한국어 판 WHO-CIDI(Composite International Diagnostic Interview)-Alcohol의 개발:신뢰도 및 타당도 검사

CIDI-Alcohol의 한국어 판 개발을 위해 이를 우리말로 번역, 수정하고, 정신병원에 입원한 환자 90명과 일반인 50명에게 시행한 후 임상 진단과 비교하여 일치도를 봄으로써 그 신뢰도 및 타당도를 조사하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 주정 사용 각 진단 범주에 대한 한국어 판 CIDI-Alcohol의 일반 면담자간 진단 일치도는 97%∼100%의 높은 일치도를 보였다. 2) 임상 진단을 기준으로 한 한국어 판CIDI-Alcohol의 주정 사용 장애의 진단 일치도는 각 진단 범주별로 kappa치가 0.43∼0.55로 기존의 연구에 비해 비교적 낮았다. 3) CIDI-Alcohol의 진단 기준을 변화시켜, 각 진단 범주에 대한 임상 진단과의 일치도를 알아본 결과 ICD-10/harmful use는 진단 기준 항목의 수를 2개 이상으로 하였을 때, DSM-Ⅲ-R/주정 의존은 진단 기준 항목의 수를 4개 이상으로 하였을 때 임상 진단과 가장 일치하였다. 이런 결과는 한국어 판 CIDI-Alcohol의 진단 기준이 대체적으로 민감도는 높으나, 특이도가 떨어지는 것으로 생각할 수 있으며, 따라서 본 연구자들에 의해 작성된 한국어 판 CIDI-Alcohol는 일반인구 집단을 대상으로 하는 역학 조사보다는 주정 사용 장애로 이루어진 순수한 실험군의 연구에 적합하다고 생각된다. he authors translated a CIDI-Alcohol, a highly structured diagnostic interview, into Korean and examined the validity and reliability of the Korean version of CIDI-Alcohol. In order to examine the validity and reliability of CIDI-Alcohol, the authors calculated the degree of agreement of CIDI-Alcohol diagnoses between the two lay interviewers and sensitivity, specificity, kappa coefficient between clinical and lay CIDI-Alcohol diagnoses. The results were as follows: 1) Agreement rates of CIDI-Alcohol diagnoses between the two lay interviewers ranged from 97% to 100%. The kappa coefficient for each diagnosis was quite high(0.96-1.0). 2) The kappa value of agreement between clinical and lay CIDI-Alcohol diagnoses ranged from 0.43 to 0.55, which was lower than those of other studies. 3) With canging the diagnostic criteria of CIDI-Alcohol, The highest agreement rate between clinical and CIDI-Alcohol diagnoses was acquired when the authors used two or more diagnostic criteria of ICD-10/harmful use and four or more diagnostic criteria of DSM-Ⅲ-R/ alcohol dependence.

강원도 고성군 및 인제군에 소재한 神仙峯과 隣近 山地의 植物相

인제·속초(01-05) 소권역중 대표단위인 신선봉 지역을 중심으로 2002년 5월부터 9월까지 6회에 걸쳐 채집, 조사하였다. 신선봉과 인근 마산, 780고지에서 채집된 식물은 모두 62과 151속 231분류군이었다. 본 조사 지역에서 확인된 특정식물종 5등급에 해당하는 종은 발견되지 않았으며, 4등급 7분류군, 3등급 9분류군, 2등급 9분류군, 1등급 14분류군으로 모두 39개 분류군의 특정식물종이 확인되었다. 특히 조사 소권역중 대표단위인 신선봉의 경우 총 36개 분류군의 특정식물종이 관찰되었다. 확인된 특정식물종을 등급별로 나누어 등급별 종수와 등급별 평가점수를 곱하여 합산한 산지별 평가점수는 소권역 전체의 총점이 174점이었고 신선봉이 160점으로 가장 높았으며 마산 24점, 780고지 6점의 순으로 나타났다. 조사 권역에서 발견된 특정식물종 중 4등급에 해당하는 눈측백나무, 등대시호, 회리바람꽃, 앉은부채, 꽃개회나무 등은 신선봉 지역에서 발견된 종들로 대부분 인적이 드문 곳에 위치하여 인위적 및 자연적인 위협 용인이 존재하지 않는 것으로 판단된다. This study was carried out to investigate the flora of Mt. Sin-sun-bong (alt. 1,204m) and adjacent regions located on the northern side of Seol-at National Park, in province Gangwon-do, from April to September, 2002. The purpose of our study was to enlist vascular plant species of Mt. sin-sun-bong, Ma-san (alt.1,252m) and 780 peak (alt. 780m) and to inventory rare and endangered plants. During the exploration, we found 62 families, 151 genera, and 231 taxa (including species, subspecies, varieties and forma). The flora of Mt. Sin-sun-bong included thirty-nine taxa as the endangered species. Each sites were scored by the standard points, and these were estimated by the multiplication the number of taxa as their grade. It was shown that the evaluation points of Mt. Sin-sun-bong had the highest score, 160 points, following by Ma-san (24 points) and 780 peak (6 points). Five species (Thuja koraiensis Nakai, Anemone reflexa Steph. et Willd., Bupleurum euphorbioides Nakai, Symplocarpus renufolius Schott, Syringa wolfii C.K. Schneid.), of the 4th level of conservation priority. However, it seems to be no apparent artificial and natural threat at hand.

