도시환경의 생동감 있는 구축은 도시에서의 생활과 일 그리고 여가를 위한 필수 요소이 다. 이를 위해서는 도시개발과 도시계획이라고 불려지는 종합적인 조치가 필요하다. 도시의 삶의 질은 주관적이지만, 도시는 거주자들에게 최적의 생활 환경을 조성하는 것이 목표이다. 이에 따라 도시의 발전과 재구축은 지속 가능한 도시개발 정책에서 중요한 역할을 한다. 도시재생 및 도시개발 조치가 일반적으로 효과적임이 입증되었지만, 실행이나 절차 및 영향에 대한 분석에서 비판점이 나타났다. 본 연구의 목표는 문화적 도시재생이 도시의 미적 가치를 높이고 사회적 연대감을 강화하며 동시에 경제 발전을 촉진할 수 있는지 여부를 검토하는 것이다. 이를 위해 세종시의 사례 연구와 독일의 사례를 비교하고 분석한다. The design of a vibrant urban environment is essential for living, working, and enjoying leisure time in a city. This requires comprehensive measures summarized under the terms of urban development and urban planning. While the quality of life in urban areas is subjective, it is the goal of cities to create optimal living conditions for their residents. Therefore, the further development and redesign of cities play a central role in sustainable urban development policy. It has been demonstrated that urban renewal and development measures are generally effective, but analyses of implementation, procedures, and impacts have also highlighted criticisms. The aim of this study is to examine whether the so-called cultural urban renewal is capable of enhancing the aesthetic values of a city, strengthening social cohesion, and simultaneously promoting economic development. To this end, case studies of the city of Sejong and examples from Germany are compared and analyzed.

Reden kann praktisch jeder. Aber in der Offentlichkeit reden, z.B. einen Vortrag halten, gehort zu den grobten Angsten. Denn die Befahigung, andere Menschen durch Worte nachhaltig zu uberzeugen, zahlt zu den wichtigsten Eigenschaften erfolgreicher Menschen. Aber viele Menschen fuhlen sich beim Sprechen vor anderen unsicher oder sie wissen nicht, wie sie ihre Gedanken gliedern oder geschickt ausformulieren konnen. Wenn wir uberlegen, wie ein Vortrag auf uns positiv oder negativ wirkt, konnen grundsatzlich drei Faktoren unterschieden werden. Da ist zunachst Mensch, der den Vortrag halt. Zweitens ist das, was vorgetragen wird und wie dieser Vortrag gestaltet ist. Und drittens ist, wie visuelle Hilfsmitteln und Medien genutzt werden. Von diesen Faktoren sind in diesem Aufsatz die ersten beiden erlautert, herauzufinden, wann der Vortrag problematisch wird und wie die dabei auftauchenden Probleme aufgehoben werden konnen.

In the Constitution of the Germany, the federal president holds a position as a ceremonial figurehead. He is a symbolic existence to the country and a figure that preserves a unity. It could be judged as a character of the important systems of the parliamentary government. Under the parliamentary government, even though the federal president doesn t have substantial authority, he becomes a promoter who forms an essential glue to induce national unification and to disentangle a complicated matter externally and domestically at the crucial moment of the country, and the like. The substantial authority belongs to federal prime minister, but the federal president has a position as formal symbolic government organs before everything else in the Federal Republic of Germany which has adopted the parliamentary government. The federal president is what is called a neutral administrative machinery of a state. Because the authority which is not provided for in the law belongs to the federal president and there is a possibility to exercise his influence politically according to how to use it, the questions such as Does the federal president only has a ceremonial authority as a symbolic existence? or Is the federal president a representative or a politician? could be raise.
