        봉건적사지소유로서 볼 때, 토지국유란 상급권인 수조원을 내용으로 하는 봉건적토지국유이고, 토지사유란 하급권인 사용수익권을 내용으로 하는 봉건적토지사유이며, 이렇게 토지에 대한 전면적 지배권이 상급권·하급권으로 분열되어 있는 것이 봉건적토지소유의 본질인 것이다. 전기한 바와 같이 서구와는 대비가 안 될 만큼 상급원이 강대한 토지제도를 가르쳐 토지국유제라하는 것이며, 그것은 봉건적 토지소유의 동양적 집권적 형태라 하겠다. 봉건단계의 토지국유제는 대강 상술해 온 바와 같거니와 우리나라 역사는 처음부터 집권제로서 발달되어 온 만큼 토지제도도 일찍이 삼국시대부터 국유제이었다. 그런데, 봉건단계이전의 토지국유도 그것이 전국토지의 국가에 의한 전면적 지배이었던 것은 아니고, 실지로는 수조권을 내용으로 하는 것인 점은 봉건단계에서와 다를 바 없다하겠으나 다만 그 수조가 농노적 농민의 개별적 부담이 아니고 공동체적인 집단적 부담인 점이 다르다 하겠다. 이와 같은 봉건적토지국유제와 기본적으로 대립되는 것은 근대적토지소유이며, 그것은 「조선토지조사사업」을 통한 토지제도개혁에 의해서 지양되었는데 「사유론」대로라면, 가산제적인 「수조권」이 왕실수입과 국정수입으로 분화되어야 할 이유가 없을 것이고, 따라서 저 개혁이 불필요했을 것이며, 「국유론」의 원칙이 고수되어서 토지보유가 토지소유로 근접되어 가는 발전이 허용되지 않았다면 생잡이 개혁은 불가능했을 것이다.

      • 수종의 구강 함수제가 치은 섬유아세포에 미치는 영향

        세균성 치태의 축적을 경감시키는 목적으로 구강함수제로 사용되는 0.1%와 1% Chlorhexidine, Cetylpyridinium Chloride과 Listerine이 치은 섬유아세포에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 이들 약제들의 생물학적 평가를 도모하고자 시험관적 실험을 실시하였다. 위 약제성분들이 함유된 구강함수제를 구입하여 소독후 100배 희석액을 만들었다. 치은 조직으로부터 분리 배양한 섬유아세포를 60mm 배양접시에 넣어 24시간 전 배양후 상충액을 제거한 다음 준비된 배양액을 재 주입히킨후 24, 48, 72시간동안 37℃ 100 습도 5% Co^2공기 혼합 배양기에서 배양하였다. 배양접시 기저부에 부착된 세포를 trypsin으로 분리하여 그 수를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 시간이 경과함에 따라 세포수의 변화는 Listerine에서는 약간의 감소를 보였으며, 0.1% CHX, CPC, 1% CHX에서는 현저히 감소하였다. 치은 섬유아세포에 대한 독성은 Listerine, 0.1% CHX, CPC, 1% CHX 순으로 강하게 나타났다. 순수 배양액만으로 배양한 경우 24시간까지는 세포가 증식하지 않았으며, 72시간까지는 약2배의 세포 증식을 보였다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of the four gargling solutions-Listerine, Cetylpyridium chloride(CPC), 0.1% % 1% Chlorhexidine(CHX)-on the human gingival fibroblasts in vitro. The 3×10 exp (5) cells of human gingival fibrobalsts were seeded in each 60mm Petri dish with Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium containing 100u/ml penicillin, 100㎍. ml streptomycin, 1㎍/ml amphotericin-B and 10% fetal bovine serum and incubated for 24 hours. After discard of the supernatant of old medium, those cells cultured with fresh prepared medium at 37℃ 5% Co2/air incubator. The number of cells in the each dish were counted on the hemocytometer after 24, 48, 72 hours incubation. The results were as follows; 1. In the course of time, Listerine was the weak decrease of cell counts and 0.1% CHX, CPC & 1%CHX were the most significant decrease of cell counts in comparision to control cultures. 2. To the cytotoxic effect on the human gingival fibroblast, Listerine, 0.1%CHX, CPC, 1%CHX in order showed more cytotoxic. 3.       • 치은 섬유아세포에 미치는 치주포대 추출물의 영향

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of soluble extracts form four peridontal dressings, two of which were eugenol and the others were non-eugenol, upon human gingival fibroblasts in vitro. Each of mixed dressing which added to medium was incubated in the 35mm petri dish for 24hrs. After discard of the supernatant of old medium, those cells were cultured with fresh prepared medium in the 5% CO2 incubator at the state of 37℃, for 24, 48, & 72 hours. Author counted the number of cells by hemocytometer at each designed time and observed the change of morphology of cells stained with Hematoxylin-Eosin on the inverted phase contrast microscope The results were as follows. 1. In the course of time, K.P pack was the most significant decrease of cell counts in comparison to control cultures with Wondrpak, Coe-pak Cellopack following in that order at original extracts and there were somewhat decrease at 1/10 & 1/100 diluted solutions in all samples. 2. Throughout the present study, the eugenol containing periodontal dressings, K.P pack & Wondrpak, showed more cytotoxic effects on fibroblasts than non-eugenol dressings, Cellopack & Coe-pak. 3. In microscopic apearance of four dressings, the degenerative changes with pyknotic nuclei, lysis of cytoplasm and marked vacuolizaion were evident at orignal extracts. 4.       • 합병증이 동반된 Meckel씨 게실 2례 보고

