        공기업의 경영혁신영향요인이 경영혁신 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 경영혁신 영향요인을 개인요인, 조직요인, 환경요인으로 구분하고 이들 요인이 경영혁신에 미치는 영향관계를 알아보고, 경영혁신이 성과에 미치는 영향관계를 모색함으로써, 경영혁신을 보다 효율적으로 도입⋅추진하는 방안을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 본 연구의 목적을 수행하고자 2010년 1월 이전 경영혁신을 실시하였거나 추진 중인 21개 공기업의 조직구성원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 그분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공기업이 구조혁신을 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 최고경영자의 적극적인 지원과 혁신지향적 조직문화 그리고 정보기술에 활용수준이 높아야 한다고 할 수 있다. 둘째, 인적혁신을 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 조직구성원의 호응과 혁신지향적 조직문화 그리고 외부환경에 의한 경쟁위기의식이 높아야 한다고 할 수 있다. 셋째, 구조혁신과 인적혁신이 활발할수록 경영혁신 성과인 공기업의 경쟁우위를 제고시킬 수 있다고할 수 있다. 이와 같은 분석결과에 의하면 공기업이 경영혁신을 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 최고경영자가 적극 적인 의지를 갖고 조직구성원들의 정보기술 활용수준을 높여야 하며, 혁신지향적 조직문화를 형성하여 구조혁신과 인적혁신을 과감하게 수행하여야 한다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 유용성은 공기업의 성공적인 경영혁신 모델을 수립하는 방안을 제시하고 있다는 점이고, 한계점으로는 민간기업의 경영혁신과 공기업의 경영혁신의 특성을 비교하여 공기업 경영혁신의 차별성을 도출하지 못한 점과 자료의 한계점을 들 수 있다. This study, personal factors, factors that influence business innovation, organizational factors, environmental factors are divided into the impact of these factors in business innovation and recognize the relationship, and its impact on business innovation by exploring the relationships, more efficient introduction of Business Innovation is to learn ways to promote. To carry out the purposes of this study in January 2010 or have previously held management innovation is being promoted 21 members of public organizations were surveyed. The analysis results are as follows: First, public innovation, this structure in order to perform successfully the active support of the Chief Executive Officer and innovation in information technology-oriented organizational culture, and utilization levels that can be high. Second, human innovation to be successful appeal of a member of the organization and innovation-oriented corporate culture and the competition due to the external environment, the crisis may be that higher consciousness. Third, the architecture innovations and human innovation, management innovation more actively culmination of public enterprises that can enhance the competitive advantage can be.

      • A Study on an Independent Steering & Driving Control Algorithm for 6WS/6WD Vehicles

        Skid-steered vehicles are favored for military use in off-road operations because of their high maneuverability and mobility on extreme terrains and obstacles. There is a trend towards transforming steered tracked vehicles to skid-steered wheel vehicles for high speed at the expense of reduced mobility. Skid-steered vehicles turn by generating different longitudinal forces at the tires due to the application of different torques to the wheels on the opposite side of the vehicle. Conventional vehicles, however, cannot generate an opposite driving force at each side wheel. Using an independent steering and driving system, six-wheel vehicles can show better performance than conventional vehicles. Hybrid steering is a combination of skid steering in the load velocity and the steered wheel system at high speed. This steering enhances maneuverability under low speed and stability at high speed. This paper describes a 6WS/6WD vehicle for hybrid steering in three parts: the Vehicle Model, the Control Algorithm for Hybrid Steering, and a Simulation. First, the vehicle model is an application of the TruckSim software for 6WS and 6WD. Second, the hybrid steering control algorithm describes the optimum tire force distribution method for energy savings. The last is simulation and verification.

