        김치유래 젖산균의 균체지방산 분석을 이용한 분류학적 연구

        표준균주를 포함한 230여개의 김치유래 젖산균에 대한 균체지방산(FAMEs)을 분석하였다. FAMEs profiles는 Euclidian Distance 17.5에 의해 7개의 Major Cluster와 1개의 Single Cluster로 나뉘어졌다. 이중 A, B, C 및 Cluster는 Leuconostoc속으로 분석되어졌고, F는 Lactobacillus속으로 분석되어졌다. 그리고 E와 G cluster는 두개의 Genus가 혼재되어 나타났으며 보충적인 연구가 필요하다. 앞으로 김치유래 젖산균의 균체지방산 분석결과를 기반으로 한 데이타베이스에 95가지 탄소원을 이용하는 수치분류학적 접근방법 및 Pyrolysis Mass Spectrometry 등의 화학적 분석 방법과 분자친화적 연구를 통한 종합적 분류정보 체계가 갖추어지면 젖산균의 신속, 정확한 동정 및 연구에 활발히 이용되어질 것이다. Two hundreds and thirty lactic acid bacteria, mostly isolated from Kimchi, including type strains were sued for analysis of cellular fatty acids. The 230 test strains were recoverd in 7 major and 1 single clusters defined a Euclidian distance of 17.5. These aggregate taxa were equivalent to the genus Leuconostoc (aggregate group A, B, C and D), and the genera Leuconostoc and Lactobacillus (aggregate group G). It is concluded as evident that FAMEs (Fatty Acid Methyl Esters) profile of cell can be used as a criterion in classification of lactic acid bacterial from kimchi. Additional comparative taxonomic studies need to be carried out on well chosen representative strains to determine the most appropriate methods of value.

        This paper reports a method of measuring surface scratch using microscope and CCD. Included are both the theory of the technique and experimental verification. The range of surface scratch which can be accurately measured by this method is also reported. The nature of this method it is anticipated that the effective automatic testing and sorting can be possible for precision machining work.

        This study is a base research on which the Seoul National University of Education implements the subject of 'Social Service Activities' as part of the formal curriculum. The purpose of this study was to suggest a systematic program for the curriculum implementation. The major research methods of this study were the analysis of precedent literature regarding Social Service Actities, and the interview method. As the research results, this study presents the discussion products regarding the concept·characteristics·contents of social service activites, the present situation of service activites in Korea and other countries, the preparation/attitude of university students who are going to practise those activites. As far as the concrete curriculum implementation is concerned, this study suggests twofold specific ideas. First, this study presents ideas on the curriculum form such as regarding in which semeter the subject is open, how students apply for the subjects, how to designate advising professors, what is the role of the professors, how to evaluate the activity results of students, and how to select the relevant institutions in which the activities are carried out. Second, this study suggests to construct an curriculum implementation committee and to make a implementaion guide. The committee is supposed to carry out manage/control the social service curriculum, and consider important matters on the curriculum impletation.

        줄눈콘크리트 포장의 줄눈 거동 측정

        In this research, the early-age movements of joint at JPCP(Jointed Plain Concrete Pavement) were measured by field tests. The field tests were carried out for 5 days just after concrete placement, for 1 day after 52 and 72 days on Chung-Ang Expressway construction site in Dan-Yang on the 28th and 29th of May 2001. The joint movements were measured by demec gauge and clip gauge. The results of regression analysis for the data measured during early 5 days showed that the joints of No.4, No.5, No.6, No.10, No.13, and No.15 could be considered as a moving joint. From data analysis on July 20, the joints of No.2, No.9, and No.10 showed the significant correlations from the minus value of coefficient of regression. As a result of regression data on August 8, joint movements occurred at all joints. Joint freezing and closure could be judged from the regression analysis using joint opening and total temperature measured at field tests.

      • 플라이애쉬를 혼입한 콘크리트포장의 배합특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        As the weight of trucks increases, the need for concrete pavement also increases. Therefore, the addition of fly-ash may improve the properties of pavement concrete as well as recycle fly-ash. A full factorial experiment was performed using the primary variables, such as water-cement ratio, fly-ash substitution ratio, and maximum size of coarse aggregate, as a preliminary study for optimum mixture design for pavement concrete. The results of preliminary study indicates that the addition of fly-ash is the most important factor determining concrete strength, followed by the maximum size of coarse aggregate and water-cement ratio. It, also, shows the relative importance of fly-ash substitution ratio, compared to the water-cement ratio, and the interaction effects between the primary variables. Optimum mixture designs for pavement concrete incorporating fly-ash, that satisfied the target responses, were proposed in terms of fly-ash substitution ratio, water cement ratio and maximum size of coarse aggregate.

