In this paper, Residential roof top photovoltaic system with 9.9 kW design is proposed. The system composed of 200 Watts solar array 33 panels connecting in series 10 strings and parallels 3 strings which have maximum voltage and current are 350 V and 23.8 A. The 10 kW sinusoidal grid-connected inverter with window voltage about 270-350 is selected to convert and transfer DC Power to AC Power at PCC (Point of Common Coupling) of power system following to utility standard. However the impact of fluctuation and uncertainty of weather condition of PV may decrease the voltage stability and voltage collapse of power system. In order to solve this problem the energy storage such 120 V 1200 Ah battery bank and 30 kVAR capacitor are designed for voltage stability control. The other expensed for installing the system such battery charger, cable, accessories and maintenance cost are concerned. The economic analysis by using investment from money loan with interest about 7% and use own money which loss income of deposit about 3% are calculated as 671,844 and 547,044 for PV system with energy storage and non energy storage respectively. The solar energy from PV is about 101,616 Bath per year which evaluated by using the value of 5 kWh/m2/day from average peak sun hour (PSH) of the Thailand and 6.96 Bath/kWh of Feed in Tariff Incentive. The payback periods of four scenarios are proposed follow as i) PV system with energy storage and use loan money is 15 years ii) PV system with no energy storage and use loan money is 10 years iii) PV system with energy storage and use deposit money is 9 years iv) PV system with energy storage and use deposit money is 7 years. In addition, the other scenarios of economic analysis such no FIT support and other type of economic analysis such NPV and IRR are proposed in this paper.
Clinical presentation and treatment outcomes of primary ocular adnexal MALT lymphoma in Thailand

BackgroundPrimary ocular adnexal extranodal marginal zone lymphoma of mucosa-associated lym-phoid tissue (POML) is the most common subtype of lymphoma involving the eyes in Thailand. We sought to assess the characteristics and treatment outcomes of patients with POML in Thailand.MethodsWe retrospectively reviewed patient data and included patients diagnosed with POML between January 2004 and December 2016 at Chiang Mai University Hospital and King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Thailand. We collected and analyzed patients’ clinical characteristics and treatment outcomes.ResultsAmong 146 patients with lymphoma involving the eyes, 121 (82%) were diagnosed with POML. Sixty-four (52.9%) were women with median age 58 (range, 22‒86) years. The most common presenting symptom was orbital mass (71.1%). Common sites of origin were the orbit (46.3%) and lacrimal gland (34.7%). At presentation, 22.3% of patients had bilateral eye involvement. About half of patients had stage I disease (N=59, 56.2%) and 20% had stage IV. Most patients (73.3%) had a low-risk International Prognostic Index. Radiotherapy was the main treatment for patients with limited-stage disease (66.7% in stage I and 56.5% in stage II). The overall response rate was 100% with complete response rates 80%, 77.3%, and 64.7% for stages I, II, and IV, respectively. Five-year pro-gression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival were 66.1% and 94.0%, respectively. For patients with limited-stage disease, radiotherapy significantly improved PFS compared with treatment not involving radiotherapy (5-year PFS 89.9% vs. 37.3%, P=0.01).ConclusionWe revealed that POML has good response to treatment, especially radiotherapy, with excellent long-term outcome.

Lipofilling is a reconstructive and aesthetic technique that has recently grown in popularity and is increasingly being used in breast surgery. Previous concerns had been raised regarding its safety when used for remodelling and reconstruction of the breast; however, these concerns have since been dismissed. Over the subsequent two decades, little evidence has been found to support these early theoretical concerns, and growing numbers of proponents of the procedure are confident in its safety. Many developments and refinements in the technique have taken place in recent years, and several studies have been published regarding the safety of lipofilling in the breast. We reviewed the current literature regarding the use of different lipofilling techniques as well as the current evidence regarding the oncological safety of the procedure in patients seeking aesthetic breast enhancement and in patients requiring reconstruction after treatment for breast cancer.

<P>Three commercial carbon samples of carbon black, namely Black Pearl 2000 (BP 2000), extruded activated carbon (EAC), and granular activated carbon (GAC), were evaluated as adsorbents for the removal of carbofuran from water. The specific surface area and micropore volume of the adsorbents were studied by BET measurements and t-plot, respectively. Batch experiments were conducted to examine the effects of the adsorbents as a function of the initial concentration of carbofuran, adsorption contact time, and solution pH. As per the results, the equilibrium uptake for carbofuran on all adsorbents increased with an increase in the initial carbofuran concentration in solution, and the removal potential of carbofuran followed the order BP 2000>GAC>EAC. The amount of carbofuran uptake at equilibrium was applied to investigate the suitability of the Langmuir, Freundlich, and Temkin models. The results indicated that the equilibrium data obey the Langmuir isotherm model better than Freundlich, and Temkin models. The adsorption kinetics data were used to compare the feasibility of the two models: pseudo-first-order kinetic and pseudo-second-order kinetic. The data fit the pseudo-second-order model well. The ranking order of adsorbents in terms of adsorption kinetic constants was as follows: BP 2000>EAC>GAC. Thermodynamics studies were carried out and various thermodynamics parameters such as standard free energy changes (G), standard enthalpy change (H), and standard entropy change (S) were calculated. The values of G were found as negative, which confirms the spontaneous nature of the adsorption processes. The results of the study supported the usability of BP 2000, EAC, and GAC as promising adsorbents for carbofuran adsorption.</P>
