Abstract: Owing to great development of contemporary information technology, it is easier to transmit broadcast programs illegally, thus the rights of broadcast organization are menaced to be violated seriously increasingly, however, the protection system of broadcast organization based on the Roman Convention does not meet the demands of information technology development gradually. So international intellectual property organization has managed and drew up new plan for broadcast organization rights protection and enlarged the rights of broadcast organization ,but the plan is also criticized by the governments and corporations in some developing countries and some developed countries. We should pay close attention to the newest trends of rights protection of international broadcast organization, make timely amendment on our Copyright Law, and pay attention to protection of the justified interests of the public while protecting broadcast organization rights.
On a Synchronous-Reluctance Motor Speed Drive with Intuitive Commutation Tuning

This paper presents a synchronous reluctance motor (SynRM) drive with proper commutation instant tuning. Owing to the inaccurate and varied machine parameters, the optimal torque generating capability of a SynRM drive is difficult to achieve successfully. In the proposed intuitive commutation scheme, the commutation angle is first properly set by a minimum loss commutation (MLC) scheme and a field-weakening commutation (FWC) scheme. Then an intuitive commutation tuning (ICT) scheme is developed to adjust the commutation angle automatically for compensating the effects caused by the variations of system parameters and operating conditions. In addition, the current and speed controls are properly designed to yield good whole driving responses, including starting, acceleration/deceleration, reversible, dynamic and static running characteristics.
Dermal Lipogenesis Inhibits Adiponectin Production in Hs68 Fibroblasts

Adiponectin is one of the most abundant adipokines from the subcutaneous fat, and regulates multiple activities through endocrine, paracrine, or autocrine mechanisms. However, its expression in adipogenic induced fibroblasts, and the potential role in photoaging has not been determined. Here, human dermal fibroblasts, Hs68, were presented as a cell model of dermal lipogenesis through stimulation of adipogenic differentiation medium (ADM). Similar to other studies in murine pre-adipocyte models (i.e., 3T3-L1), Hs68 fibroblasts showed a tendency to lipogenesis based on lipid accumulation, triglyceride formation, and the expressions of PPAR-γ, lipoprotein lipase (LPL), and FABP4 mRNA. As expected, ADM-treated fibroblasts displayed a reduction on adiponectin expression. Overall, these results suggest that dermal lipogenesis may inhibit the expression of adiponectin.

The relation between the paper formation analyzed by image process system and smoothness, compressibility, uniform of ink absorption is studied. The results indicate that the paper with bad formation has higher apparent bulk than the paper with good formation. The bad formation of paper results in the nonuniform calendering and decrease of the compressibility. The bad formation of paper also results in deformation and omission of printing dots, which affects the reproduction of the printing images.
The Influence of PMMA Bone Cements on the Osteoblasts and Osteoclasts

Due to aging, deficiency of vitamins and minerals, a prior accident or injury, the bones in our body become weak and fragile and so may cause serious defect of hard bone tissues. In orthopaedic surgery, Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) bone cements are used to refill and remodel bone defect. PMMA bone cements are formulated by mixing the powder (polymer, PMMA) and the liquid (monomer, methyl methacrylate). During the process, the dimethyl-p-toluidine in the liquid activates the benzoyl peroxide catalyst in the powder and this initiates the polymerization of the monomer, which then binds together PMMA granules. However, PMMA bone cements have displayed cytotoxicity to bone tissue in clinic. In present study, we used PMMA with different molecular weights (Mw:1,5000, 12,0000, 35,0000 and 99,6000 dalton) to prepare 4 types of bone cements for studying the effect of molecular weight of polymeric additives. Chemical eluates were extracted from PMMA bone cements and examined for their bioactive effects on 7F2 osteoblast-like cells and Raw 264.7 microphages. Results demonstrated that PMMA bone cements and eluates could inhibit the differentiation and mineralization behavior of 7F2 osteoblast-like cells after the cytotoxicity of PMMA bone cements and elutes were no longer evident. Moreover, bone cements prepared with high molecular weight PMMA (MW: 99,6000 dalton) had less suppressive effect on cell differentiation and mineralization in comparison with others. In Raw 264.7 microphages, PMMA bone cements and eluates can inhibit osteoclast formation but there was no significant difference among 4 types of bone cements. The aim of this research is to investigate the influence of PMMA bone cements on osteoblasts and osteoclasts and we hope these results can provide some useful information for the clinical application of PMMA bone cements.

The insulation performance of air gap can be improved by inserting insulation barriers into the high voltage box with limited space. The influence of the barrier dimension, barrier thickness, barrier position and surface state of epoxy resin barrier on the AC breakdown characteristics of the “rod electrode-insulation barrier-ground electrode” system are discussed in the work. An equal-size model of the insulation system is established to analyze the influence of the insulation barrier on electric field and the discharge mechanism. The experimental results indicate that the breakdown voltage is improved significantly by enlarging the barrier dimension, up to twice as much. In contrast, the barrier thickness has little effect on the breakdown voltage because the discharge is mainly along the barrier surface. Besides, the breakdown voltage can be increased by reducing the distance between insulation barrier and rod electrode, this is because of the blocking effect of insulation barrier on the corona layer around the electrode, which can hinder the development of charges to the ground electrode, thus delaying the discharge process. The breakdown voltage increases with the barrier surface roughness because of the prolongation of discharge path and the distortion of local electric field. The breakdown voltage decreases with the rise of temperature, it decreases to 37.5 kV when temperature rose to 60 °C. Due to the increase of free charges mobility, the corresponding surface resistivity decreases from 16.2 × 1014 Ω at 20 °C to 3.14 × 1014 Ω at 60 °C. This work can provide support for the reasonable design of insulation barriers in engineering application.

A kind of image analysis system is used to investigate the structural features of the traditional handmade papers made from Kenaf and Abutilon. The screen mark on the paper was identified and analyzed. The dusts, shives and fiber bundles were manifested and calculated. The relationship between basis weight of the traditional paper and mean gray level of the image was discussed in detail. Some methods to express the formation of traditional handmade paper were studied.
Research and Implementation of Android Embedded Code Generation Method based on Rule Model

Based on the in-depth study of the Android embedded application program frame and project file, this paper proposes a code generation method based on model rule, the method discusses the problem of the layout of the Android embedded application interface, defines the constraint rules between the components and component object model and event model. And code generation rules on the Android embedded applications are defined and used throughout the code generation process, it solves the visualization development of Android embedded application program and the code automatic generation. Finally, a simple examples is given to verify the process of automatic generation of Android embedded code.