        합병증이 동반된 Meckel씨 게실을 가진 환자의 치료에 대한 필요성은 과정이 문제이다. 하지만 우연히 만나는 게실의 처치는 논란 중이다. 부수적인 게실 절제술(incidental diverticulectomy)의 제안자는 증상이 있는 게실의 외과적 처치는 중요한 이환 및 사망률은 지적한다. 이를 반대하는 사람들은 전 생애를 통해 합병증의 위험성이 낮게 나타나므로 필요가 없다고한다. 게실의 예방적 제거는 개복술시 우연히 발견 될 때 시행한다. 이는 남아있는 게실이 나중에 합병증을 일으키는 것보다 술후 합병증의 위험성이 매우 적음을 알 수 있다. 저자들은 합병증이 동반된 Meckel씨 게실 2예를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 더불어 보고하는 바이다. The necessity for therapy with complicated Meckel's diverticular is a matter of course.However, management of the incidentally encountered diverticulum is controversial. Proponents of incidental diverticulectomy point to the significant morbidity and mortality rates of surgical treatment of symptomatic divenicular. Other authors base their opposition to incidental diveniculectomy on the low risk of complications developing during lifetime. Prophyillctic removal of the diveniculum is indicated when it is found incidentally at laparotomy, because there are few postoperative complications and the risk exists that the remaining diverticulum may be the cause of later complication. The 2 cases of complicated Meckel's diverticulum are reported with a brief review of literature.

        당뇨병환자에서 뇨증 Fibronectin농도의 증가에 관한 연구

        Plasma fibronectin is an α₂-glyoprotein, which is produced by vascular endothelial cells. Raised level of plasma fibronectin has been observed in diabetic patients particularly in the presence of microvascular complications. However, no available data exist about urine level of this glycoprotein in diabetic patients. We measured urine fibronectin level by ELISA methods in 54 diabetic patients who have microvascular comlications or not. The following results were obtained. 1) Urine fibronectin level(㎍/g creatinine) in diabetic group(1740.0±678.0) is increased compaired with those in normal control group(471.0±59.0). but this results were not significantly different among two groups(P>0.05). 2) Urine fibronectin level(㎍/g creatinine) was significantly increased in patients with nephropathy (6188.0±3144.0) compared with those in normal control group(471.0±59.0) and patients without nephropathy(645.0±251.0)(P<0.001). 3) There were a significant correlation between BUN, creatinine, creatinine clearance, 24hr urine total protein and urine fibronectin level in diabetic patients. Our data suggest that urine fibronectin excretion level might be used as a sensitive guide for diabectic nephropathy.

      • Alternative Patterning Process for Realization of Large-Area, Full-Color, Active Quantum Dot Display

        <P>Although various colloidal quantum dot (QD) coating and patterning techniques have been developed to meet the demands in optoelectronic applications over the past years, each of the previously demonstrated methods has one or more limitations and trade-offs in forming multicolor, high-resolution, or large-area patterns of QDs. In this study, we present an alternative QD patterning technique using conventional photolithography combined with charge-assisted layer-by-layer (LbL) assembly to solve the trade-offs of the traditional patterning processes. From our demonstrations, we show repeatable QD patterning process that allows multicolor QD patterns in both large-area and microscale. Also, we show that the QD patterns are robust against additional photolithography processes and that the thickness of the QD patterns can be controlled at each position. To validate that this process can be applied to actual device applications as an active material, we have fabricated inverted, differently colored, active QD light-emitting device (QD-LED) on a pixelated substrate, which achieved maximum electroluminescence intensity of 23 770 cd/m(2), and discussed the results. From our findings, we believe that our process provides a solution to achieving both high-resolution and large-scale QD pattern applicable to not only display, but also to practical photonic device research and development.</P>

        Molecular Investigation of Two Consecutive Nosocomial Clusters of Candida tropicalis Candiduria Using Pulsed-Field Gel Electrophoresis

        Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) typing was applied to the epidemiological investigation of 21 Candida tropicalis isolates collected from urine specimens of 11 patients and one healthcare worker, in an intensive care unit (ICU) over a 4-month period. Seventeen epidemiologically unrelated strains from 14 patients were also tested to determine the discriminatory power of PFGE. PFGE typing consisted of electrophoretic karyotyping (EK) and restriction endonuclease analysis of genomic DNA (REAG), using two restriction enzymes (BssHII and SfiI). The EK pattern was the same in all 38 isolates, while REAG using SfiI separated the isolates into nine types. However, 16 different PFGE types were iden-tified by REAG with BssHII, and the same results were obtained when the results of both REAG tests were combined. In serial urinary isolates from 10 patients, all strains from each patient had the same PFGE pattern. While the epidemiologically unrelated strains from 14 patients consisted of 13 different PFGE types, the 20 isolates from the 11 ICU patients fell into only two PFGE types (types Cl and C2), and these apparently originated from the two different outbreaks. All strains of type Cl (n = 12) were isolated from six patients, between November 1999 and January 2000, and all of the type C2 strains (n=8) were isolated from five patients, during January and February 2000. This study shows two con-secutive clusters of C. tropicalis candiduria in an ICU, defined by PFGE typing, and also demonstrates that a PFGE typing method using BssHII is perhaps the most useful method for investigating C. tropi-calis candiduria.
