It is the purpose of this study to investigate the possibility and mechanisms of complex formation for the removal of cyanide and toxic heavy metals from mining and electroplating industrial wastewater simultaneously. The adsorption forms of heavy metals from a synthesized wastecyanide water by activated carbon is discussed. Under the cyanide complexiation, mercury ion is adsorbed in the formation of complex anion as ?? and Hg(CN)₃, but zinc and cadmium are also as ?? and ?/?. The effects are established under the presence of ?? in the concentration range ?? mol/ℓto ?? mol/ℓand the presence of heavy metals.

As high-precision parts are needed with manufacturing techniques improved, the demand of high-precision machine tools has been increasing. They are made to develope the precision measuring skill to maintenance the accuracy of themselves as a matter of course. We on the paper measured straightness and squareness of the square to verify that it is possible for CT(circular test) method by 2-dimensional probe and the square to measure squareness. Furthermore, we compared the result of the study with the computer simulation's to prove its possibility, and made an improvement of measuring method.

The purpose of this paper is to define the kinds and the characters of pseudo-syntactic construction. Pseudo-syntactic construction is the same as syntactic construction in form but each element doesn't have individual syntactic function and it's a construction that the elements become a unit and has a syntactic function. Because of this formal and functional character pseudo-syntactic construction has a character that is between syntactic construction and morphologic construction. That is, pseudo-syntactic construction has more syntactic restrictions than syntactic construction but less than morphologic construction. So it becomes morpho-syntactic construction. This pseudo-syntactic construction has idiom, modality-adverb construction and catenative construction. Idiom is the one that has new meaning that can't abstract from the two elements. Modality-adverb construction is the construction that co-occurs particular grammatical features and psychological attitude of the speaker. Catenative construction is a construction which later element is dependent and adds grammatical meaning.

Five-coordinated complex of Cu(Ⅱ) complex, [CuCl(1,10-phenanthroline)₂]·Cl·6H₂O·CH₃OH, was synthesized by adding an aqueous solution of Cu(Ⅱ) to a methanol solution of 1,10-phenanthroline. Its crystal structure was detemined by single crystal X-ray crystallography. Crystal data are are as fllow: [CuCl(phen)₂]·Cl·6H₂O·CH₃OH, monoclinic, space group C2/c (#15), a = 23.309(5), b = 30.270(6), c = 7.491(2) A, B = 97.83(2)˚, V = 5236 A³, Z = 8,2745 data with I >3σ(I) (R = 00.64, Rw = 0.087). In the crystal structure of ??, the Cu(Ⅱ)is five-coordianted with four nitrogen and one chlorine atom. The geometry around Cu(Ⅱ) is somewhat distorted trigonal bipyramid and Cu(Ⅱ) is locted nearly (0.0280 A˚) on the least-squares plane of the two nitrogen atoms and one chlorine atom.

This study is to evaluate the tool performance in honing using diamond reamer and present grounds whether the localized products are sufficiently competitive comparing with the existing imported ones. The heads of the tool performance evaluation are roundness, roughness, tool life of the workpiece and so on. When evaluating the tool performance, cutting process is divided by three areas which are rough, semi-finish and finish cut. Honing improves the accuracy such as boring and reaming after manufacturing the inside diameter, and finishing directly by boning is a recent trend. This honing is used greatly in hard cutting materials like cemented carbides and it is the CBN and diamond that is used in hard cutting materials. Both of them are expensive and most of them are imported.

An extensive corrosion study was initiated by galvalume steel sheet manufacturing company to clarify the corrosion behavior of zinc and zinc-alloy coated automotive sheet steel in out panel and electrical application. Since the early 1980's the use of zinc and aluminum alloy coated steel for vehicular corrosion protection has increased dractically. This paper describes the evaluation of formability, weldability and painted corrosion performance of galvalume steel sheet. This paper presents an overview of the program and some initial test results on the of weldability, lifetime on the electode tip shape of spot welder and corrosion protection. Galvlume steel sheet improved corrosion performance and spot weldability of galvlume steel has no problem for the variation of welding current. And tip lifetime was changed according to the influence of shape.

This study is an investigation for the ADS optimum design using FEA. We write out program which express ADS perfectly and reduce the required time for correcting of model to the minimum in solution and manufacture result. We complete algorithm which can plan optimum forming of model by feedback error information in CAE. Then we correct model by feedback date obtaining in solution process, repeat course following stress solution again and do modeling rachet wheel for optimum forming. That is our aim. In rachet wheel, greatest equivalence stress originates in key groove comer and KS standard is proved the design for security.

A Syntactic Construction has semantic and syntactic function. However, in Korean Language, there can be a syntactic construction without these two functions. If one of those is dependent form, then the structure is called catenative construction. Catenative construction is classified into "verb-catenative" and "noun-catenative" according to its dependency. There are following distinctions in verb-catenative construction. a. subject-predicate disconformity b. inability to insert adverbs c. inability to use partial anaphora d. inability to use partial movement e. acquirement of grammatical function. And then, in noun-catenative construction. a. no modification properties b. ability to maintain the tense c. ability to maintain the predicate function.

The acceleration of the performance of machine tools influences the deveopment of the semiconductor and optical technology as the development of NC and measurement technology. We can mention that a traction role of the acceleration for the development like that depends on the development of the measurement technics Stylus instrument method, STM, SEM, Laser interferometer method which are used for measuring the movement accuracy of machine tools. The movement error factors in movement accuracy are expressed as yaw, roll, and pitch etc. Machining center has 21 movement error factors including of 3 axies joint errors because that has 3 axies and has been measured as the standard of the unloaded condition until now inspite of getting static, dynamic, and servo-gain errors in the case of expending the error range. Therefore, this study tries to measure deflection value according to loading on the X-Y table of the machining center after compensation of straightness. And the equipment used for this study is HP 5529A laser measurement.

The problem of automobile body corrosion has been addressed over the past decade by the increasing use of zinc and zinc coated steels in automotive application. This paper discribes the evaluation of formability and painted corrosion performance of galvalume steel sheet. This paper presents an overview of the program and some initial test results on the weldability, lifetime of the electrode tip shape of the spot welding and corrosion protection, Galvalume steel sheet improved corrosion performance and spot weldability of galvalume steel has no problem for the variation of welding current.
