        뇌혈류 측정 기기의 개발

        In this paper, principles of Rheoencephalography(REG) was described and REG was designed and developed. Using the developed instrument, REG waveforms of the left and right brain, REG waveform changes by posture, were observed. It was found that REG waveforms could be observed noninvasively. REG can be easily applied for testing the effect of various drugs related to CBF(Cerebral blood flow) since it is quite senaitive to the relative changes of CBF. Various cerebral diseases can be diagnosed by analyzing the REG waveforms. The area of restricted cerebral blood vessels can be located by arranging the appropriate electrode configuration.

        임피던스 방법을 이용한 뇌혈류량 측정기기의 개발(Ⅰ)

        In this study, Rheoencephalography(REG) was designed and constructed. Using the constructed instrument cerebral blood flow(CBF) of left and right brain, CBF change by posture, and reproducibility were studied. Followings are important results. Relative CBF could be measured noninvasively and continuously. Since reproducibility of the constructed REG was found to be quite high (4 %), the accuracy of the instrument itself was proved. REG can be easily applied for testing the effect of drugs for the patients with cerebral vessel diseases since it is quite sensitive to the relative changes of CBF. Various cerebral diseases can be diagnosed by analyzing the REG waveforms. The area of restricted cerebral blood vessels can be located by arranging the electrode configuration. Comparative studies with the standard techniques of measuring CBF are needed to verify the accuracy of REG. Further studies on optimal electrode configuration and various artifacts are also necessary.

        A chronological table of Korean history is a study material which is arranged for us to understand the course of a historical development and a table that historical events are arranged and systematized in a chronological order as time passes, As a middle school Korean historical textbook has 10 chronological tables and a highschool Korean historical textbook has 6 chronological tables, they are very useful to take a general view of the unit. But the years which can represent the unit are left out or the facts which are not referred to in the main text are wrote down. On the other hand, the facts which are written down in a chronological table are not seen in the main text or in the general chronological table. In addition, a middle school historical textbook has two main chronological tables while a highschool historical textbook has nothing. Therefore we should write down the historical facts as 3 aspects of the followings. First, There can be a periodical history divided into a short period, a middle period, and a long period. Second, There can be a classified history divided into a political, an economical, a social, and a cultural affairs. A third, There can be a thematic history divided into a military, a foreign, a traffic, a communicative, an industrial, an educational, an academic, and a religious affairs. Otherwise, we had better make a chronological table which is divided the historical facts occurred in an special period into some kinds of categories or into a region, a race, and a nation.

      • 鹽化物 含有量에 따른 鐵筋腐食 및 콘크리트 强度特性에 관한 實驗的 硏究

        As reinforced concrete buildings have been large, high-storied and high perfomance supply of river sand and gravel is insufficient and sex sand and crushed gravels which have the problem in internal force and durability are used as substitute aggregates. The problems caused by the use of sea sand lower the durability of reinforced concrete building according t o the content of chloride and shellfishes and cause the problem of corrosion and neutralization of reinforcing rod. Therefore, this study analyzes the degree of corrosion and neutralization of reinforcing rod which are the causes of lowering durability of reinforced concrete buildings with the variable of chloride content through the experiment and obtains the following results. 1. As a result of experimenting river sand and sea sand by comparison, the corrosion can be found at reinforcing rod without using rust proof paint regardless of the covering depth from 60 days of age and especially, the extensive corrosion is occurred at the damaged reinforcing rod among the same rods. 2. As a result of neutralization experiment with river sand and sea sand, there is no response in neturalization till 60 days of age. 3. As a result of strength and non-destructive strength test with river sand and sea sand, it is found that the value of strength is increased more at the test specimen using sea sand than river sand and while the specimen using river sand shows increasing value of strength continuously based on 28 days of age, the specimen using sea sand shows the decrease in strengh as it has more chloride contents. It is thought that evaluation experiment and method of durability and security and countermeasure of durability according to age on the basis of the basic materials of this study should be conducted as future research task.

        ISO 9000 Quality System has been proved it's effectiveness in the advanced countries for years. And many companies in the world has been accepting the Quality System resulting in increasing of sales, decreasing of poor quality goods or complaints and elevating sense of quality, etc. Still, however, in the construction industrial fields, there are several problems to solve in the process of accepting the Quality System such as surveys for speciality of constructing site. If government organization in charge of operating the System, Accreditation Body, Certification Body, research institute and certificated construction companies are searching for the improving devices organically, ISO 9000 Quality System will be settled reasonably in the construction industry and become a good system to guarantee the construction quality and working system.