        We should maintain firmly our stance in order to cope with any prejudice or any belief in terms of the process of dance socialization. At a time, in the field of sports sociology, it has majorly been projected in the sphere of learning of social science for a needed methodology for the subject sol- ution and not been established a characteristic knowledge and methodological sys- tem by accepting with almost non-criticism, therefore, the process of dance socialization should be emphasized on this, and making firmness a position of one of the part as a individual sphere of learning among the sports sociology, and then it, in its own way, should be needed to develops with deepest concerns to which we study a various variable factors with proper methodology on what shall we do a objective of study and of interesting relations on the process of dance socializtion of dancer together with a broaden understanding over the pre-existing sports sociology in order to build a creative and systematic knowledge system. The people who are living in mordern society can't overlook the society, there-fore we should enhance many things such as social nature, cooperation, esthetic sense, imaginative power and emotion by means of direct participation(a work of performance and a class) and indirect participation(viewing of artistic work, the affiliation of an aid association) which can be achieved through dance. It is very essential for goverment to devise and develop nationwide dancing program. When· it comes to our proposal for the future researcher, we should come up with well-planned research blueprint.

        Objective: Occupational medicine specialists in the Busan, Ulsan and Kyung-Nam areas established an area-based occupational disease surveillance system and used this system to collected case information for the purpose of preventing occupational diseases Methods: l l hospital participated in this system. The authors selected five main diseases, which were hand-arm vibration syndrome (HAVS), work-related musculoskeletal disorder (WRMSD), occupational asthma, occupational skin disease and occupational and occupational lung cancer and established their case definitions. All cases were reported on the web, and real time analysis was conducted. Results: Between April 2001 and April 2003, 192 cases of HAVS, 118 cases of WRMSD, 33 cases of occupational asthma, 17 cases of occupational skin disease and 17 cases of occupational lung cancer (for a total of 377 cases of these five main diseases) were reported. most of the HAVS cases came from shipbuilding, and 172 of them (92.7%) were associated with grinding. Of the four main types of WRMSD, carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) was the most prevalent with 46 cases and shipbuilding was also the main industry involved (83.9%). The ergonomic risk factors involved mainly associated with the hand. In 19 (57.6%) and 4 (12.1%) cases of occupational asthma, the agents involved. The causative agents of occupational lung cancer included Cr, welding fume, PAH, Ni, etc. 10(58.8%) of the cases were diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma and 5(29.4%) as adenoma. Conclusion: This result showed that an area-based occupational disease surveillance system might provide an effective method of evaluating the prevalence of such diseases, however the Busan, Ulsan and Kyung-Nam provinces are too large to be treated as individual areas. Therefore, the authors suggest that each province should establish its own surveillance system.

        Programmed death ligand-1 expression and its prognostic role in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

        <P><B>AIM</B></P><P>To investigate the expression and prognostic role of programmed death ligand-1 (PD-L1) in locally advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC).</P><P><B>METHODS</B></P><P>A total of 200 patients with ESCC who underwent radical esophagectomy with standard lymphadenectomy as the initial definitive treatment in Seoul National University Hospital from December 2000 to April 2013 were eligible for this analysis. Tissue microarrays were constructed by collecting tissue cores from surgical specimens, and immunostained with antibodies directed against PD-L1, p16, and c-Met. Medical records were reviewed retrospectively to assess clinical outcomes. Patients were divided into two groups by PD-L1 status, and significant differences in clinicopathologic characteristics between the two groups were assessed.</P><P><B>RESULTS</B></P><P>Tumor tissues from 67 ESCC patients (33.5%) were PD-L1-positive. Positive p16 expression was observed in 21 specimens (10.5%). The H-score for c-Met expression was ≥ 50 in 42 specimens (21.0%). Although PD-L1-positivity was not significantly correlated with any clinical characteristics including age, sex, smoking/alcoholic history, stage, or differentiation, H-scores for c-Met expression were significantly associated with PD-L1-positivity (OR = 2.34, 95%CI: 1.16-4.72, <I>P</I> = 0.017). PD-L1 expression was not significantly associated with a change in overall survival (<I>P</I> = 0.656). In contrast, the locoregional relapse rate tended to increase (<I>P</I> = 0.134), and the distant metastasis rate was significantly increased (HR = 1.72, 95%CI: 1.01-2.79, <I>P</I> = 0.028) in patients with PD-L1-positive ESCC compared to those with PD-L1-negative ESCC.</P><P><B>CONCLUSION</B></P><P>PD-L1 expression is positively correlated with c-Met expression in ESCC. PD-L1 may play a critical role in distant failure and progression of ESCC.</P>