This study on Lee Kwang Soc's 『Saint. Wonhyo』(1942) examines Wonhyo's human feature and strategies of the novel. This book asks general questions about love, which is a basic human desire, or one's own identity through Wonhyo's life as a man. He wanders about the country to achieve piece of mind and shows his different figure continuously throughout this book. First. Wonhyo as a learning monk feels skepticism about studies and shame of transgressing the Buddhist commandments, after meeting and falling in love with Princess Yo Suck. That is a beginning of self-denial. Awakening is facing "self" directly, that is. "true self" as a reality of universal things can be found in a process of denying "self". a process of recognizing and erasing "false self". He displays complete self-denial because he cannot rescue anyone, including himself, even though he wrote many books for 10 years at Boon Whang Temple. and he regards falling in love with Princess Yo Suck as a greed. After the process of Wonhyo's self-denial, he unfolds a salvation for the public. He intends to develop human values and quality of life by joining people together with great devotion. He helps people with difficulty devotedly too. His endless great love to all living things regardless of their relation, is a state of great affirmation which is gained through the process of self-denial. This is an awakening as an "universal self' from a "personal self", and is a displacement from a physical body to a dharma. Next is about the strategies of the novel. Lee Kwang Soo uses not only a direct narrative(real truth), which expresses Buddha's doctrine literally through a man Wonhyo, but also a narrative for historical-literary imagination(worldly truth) to support it. Lee cites some sutra phrases from『Wha Um Sutra』, which expresses a spirit of an assist toward the salvation for public. On the other hand, in 『Saint. Wonhyo』, we can guess writer's point of view of affection through Agasa, a fictional character who is created to make women's confused mind and to justify the true meaning of love, Lee's point of view of thought through St. Dae-Ahn and Prist Bang-Wool, who are symmetrical characters with Wonhyo and expand public Buddhism, and his personal belief shown from story about enlightening beggars and robbers. that is, accordance of the defending the fatherland and the defending the dharma. There are three important points in Saint Wonhyo. First. Lee has written about Wonhyo into a huge novel with unlimited literary imagination on an old narrative even though there are no private documents about him. Second, he has written the novel accepting Wonhyo(ism) into Korean literature, based on an old Korean tradition (al Buddhism). Third, he restores and suggests a true human feature (ideal human harmonizing knowledge and behavior) in the confused era, going back the 7th century. On the other hand, there are two literary problems associated with 『Saint. Wonhyo』. One is that this book has a gap between historical fact and literary reality because of the lack of historical research and the writer's intention. The other is that Wonhyo is never dealt with in his great idea world because Lee emphasizes only traces of Wonhyo's human agonyt(or love).

용인시에 있어서 폐흡충 제2중간 숙주 가재 Cambaroides similis의 피낭유충 기생상

In an attempt to determine patterns of population density of the crayfish, Cambaroides similes, and infection of the crayfish with the metacercaria of Paragonimus westermani from the stream located in Yongin city were examined from June 1 to July 7. 1997. Seventy six fresh-water crayfish, Cambaroides similes were investigated for the detection of the metacercaria of lung fluke. The incidence rate of metacercaria infection of Pragonimus westermani was 6.5 percent(5 number among 76 of crayfish examined). The metacercariae found in Cambaroides similis were identified as Paragonimus westermani based on their morphological features.

Folglich gelten als begriffen Inhalt in diesem Studium. Erstens: Wa¨hrend die Wissenschaften aufihren Gebieten zwingend gewisse und allgemein Erkenntnisse gewonnen haben, hat die Syntaktische Regel als ihre Untersuchungen u¨ber die sprachlich Wahrheitsfunktion. Zweitens: zwei Forscher, der damals B. Russell und L. Wittgenstion, wurden damit fu¨r ihre Untersuchungen an den Wahrhcitsfunktion geehrt, aus denen hervorging, dass die Lehre von der Verifizierbarkeit in ciner bestimmten Wahrheit sind. Drittens: Logiken vorhanden sind, ihr Grundsa'tze des Syntaktische Regel herausgefordert worden ist. Und also sic muss dazu fu¨hren dic Syntaktische Regel vorgefu¨hrt werden.