        와동의 형태가 상아질과 복합레진 사이의 미세인장결합강도에 미치는 영향

        이 실험의 목적은 동일한 깊이의 상아질에서 제 6세대의 self-etching system을 사용하여 C-factor가 상아질과 복합레진 사이의 미세인장결합강도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 건전한 대구치 80개를 선정하여 와동의 바닥면적은 각각 16㎟로 동일하게 하고 깊이를 조절하여 C-factor가 각각 0.25, 2, 3, 4인 4개의 군으로 나누었다. 각 군별로 총 20개의 치아를 할당하였으며 접착제와 복합레진의 조합에 따라 다시 4개의 소군에 치아 5개씩을 배정하였다. 상아질 접착제는 AQ Bond Plus또는 Xeno III를 사용하였고, 복합레진은 Fantasista또는 Ceram-X mono를 사용하였다. 제조사의 지시대로 상아질 접착제를 도포한 후 60초간 광중합하였다. 24시간 동안 증류수에 보관 후 단면적이 1.0 x 1.01㎟인 복합레진-상아질 beam을 형성하여 1 mm/min의 속도로 미세 인장결합강도를 측정하였다. One-way ANOVA와 Tukey test, 그리고 Pearson correlation test로 통계처리하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. l. Xeno III와 Ceram-X mono군에서는 C-factor가 증가할수록 미세인장결합강도가 유의하게 감소했으나 (p < 0.05), 나머지 재료군에서 C-factor군간에 미세인장결합강도의 유의한 차이가 없었다. 2. C-factor 3군에서는 AQ Bond Plus와 Fantasista군이 XenoIII와 Ceram-X mono군에 비해 높은 결합력을 보였으나 (p < 0.05), C-factor 0.25군, 2군, 4군에서 4가지 접착제와 수복 레진의 조합 간에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 3. Fantasista군에서 C-factor와 미세인장결합강도 사이에 일정한 상관관계를 발견할 수 없었고, Ceram-X mono군에서 C-factor가 증가할수록 미세인장결합강도가 감소하는 경향을 보였다 (p < 0.05). 이번 연구의 결과로 상아질의 깊이가 동일하고 6세대의 self-etching system을 사용하여 복합레진을 충전하는 경우와동의 C-factor가 수복물의 미세인장결합강도에 크게 영향을 미치지 않음을 알 수 있었다. This study was conducted to evaluate the influence of the C-factor on the bond strength of a 6th generation self-etching system by measuring the microtensile bond strength of four types of restorations classified by different C-factors with an identical depth of dentin. Eighty human molars were divided into four experimental groups, each of which had a C-factor of 0.25, 2, 3 or 4. Each group was then further divided into four subgroups based on the adhesive and composite resin used. The adhesives used for this study were AQ Bond Plus (Sun Medical, Japan) and Xeno III (DENTSPLY, Germany). And composite resins used were Fantasista (Sun Medical, Japan) and Ceram-X mono (DENTSPLY, Germany). The results were then analyzed using one-way ANOVA, a Tukey's test, and a Pearson's correlation test and were as follows. 1. There was no significant difference among C-factor groups with the exception of groups of Xeno III and Ceram-X mono (p < 0.05). 2. There was no significant difference between any of the adhesives and composite resins in groups with C-factor 0.25, 2 and 4. 3. There was no correlation between the change in C-factor and microtensile bond strength in the Fantasista groups. It was concluded that the C-factor of cavities does not have a significant effect on the microtensile bond strength of the restorations when cavities of the same depth of dentin are restored using composite resin in conjunction with the 6th generation self-etching system.

      • 고교 유도 선수들의 성취목표지향과 정신건강 분석

        The purpose of this study was to investigate high school Ju Do players' achievement goal orientation and mental health according to their game performance and gender, and then to offer basic data for game performance improvement and scientific player management. Subjects were randomly sampled 65 male players and 58 female players. They were divided into two groups. First was the group of elite players who have ranked at the third at least in national scale athletic matches from 2000 to 2002. Secondly, the rest of the subjects belonged to the group of common players. Two-way ANOVA and t-test were used to analyze the differences between the two groups. We obtained the following results. 1) In the case of the ego-orientational goal achievement, there was no considerable difference between the male players and the female players of JuDo. 2) In the case of the task-orientational goal achievement, the male players had higher propensity than the female players did. 3) But there was no difference between genders, between players of elite group and players of common group. 4) The analysis of players' gender showed that female players were significantly more responsive to the symptoms of somatic, interpersonal sensitivity, fear, anxiety, and so on than male players were. 5) Among male players, the elite group was much more responsive to the symptoms of compulsive, hostility, paranoia, etc than the common group was. 6) Among female players of elite group and common group, their mental health was no influenced by JuDo results.

