        The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between house wife's participation on dance sports, marital communication and marriage satisfaction. Specifically, it aims to examine: The influence of the dance sports involvement on marital communication, and marriage satisfaction. The subjects of this study was selected by cluster random sampling of involvement(participation 561, non-participation 177) in dance program facility of Seoul, Kyung-ki, Daejun, and Kwang-ju. The survey questionnaires were used to collect the data. The questionnaire for the formalization factor marital communication, had been developed by Lee(1991). And also the marriage satisfaction had been developed by Kwon & Chei(1998). The statistical methods such as multiple regression analysis. From the analyses of the data, the study reached the following conclusions: Marital communication and marriage satisfaction of dance sport participant house wife are partially influence marriage satisfaction.

        The purpose of this paper is to develop an optical fiber displacement sensor. An optical fiber displacement sensor is based on simple principles. Electrical signal responds to the optical flux change due to the displacement change between a target and a sensor probe. In this paper, the performance of optical fiber displacement sensor has been investigated. Firstly, optical loss has been measured before and after polishing optical fiber endface. Secondly, allowance of optical fiber bending has been tested. Thirdly sensitivity and linear range of the sensor has been found out according to the shape of cross section of optical fiber.

      • Development of a New Monoclonal Antibody CC5 Using a Cervical Carcinoma Cell Line Derived from Korea Woman

        Purpose : Cancer of the uterine cervix remains the leading cause of cancer death in Korean women. Conventional examinations still have limitations with regards to sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis and to monitoring for the disease. Thus, an additional specific tumor marker is needed of early detection of recurrent uterine cervical carcinoma and for estimation of patient's prognosis. Materials and Methods : Monoclonal antibodies against human cervical carcinoma were generated using hybridoma technology. These murine monoclonal antibodies were produced by fusion of spleen cells obtained from mice immunized with GUMC-6, a human cell line-of squamous cell carcinoma derived from uterine cervix, and P3-X63-Ag8 mouse myeloma cells. Results : We obtained 415 hybridomas secreting specific monoclonal antibodies to cervical carcinoma antigen continuously. Among them, one hybridoma designated CC5 that was highly reactive with cervical carcinoma was selected, and examined on the staining pattern and the reactivity with antigenic determinants of cervical carcinoma. Immunohistochemica staining revealed that CC5 monoclonal antibody reacted with all of the seven cervical carcinoma tissues, but also reacted with one of the ten (10%) normal cervical tissues. Western blot analysis showed that CC5 monoclonal antibody detected single 19.5-kDa sized protein b and in cervical cancer patient's sera. The detection rate was 88% (7/8). However, CC5 monoclonal antibody did not show any reactivity to 15 sera of normal healthy women tested. Sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophortic(SDS-PAGE) analysis of CC5 monoclonal antibody immunoprecipitates of extracts of L-□ methionine-labeled human cervical carcinoma cells showed a major band in apparent molecular weight, 51,000 daltons. The isotype and subclass of CC5 monoclonal antibody was lgG2b in hemagglutination assay. Conclusions : We have developed a new monoclonal antibody, CC5, against squamous cell carcinoma of the human uterine cervix. Further investigation is needed to determine this monoclonal antibody as an immunodiagnostic devise for cervical cancer. (Journal of Korean Cancer Association 31(3):562-574, 1999)

        The purpose of the study was to analyze the religious buildings of two contemporary architects, Steven Holl and Tadao Ando, based upon Merleau-Ponty's Phenomenology. It was studied how to transcend sensory experience to spirituality in religious space through the analysis of the architects' essay and pictures of the buildings. It was mainly discussed that continuous movement of human body, the course of light, and water space were phenomenological characteristics in those spaces. From the result, it was suggested that sensuous space could encourage physical interaction with architect's theoretical ideas.

      • 송풍기 병렬운전에 대한 연구

        기류 경로의 저항에 따라 풍량과 토출정압이 달라지는 송풍기의 특성상 급기가압 시스템에서 피난경로 상의 문들이 열리고 닫힘에 따라 극심한 풍량의 변화가 나타나면 안정적인 운전성능을 얻기 어렵고, 때로는 운전이 불안정해서 서징을 일으키기도 하기 때문에 적절한 제연효과를 기대하기 어려워진다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 효과적인 방법으로 송풍기의 병렬운전을 검토하였으며, 충분히 안정적인 운전이 가능하다는 결론을 얻었다. 그러나 병렬운전을 자동으로 제어하는 시스템의 개발이 필요하다.

