamase와 ligand 간의 결합양상을 규명하였다. 그 결과 베타-lactamase 저해활성이 높은 이성체들을 다섯 개의 수소결합을 형성하면서 활성자리에 안정하게 결합된 반면, 활성이 낮거나 없는 이성체들은 한 개에서 세 개의 수소결합으로 약하게 결합하거나 또한 전혀 수소결합을 형성하지 못하여 결성양상과 활성 간에 높은 상관관계를 나타내었다. 이 결과는 docking 연구에 의해 제시된 결합양상의 차이를 이용하여 생리활성이 있는 이성체를 선택할 수 있음을 의미하므로 이 연구에서 사용한 flexible docking은 임상적으로 유효한 입체구조를 가진 베타-lactamase 저해제를 개발하는데 유용한 방법이 될 것이다. Using the computer docking program, FlexiDock, two sets of α and β isomers of novel substituted derivatives of sulbactam were docked into β-lactamase of Bacteroides fragilis and four diastereomers of 3-phenyl-clivams and four diastereomers of 6-methyl 3-phenyl clavams were docked into β-lactamase of Enterobacter cloacae P99 to determine the binding modes of β-lactamase-lignad complex. Isomers with high activities were docked stably inside the active sites with five hydrogen bonds whereas the others with low or no activities formed one to three hydrogen bonds or no bond at all, demonstrating the positive correlation between the binding modes and the activities. These results indicate that the biologically active stereoisomers can be selected by the binding mode differences through docking study. Thus, flexible docking used in this work could be a useful and effective method in the development of therapeutically effective stereoisomers of β-lactamase inhibitors.

      • 전기투석을 이용한 아세트산의 회수

        This paper studied acetic acid recovery by using mono-polar membrane electrodialysis. Current efficiency, solute recovery efficiency, energy consumption, and mass flux of acetic acid and water flux were measured at various dilute stream acetic acid concentrations, flow rates and current densities. The experiment in this paper indicated that current efficiency, recovery efficiency, and energy consumption increased linearly as the current density increased. The effect of flow rate changes are not critical on the solute flux.

      • 개에서 발생한 우동맥궁잔존증의 수술적 치료의 증례

        A six-month-old Jindo dog was admitted with history of postprandial regurgitation. The dog began regurgitating 3 months before. The dog was thin, underweighted and had a coarse hair coat. The cervical esophagus was palpable after meal. Contrast esophagram revealed distended esophagus cranial to the base of heart and contrast material accumulated in the esophagus. Tentative diagnosis was made on the basis of history, physical examination findings and a contrast esophagram. The dog diagnosed with Persistent right aortic arch by surgical exploration. Surgical ligation and division of the ligamentum arteriosum and balloon dilatation of stricture site were performed. After surgical correction, the follow up of prognosis after 2 month was excellent.
