In the TV broadcasting, movie production and business the transportation of video between creators (programmers, studios) and distributors (broadcast and cable networks, cable and satellites companies) is still a mix of File Transfer Protocol (FTP), physical delivery, and expensive multicast satellite. Cloud-based file sync-and-share providers like Dropbox and box are playing an increasing role, but the industry’s unique demands for speed and multicasting have fueled the growth of IP Video transport. This paper gives a solid grasp of the major elements of IP video technology, including content preparation, system architecture alternatives and network performance management.

In this paper, we present the study on the proposed design of a real-time transmission of a video from the drone to broadcasting station (OBVan) by using F8L10D-N LoRa Module. Nowadays, LoRa technology is proved to be the mass of low cost, long range machine-to-machine connectivity. Particularly in the field of broadcasting and communication system, F8L10D-N LoRa RF Module spread spectrum technology with long transmission distance and strong penetrative ability that is double stronger than traditional FSK as well as PSK modulation scheme.

The optical camera communication systems is a computer vision for image processing and On-Off Keying (OOK) cell frame modulation. Light Emitting Diode is controlled to transmit data in the form of digital On-Off signal of illumination using On-Off pulses. Technically the modulation must provide acceptable performance with a wide dimming requirement (e.g. 10% to 90%) and exhibit no bit flicker or frame flicker. To achieve this objective, IRF540N MOSFET with microprocessor-based LED driver is implemented for keeping the average light intensity constant over any given interval not longer than 10ms during the transmission of data. As the result multi-MAC adaptive has to be able to work with either a monochrome LED or white LED.

In this paper, we present Emergency exit signs are installed to provide escape routes or ways in buildings like shopping malls, hospitals, industry, and government complex, etc. and various other places for safety purpose to aid people to escape easily during emergency situations. In case of an emergency situation like smoke, fire, bad lightings and crowded stamped condition at emergency situations, it’s difficult for people to recognize the emergency exit signs and emergency doors to exit from the emergency building areas. This paper propose an automatic emergency exit sing recognition to find exit direction using a smart device. The proposed approach aims to develop an computer vision based smart phone application to detect emergency exit signs using the smart device camera and guide the direction to escape in the visible and audible output format. In this research, a CAMShift object tracking approach is used to detect the emergency exit sign and the direction information extracted using template matching method. The direction information of the exit sign is stored in a text format and then using text-to-speech the text synthesized to audible acoustic signal. The synthesized acoustic signal render on smart device speaker as an escape guide information to the user. This research result is analyzed and concluded from the views of visual elements selecting, EXIT appearance design and EXIT’s placement in the building, which is very valuable and can be commonly referred in wayfinder system.

This paper presents a low cost and flexible IoT enabled smart LED controller using Arduino that is used for emergency exit signs. The Internet of Things (IoT) is become a global network that put together physical objects using network communications for the purpose of inter-communication of devices, access information on internet, interaction with users as well as permanent connected environment. A crucial point in this paper, is underlined on the potential key points of applying the Arduino platform as low cost, easy to use microcontroller with combination of various sensors applied in IoT technology to facilitate and establishment of intelligent products. To demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the system, devices such as LED strip, combination of various sensors, Arduino, power plug and ZigBee module have been integrated to setup smart emergency exit sign system. The general concept of the proposed system design discussed in this paper is all about the combination of various sensor such as smoke detector sensor, humidity, temperature sensor, glass break sensors as well as camera sensor that are connected to the main controller (Arduino) for the purpose of communicating with LED exit signs displayer and dedicated PC monitors from integrated system monitoring (controller room) through gateway devices using Zig bee module. A critical appraisal of the approach in the area concludes the paper.

In this paper we present the search on HC-06 Bluetooth based driver module for emergency LED Multi-Directional Indicator. Nowadays, a growing trends in which electronic displays such as LED, LCD or plasma monitors are being installed in public places like bars, stores, entertainment areas, restaurants, lobbies, etc. In this paper, the study is curried out on efficiency of HC-06 Bluetooth module based controller driver that relates generally to the field of emergency signage management systems for displaying various indicator contents remotely on electronic displays in public and privates venues. It allows user smart devices interaction remotely with digital signage by providing content for displaying on at least one display in a venue. Depending on the emergency case, HC-06 Bluetooth based driver module proves the high efficiency as well as good performance of processing and communicating remotely the indicator based message that is displayed from a venue management control system by using smart devices. The system combines smart device that linked to HC-06 Bluetooth module with ATmega168/328 embedded micro controller which result by switching the displayer containing the digital signage indicator based message.
