In this paper, a generalized Shannon-McMillan theorem for the nonhomogeneous Markov chains indexed by an infinite tree which has a uniformly bounded degree is discussed by constructing a nonnegative martingale and analytical methods. As corollaries, some Shannon-Mcmillan theorems for the nonhomogeneous Markov chains indexed by a homogeneous tree and the nonhomogeneous Markov chain are obtained. Some results which have been obtained are extended.

In this paper, we study some limit properties of the harmonic mean of random transition probability for a second-order nonhomogeneous Markov chain on the generalized gambling system indexed by a tree by constructing a nonnegative martingale. As corollary, we obtain the property of the harmonic mean and the arithmetic mean of random transition probability for a second-order nonhomogeneous Markov chain indexed by a double root tree.

In this paper, we establish a class of strong limit theorems, represented by inequalities, for the arbitrary random field with respect to the product binomial distributions indexed by the infinite tree on the generalized random selection system by constructing the consistent distribution and a nonnegative martingale with pure analytical methods. As corollaries, some limit properties for the Markov chain field with respect to the binomial distributions indexed by the infinite tree on the generalized random selection system are studied.

This paper investigates state estimation problem for batch processes with unequal-length batches as wellas incomplete observations. A Bayesian hybrid state estimation method is proposed based on two dimensional (2D)correlations of states. The states of equal-length segment of time are estimated according to both within-a-batchand batch-to-batch correlations, and the states of unequal-length segment are obtained according to the correlationswithin the batch. In this way, the batch process states can be achieved in both equal-length and unequal-lengthsituations, of which the latter one is a more general case. In order to approximate state distribution of nonlinearsystem and to deal with the problem of incomplete observations, particle filter (PF) is employed. The proposedmethod shows its superiority with a nonlinear system and a gas-phase reaction process. Compared to a typicalexisting method, the proposed method provides better estimation accuracy in the situation of equal-length batches,also it shows less sensitivity to incomplete observations.
Study on electromechanical performance of steering of the electric articulated tracked vehicles

Articulated tracked vehicles (ATVs) usually use hydraulic drive or mechanical drive modes. Electrically driven tracked vehicles have become a promising development direction for saving energy and meeting the environment requirements. In this study, based on the mechanical motion equation and the dynamic ATV equation, the electromechanical coupling model of the track vehicles is established by coupling the motor equation. The typical mechanical and electrical parameters in the ATV steering process are measured and compared with the numerical results to verify the correctness of the electromechanical coupling model. Experimental results indicate the main mechanical and electrical parameters of the ATV electro-mechanical system are changed at different articulated point deflection angles. The characteristic parameters of ATV include the change in current and voltage, the size of trajectory radius and the change of power under different deflection angles (10°, 15°, 20°, 25° and 30°), all of which are of great significance for the control of ATV. The current and voltage signals of ATV under specific trajectory can be calculated in reverse by the model, thereby providing a theoretical basis for the trajectory control of articulated vehicles. Therefore, this study provides a reference for the theoretical analysis of electromechanical performance, road driving performance and vehicle design of the electric ATV.

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) broadly regulate normal biological functions of bone and the progression of fracture healing and osteoporosis. Recently, it has been reported that miR-1224-5p in fracture plasma is a potential therapy for osteogenesis. To investigate the roles of miR-1224-5p and the Rap1 signaling pathway in fracture healing and osteoporosis development and progression, we used BMMs, BMSCs, and skull osteoblast precursor cells for in vitro osteogenesis and osteoclastogenesis studies. Osteoblastogenesis and osteoclastogenesis were detected by ALP, ARS, and TRAP staining and bone slice resorption pit assays. The miR-1224-5p target gene was assessed by siRNA-mediated target gene knockdown and luciferase reporter assays. To explore the Rap1 pathway, we performed high-throughput sequencing, western blotting, RT-PCR, chromatin immunoprecipitation assays and immunohistochemical staining. In vivo, bone healing was judged by the cortical femoral defect, cranial bone defect and femoral fracture models. Progression of osteoporosis was evaluated by an ovariectomy model and an aged osteoporosis model. We discovered that the expression of miR-1224-5p was positively correlated with fracture healing progression. Moreover, in vitro, overexpression of miR-1224-5p slowed Rankl-induced osteoclast differentiation and promoted osteoblast differentiation via the Rap1-signaling pathway by targeting ADCY2. In addition, in vivo overexpression of miR-1224-5p significantly promoted fracture healing and ameliorated the progression of osteoporosis caused by estrogen deficiency or aging. Furthermore, knockdown of miRNA-1224-5p inhibited bone regeneration in mice and accelerated the progression of osteoporosis in elderly mice. Taken together, these results identify miR-1224-5p as a key bone osteogenic regulator, which may be a potential therapeutic target for osteoporosis and fracture nonunion.