        The March 1st Independence Movement of Boryeong developed late than other areas. Kim sa-gu et cetera made a muster of comrades for independence movement in the middle of March. On April 10 they tried but the participants contraied it. On April 3, there was independence movement attacking the military police an outstation in Daecheon. Subsequently On April 17, I jong-Yeon led the Hwaetbul of the hurrah for independence movement in Juryeom mountain, Jusan-myeon. For this reason, the 11 people got flogging punishment by the Japanese Imperialism. In addition to those, hurraies for the independence was tried Jupo on April 13, Jusan Yangchi on April 13. But being detected by Japanese police they did not materialize. Kim Bok-wan and Yu Jun-geun led the Hongju loyal troops resistance to Japan developed the Pari-jangseo-undong. Yu Gun-geun et cetera failed to send a letter for reinsatement the Sunjonging king on March 5. Sequently on March 12, they sent Jangseo of a Declaration to the Japanese Government-General of Korea and read aloud in public in Jongno Bosingak. Kim Bok-han led the Pari-jangseo-undong in Hoseo region. The 5 people except Yu Gun-geun of 17people in Hoseo signed and some of them were imprisoned. In addition to those many people were punished in the reason of Independence Movement. Independence torch movement in Jusan is representative of Boryeong. Several Confucian scholars led anti-Japanese guerilla developed independence movements such as the Paris Jangseo Declaration, sending letters to superiors, Declaration movemnets etc.

        한국인 하악골에서 턱끝가시, 혓구멍, 영양구멍, 이름없는 구멍에 대한 형태변이

        저자들은 한국인 하악골 194예를 대상으로 하악골 안쪽에 위지한 턱끝가시의 형태를 관장하고 혓구멍과 이틀능선 가까이 위치한 영양구멍 및 이름없는 구멍의 수 지름 방향 및 위치등을 조사하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1 턱끝가시의 형태는 여섯가지로 나누었고 위턱끝가시는 가시가 예리하게 왼쪽과 오른쪽으로 나뉜 형이 51.2% 로 가장 많았고 아래 턱끝가시는 왼쪽과 오른쪽 가시가 뭉툭하게 융합된 VI 형이 81.2% 였다. 2 위혓구멍은 평균 1개였고 4개까지 볼 수 있었으며 아래 혓구멍도 평균 한 개였으며 3개까지 관찰하였다. 3 지름은 위혓구멍이 0.46±0.21mm 아래혓구멍은 0.31±0.17mm 로 위혓구멍이 컸다. 4 위혓구멍은 대부분이 위쪽으로 열렸고 (91.4% ) 아래혓구멍은 아래쪽으로 열리는 것이 가장 많았다. (62.8% )5 헛구멍과 턱끝가시의 위치관계에서 위혓구멍이 위턱끝가시보다 위에 위치하는 것이 대부분 (98.8% ) 이었고 아래혓구멍은 아래턱끝가시보다 아래에 위치하는 것이 가장 많았다. (62%)6 위혓구멍은 하악골몸통 정중면에 였으며 치아가 있는 하악골에서는 아래모서리쪽에서로 2/5 부분에 중간보다 약간 아래쪽으로 위치하고 있었으며 치아가 없는 하약골에서는 악골결합의 이틀능선에서 아래모서리까지 전체길이의 중간에 위지하였다.7 영양구맹은 평균 25 개였으며 7 개까지 관장되었고 구명의 방향은 모두 위쪽을 향하고 있었으며 영양구멍은 하악 앞니 부위의 혀쪽 치아사이 이틀능선에서 관찰되었다. 8 이름없는 구멍을 하악골몸통 내측 안쪽면에서 관찰한 결과 앞니 부위에 위지한 경우는 혀쪽이나 아래쪽으로 열렸고 송곳니와 작은어금니 부위의 구멍들은 대부분이 하악까지 쪽을 향해 열려있었다. 평균 개수는 3 개로 지흠은 0.36mm 였다.
