<P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>The identification of membrane proteins is currently under-represented since the trans-membrane domains of membrane proteins have a hydrophobic property. Membrane proteins have mainly been analyzed by cleaving and identifying exposed hydrophilic domains. We developed the membrane proteomics method for targeting integral membrane proteins by the following sequential process: in-solution acid hydrolysis, reverse phase chromatographic separation, trypsin or chymotrypsin digestion and <I>nano</I>-liquid chromatography–Fourier transform mass spectrometry. When we employed total membrane proteins of <I>Synechocystis</I> sp. PCC 6803, 155 integral membrane proteins out of a predictable 706 were identified in a single application, corresponding to 22% of a genome. The combined methods of acid hydrolysis-trypsin (AT) and acid hydrolysis-chymotrypsin (AC) identified both hydrophilic and hydrophobic domains of integral membrane proteins, respectively. The systematic approach revealed a more concrete data in mapping the repertoire of cyanobacterial membrane and membrane-linked proteome.</P>

분석가담화 기반 회상치료에 참여한 노인 우울증자 담화의 현상학적 연구

본 연구는 ‘분석가담화 기반 회상치료’에 참여한 노인 우울증자들의 담화를 탐색하고 그 의미를 분석한 현상학적 연구이다. Colaizzi의 현상학적 분석방법으로 21개의 의미가 도출되었다. 본 연구에서 노인 우울증자들은 ‘분석가담화 기반회상치료’에 참여함으로, 각자의 생애에 사회적 억압과 강요가 있었음을 회상하였다. 그리고 사회적 억압의 이면에 삶을가치 있게 하는 서사또한 있었음을 발견하였다. 연구참여자들에게 사회적 담화에 나타난 억압이 상흔(STIGMA)으로 남아있으나 그 상흔의 이면에서 자기 자신을 위한 삶과 사랑을 발견함으로 상흔이 성흔(STIGMATA)으로 전환되었다. 사회적담화에 있어서, 4명의 연구참여자가 모두 폭력을 경험하였고, 강제적으로 학업을 중단했으며, 애정의 거절을 경험하였다. 또한, 가족을 위해 어린 나이에 일터로 내몰리거나 병중의 가족을 돌봐야 하는 희생을 감수해야 했고, 사람들의 눈치, 아버지의 눈치, 배우자의 눈치를 봐야 하는 삶을 살았다. 또한 주체적인 담화에서 4명의 연구참여자들 모두 원망과 분노를 통한 감정의 소산이 있었고, 과거를 추억하고 그리워하는 과정이 있었다. 그리고 자기를 사랑하고 감정이 전화되는현상이 있었다. 21개의 의미는 12개의 사회적 담화와 9개의 주체적 담화로 범주화하였고 각각 상흔과 성흔으로 재분류하였다. 노인 우울증자들의 경험과 의미는 우울증을 예방하기 위한 정책과 학문의 자료가 될 수 있으며 사회적 담화와우울증의 관계 연구에 기초자료로 사용될 수 있다. 또한, 노인 우울증자들의 심리적 고통을 이해하기 위한 정보를 제공해줄 수 있으며 노인을 대상으로 상담하는 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 자료가 될 것이다. This qualitative study explored and analyzed the experiences of depressed elderly who participated in the analyst’s discourse based-reminiscence therapy. The phenomenological analysis of Colaizzi has drawn 21 meanings. By participating in the analyst’s discourse based-reminiscence therapy, the depressed elderly recalled their experiences of oppression and coercion but found a narrative that made their life worth while. In social discourse, all four participants lived a life exposed to violence, suffered from academic interruption, and were denied affection by parents or spouses through an affair or ran away. Also, all four participants had to sacrifice to be put to work at a young age for their families or to take care of their sick families and lived a life of seeing people’s, father’s, and spouse’s eyes. The 21 meanings were categorized into 12 social discourses and 9 subjective discourses, and reclassified into stigma and stigmata. They mourn for a loss and discover a new signifier in the discourse that constituted stigmata. This study can be used as basic data for further action research or effectiveness research and provide information to understand their psychological suffering. It is also believed that it can be used to counsel the elderly.

Khatmiyya order is still influential in eastern Africa area as Islamic sufi order. The study on doctrines and rituals of Khatmiyya order will be very important work in the religious aspects of Islam in Africa. Khatmiyya order is not well organized only in the cities but also in the countrysides. The organization of Khatmiyya is better than other sufi orders in the matters of deciding who do what in every field. They constructed systems for a doctrine education and their worship service besides school and regular prayers. In their worship service, they do their characteristic dances and incantations. Their education systems are severally graded from an aspirant course to an advanced doctrine course. They could visit other order's Sheikh and pray in other order's mosques but should be educated by their systems. Many orders try setting up their orders in eastern Africa but there was no a notable success before Khatmiyya order. Al-Mirghani could make suitable doctrines and rituals for Africa because he experienced legalism and mysticism and other sufi orders.