        우식이환 상아질에 대한 all-in-one adhesive의 미세인장결합강도

        이 연구의 목적은 all-in-one adhesive인 Adper Prompt L-pop과 Xeno(R) III를 우식이환 상아질에 다층 적용했을 때의 효과를 미세인장결합강도의 측정과 주사전자현미경을 이용한 파절양상의 관찰을 통해 알아보는데 있다. 교합면 우식이 있는 21개의 치아에서 편평한 상아질 면이 노출되도록 하여 감염 상아질을 제거한 후 3개씩 7개의 군으로 분류하였다. SM 군은 Scotehbonnd Multi-purpose를 적용하였다. LP1 군, LP2 군, LP3 군은 Adper Prompt L-POP을 각각 단층, 2층, 3층으로 적용하였다. XN1 군, XN2 군, XN3 군은 Xeno(R)$ III를 각각 단층, 2층. 3층으로 적용하였다. 각각의 상아질 접착제 처리 후, 광중합레진인 Filter Z-250을 10mm 높이로 적층 충전하였다. 각 치아는 가로와 세로의 길이가 각각 1 mm인 막대 모양의 절편이 되도록 수직으로 절단하였다. 그 후 미세인장결합강도를 측정하였다. 측정 후 파절된 시편을 주사전자현미경을 이용하여 파절양상을 살펴보았다. 각 군의 미세인장결합강도를 one-way ANOVA와 신뢰도의 Scheffe's Test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 미세인장결합강도를 측정한 결과, SM 군은 14.38±2.01$ MPa, LP1군, LP2 군, LP3 군은 각각 9.15±1.81 MPa, 14.08±1.75 MPa, 14.06±1.45 MPa로 측정되었고, XN1 군, XN2 군, XN3 군은 각각 13.65±1.95 MPa, 13.98±1.60 MPa, 13.88±1.66 MPA로 측정되었다. LP1 군은 다른 모든 군에 비해 낮은 미세인장결합강도를 나타내었고 (p < 0.05). LP1 군을 제외한 다른 모든 군 사이에는 유의한 차이가 없었다 (p > 0.05). 2. 파절양상을 관찰한 결과, LP1 군에서는 접착성 파절이 우세하게 나타났고, LP1 군을 제외한 다른 모든 군에서는 혼합형 파절이 주로 일어났다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of multiple application of all-in-one dentin adhesive system on microtensile bond strength to caries-affected dentin. Twenty one extracted human molars with occlusal caries extending into mid-dentin were prepared by grinding the occlusal surface flat. The carious lesions were excavated with the aid of caries detector dye. The following adhesives were applied to caries-affected dentin according to manufacturer s directions; Scotchbond Multi-Purpose in 8M group. Adper Prompt L-POp 1 coat in LP1 group, 2 coats in LP2 group. 3 coats inLP3 group, Xeno Ⅲ 1 coat in XNl group, 2 coats in XN2 group, and 3 coats in XN3 group. After application of the adhesives. a cylinder of resin-based composite was built up on the occlusal surface. Each tooth was sectioned vertically to obtain the 1 x 1 mm² sticks. The microtensile bond strength was determined. Each specimen was observed under SEM to examine the failure mode. Data were analyzed with one-way ANOVA. The results of this study were as follows; 1. The microtensile bond strength values were: 8M <14.38 ± 2.01 MPa) , LP1 (9.15 ± 1.81 MPa). LP2 04.08 ± 1.75 MPa). LP3 04.06 ± 1.45 MPa) , XN1 03.65 ± 1.95 MPa). XN2 03.98 ± 1.60 MPa). XN3 (13.88 ± 1.66 MPa). LP1 was significantly lower than the other groups in bond strength (p <0.05). All groups except LPI were not significantly different in bond strength (p ) 0.05). 2. In LPI. there were a higher number of specimens showing adhesive failure. Most specimens of all groups except LPI showed mixed failure.

        비감속 252Cf중성자선원에 대한 비등방성교정인자 및 선량당량환산인자

        중성자 측정장비 교정을 위한 표준중성자장을 제작하기 위하여 순수멕스월분포(kt=1.42MeV)로부터 ??Cf 자발핵분열 중성자선원의 밀봉이 교정인자에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. SR-Cf-100과 SR-Cf-1273 밀봉모형을 실제 제작조건으로 하여 MCNP 코드를 사용하여 몬테카를로 모의를 수행하여, 비등방성교정인자와 선속밀도-대-선량당량 환산인자를 산정하였고, 다른 연구결과와 비교하였다. 결과로서, Fi(θ=90˚)는 1.061(통계오차 : ±0.2%), H/??는 333.9[pSv·㎠] (통계오차 : ±0.5%)인 것으로 산정되었다. 이 환산인자(H/??)의 값은 ISO 8529의 권고보다 1.8%가 작은 것인데, 이것은 한국원자력연구소의 비감속 ??Cf중성자선원의 스펙트럼이 ISO의 것보다 약간 더 연화하다는 물리적 의미를 갖는다. Form the pure Maxwellian distribution(kT= 1.42MeV), the effects upon calibration factors of encapsulating a Cf spontaneous fission neutron source were invdwtigated to establish a standark neutron field in the Secondary Standark Kosimetry laboratory at Korea Atomic Inergy Research Institute(KAERI). A Monte Carlo code MCNP was used in simulating the encapsulation SR-Cf-100 and SR-Cf-1273 to be real conditions. The anisotropy(FI) and fluence-to-dose equivalents conversion factors(H/Φ) were evaluated and compared with other results. As the results, the FI was determined to be 1.061 atθ=90˚ with ±0.2% statistical error and the (H/Φ) was evaluated to be 333.9 [pSv·㎠] with ±0.5% statistical error, which is lower by 1.8% than that recommended by the ISO 8529. This means physically that the neutron spectrum of the unmoderated Cf source in KAERI is a little more softened than that by the ISO.