反芻動物의 肝蛭類 및 胃腸內 線蟲類에 關한 Nitroxynil-Levamisole 複合 注射濟 試製品의 急性 毒性試驗

經口投與로 效能이 優秀하다고 評價되었으며 皮下注射로도 使用可能한 2種의 驅蟲劑 즉 肝蛭類의 驅蟲劑인 Nitroxynil과 消化管內 線蟲類 驅蟲劑인 Levamisole을 選擇, 複合 注射劑에 對한 毒性試驗을 試圖하였다. 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1.韓牛, 젖소 및 肥肉牛를 사용한 複合劑의 用量確認試驗은 野外에서 遂行되었으며 體重 每kg當 nitroxynil 7.5mg 및 levamisole 5.0mg이 되도록 試製한 合劑를 投與하여 肝蛭 및 消化管內 線蟲類 94.4-98.5%範圍의 높은 驅蟲效能을 經驗하였다. 2.試製品의 中間致死量(LD50)은 約 1.20ml/kg로서 nitroxynil 및 levamisole은 각각 約 144mg/kg 및 約 96mg/kg에 해당되어 弱한 毒性을 內包하고 있음과 上昇效果가 있음을 示唆하였다. Department of Environmental Health, College of Natural Science This study was carried out to evaluate acute toxicity of an injection combined with nitroxynil and levamisole which has been known to be low toxicity. The results are summarized as follows; 1.In the dose confirmation trial and clinical field trial using Korean cattle, dairy cow and beef cattle, it was also highly effective against liver flukes and gastrointestinal roundworms. The range of egg reduction rates was between 94.4% and 98.5%. 2.In the combination of nitroxynil and levamisole. 500 ICR mouse were administered subcutaneously at 0.25ml per kg for levels ranging from 0.25mg per kg to 2.50ml per kg of each drug. The animals were after 7 weeks of age and 25gm of body weight. One mouse which died after 30mg per kg for nitroxynil and 20mg per kg for levamisole was depressed, exhibited local muscle tremors, became recumbent and died a short period after dosing.

Today it is generally said that the typical characteristic of the Japanee industrial relations is a life time commitment . But discussions for its establishing period and the historical continuity have been ceaselessly lasted. The purpose of this study was to clarify the two following problems. 1) The existence of a life time commitment in the war time system 2) The historical continuity of a life time commitment In this respect the hypothesis of this study is as follows. 1)independent variable (I.V): the long term employment policy of workers. 2) dependent variable (D.V) : lbor turnover rate. The resutls of the analysis in accordance with the above hypotheses can be summarized as follows. 1. There is no correlation between I.V. and D.V., but labor turnover rate has been increased rapidly. From this, it seems more resonable to explain a life time commitment by means of the long term employment policy of workers rather than by labor turnover rate. In the war period the long term employment policy of workers was established on the institutional bases, but its substantial aspect was somewhat questionable. 2. It is more -or -less true that many seek to the essence of a life time commitment in paternalism, however its historical contintuity problem has raised crosssing assertions. That is to say, the pros and cons about the continuity is a debate on the origin of pros and cons about the continuity is a debate on the orgin of paternalism which was appered in the course fo industrialization in Japan. To speak about the very problem once again here might be a dispute for dispute, so in this study I presented a new task which we ought to purse further.

Cr₂O₃가 고주파용 Pb(Mn⅓Mb⅔)O₃+PZT 세라믹스기판의 압전 특성에 미치는 영향

핫프레스법으로 제작된 ?? 세라믹스에 있어서 Cr2O3의 첨가량이 그 시편의 구조적특성, 유전특성, 압전특성, 온도안정성 및 포아손비에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. Cr2O3의 첨가량의 범위가 0.3∼0.75[wt%]인 시편만이 포아손비가 1/3 이상으로 주파수 저하형 에너지포획 소자의 기판으로 사용될 수 있으며, 이 중에서 Cr2O3의 첨가량이 0.5[wt%]인 시편이 보다 우수한 압전특성과 안정된 온도특성을 갖고 있다. The effects of Cr2O3 addition on the structural, dielectric, piezoelectric properties, Poisson ratio and temperature stability of hot-pressed ?? ceramics were investigated. Only the specimens with Cr2O3 amount, 0.3∼0.75[wt%]can be used as the substrate for energy trapped devices of frequency lowering type, because their Poisson ratios are larger than 1/3. And the specimen with 0.5[wt%]Cr2O3 of them, has better piezoeletric properties, and more stable frequency temperature characteristics than the others.