        Breeding of new silkworm variety, 'Chilseongjam' with peculiar laval mark

        A new silkworm variety 'Chilseongjam' was bred for special purpose as educational learning and festivals. Their breeding history and major characteristics are as follows. The Chilseongjam variety was selected and succeeded from the F1 of Galwon ${\times}$ C721 in 2009 autumn. They are showing 94% (spring & autumn) of high practical hatching ratio. The larval period of Chilseongjam (spring: 23 d, autumn: 24 d 3 h) was shorter than that of Daebakjam (spring: 24 d, autumn: 25 d 23 h). In the pupation percentage, Chilseongjam (spring: 96.6%, autumn: 86.1%) is similar to Daebakjam Daebakjam (spring: 96.3%) in spring, but autumn is lower than Daebakjam (autumn: 94.9%). Single cocoon weight (spring: 1.57 g, autumn: 1.29 g) and Cocoon yield (spring: 14.2 kg, autumn: 11.1 kg) were lower than those of Daebakjam (spring: 2.76 g, 25.4 kg, autumn: 2.19g, 20.2 kg), respectively. The new silkworm variety, Chilseongjam showed higher pupation rate than control variety. This variety can be used as a educational learning and festivals.

        Antibacterial effects of two cecropin type peptides isolated from the silkworm against Salmonella species

        In insect defense system, antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) are one of important biological molecules to survive in a variety of environments. Insect can synthesize AMPs to protect against invading pathogens in humoral immune response. Taking more advantage of biological antimicrobial molecules, we report antibacterial activity of two cecropin type peptides, cecropin and moricin, isolated from the silkworm against four salmonella species. In this work, we purified antimicrobial candidate peptides (AMCP) from the extracts of immune challenged silkworm larval hemolymph by two-step chromatographic purification procedure, cation exchange and gel permeation chromatography. The molecular weights of purified peptides were estimated to be about 4 ~ 5 kDa by Tricin SDS-PAGE analysis, and identified as silkworm cecropin and moricin by NCBI BLAST homology search with their N-terminal amino acid sequences. As antibacterial activity assay, the purified peptides showed stronger antibacterial activity against Salmonella pathogens with an MIC value of $1{\sim}4{\mu}g/mL$. Therefore two cecropin type peptides purified from the silkworm will be valuable potential materials for development of new natural antibiotics.

      • Prognostic Value of the Microsatellite Instability Status in Patients With Stage II/III Rectal Cancer Following Upfront Surgery

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P><B>Background</B></P> <P>We investigated whether the microsatellite instability (MSI) status affects the survival outcomes in patients with stage II/III rectal cancer who have undergone an upfront curative resection.</P> <P><B>Patients and Methods</B></P> <P>A total of 1103 patients with curatively resected stage II/III rectal cancer who had available polymerase chain reaction-based MSI results were included in the final analysis.</P> <P><B>Results</B></P> <P>Twenty-four (2.2%) patients in the total cohort were found to be MSI-high (MSI-H). In univariate analysis, neither disease-free survival (DFS) nor overall survival (OS) demonstrated significant differences between patients with MSI-H tumors and those with MSI-low (MSI-L) or microsatellite stable (MSS) tumors. The 5-year DFS rate was 78.0% in MSI-H patients and 69.9% in MSI-L/MSS patients (hazard ratio [HR], 0.84; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.35-2.02; <I>P</I> = .689). The 5-year OS rates for MSI-H and MSI-L/MSS patients were 84.0% and 83.1%, respectively (HR, 0.86; 95% CI, 0.27-2.69; <I>P</I> = .790). By multivariate analysis, the MSI status did not affect either the DFS (HR, 1.00; 95% CI, 0.40-2.47; <I>P</I> = .994) or OS (HR, 0.85; 95% CI, 0.26-2.73; <I>P</I> = .778).</P> <P><B>Conclusions</B></P> <P>MSI-H tumors are rarely observed in rectal adenocarcinoma, and the MSI status may not affect the survival outcome in patients with a resected rectal cancer.</P>