      • 난포기 및 황체기에 있어서 돼지 난관 협부 평활근의 neurotransmitter들의 수축효과에 대한 estradiol-17β및 progesterone의 영향

        The effects of estradiol-17β or progesterone on the contractility of neurotransmitters on pig oviductal isthmic smooth muscle were investigated. The motility of the isolated smooth muscle was recorded by using physiological recording system. The results were summarized as follows : 1. The contractility induced by histamine or prostaglandin F2α was depressed by the pretreatment of estradiol-17β but was not by the preteatment of progesterone in follicular or luteal stage. 2. The contractility induced by acetylcholine was depressed un follicular stage but excited in luteal stage by the pretreatment of estradiol-17β or progesterone. 3. The contractility induced by norepinephrine was depressed by the pretreatment of progesterone in follicular stage but was excited by the pretreatment estradiol-17β in luteal stage.

      • 대용량 음성 인식을 위한 Parser 연구

        본 논문에서는 대용량 연속음성 인식에서 시스템의 성능 향상을 위해 음성인식 후처리 과정 중 구문분석을 위한 파서(Parser)를 구현하였다. 과싱(Parsing)을 위한 문법으로는 자유 어순의 언어인 한국어 특성에 적합한 '중심어 주도 구구조 문법(HPSG)을 사용하였으며, 한국어의 문장에 대한 구조적 측면에서 서술어의 형식과 성질에 따른 결합 문행을 제시하였다. 현태소 분석을 위한 인식엔진으로는 한양대학교 제어계측공학과 ROSP 연구실, 물리학과 음향학 연구실(FSL)에서 개발한 '한양 한국어 형태소 분석기(H2MA)'의 엔진을 사용하였다. 실험을 위해 문형에 따른 문장과 합성 동사문을 포함한 총 110여 문장이 사용되었다. 실험 결과 이중 주어문과 합성 동사문 을 포함한 단문의 경우 91.82%의 인식률을 얻었다. In this paper, we construct Parser for sentence analysis in order to improve performance of Large-vocabulary continuous speech recognition system. We use HPSG which is suitable for Korean of its partially-free word order characteristics, as a grammar for Parsing. We propose a combination of sentence pattern and characteristic of predicate in structural for Korean sentence. As recognition engine for Morpheme analysis, we use H2MA developed by ROSP laboratory and FSL laboratory in Hanyang University. As a result, we obtain the recognition rate 91.82% about short sentences including double subjects and synthesize verb sentences.

      • 고추 가공 및 저장중 辛味成分 변화

        The capsaicinoids of Korean red peppers were varied with cultivars from 30 mg% to 257mg%, highest in ˝Chungyang˝and medium in ˝Dabock˝ which is most popular to Korean and major capsicinoids were capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin which are 88.5-94.8% of total capsaicinoids in red peppers. The capsaicinoids of red pepper were distributed 46% in placenta and septum and remainder were in pericarp, seed and stem in the order. The changes in capsaicinoids content of red peppers was not significant during hot-air drying at 65-75℃and sun drying. Fluorescent light was more destructive to capsaicinoids than incandescent light when red pepper powder was exposed to those lights. The larger amount of capsaicinoids was extracted with higher concentration of salt solution, but the water extractability was not affected by pH changes. During storage at 4,25,40℃ for 180 days, capsaicinoids content of red peppers was changed.

      • 전침 자극에 의한 오디 괄약근 운동성 변화에 관한 연구

        Background/Aims: This study was designed to evaluated the effects of electroacupuncture on the sphincter of Oddi (SO) motility in humans and to correlate the manometric findings with plasma cholecystokinin (CCK) levels. Methods: Eleven patients (M: F= 5: 6) who had various kinds of biliary disorders were enrolled. SO motility was monitored with a conventional low-compliant continuously perfused technique using ERCP (n=9) or percutaneous transhepatic cholangioscope (n=2). After baseline monitoring for phasic wave contractions of SO, electroacupuncture was applied at a specific acupoint, GB 34, in these 11 patients. A nonspecific acupoint 5 cm away from GB 34 was selected as a control. Manometric parameters of SO were also checked in 6 subjects during stimulation of the control acupoint. CCK plasma levels were measured during the time course of electroacupuncture stimulation. Result: All the manometric parameters including the basal pressure of SO, amplitude, frequency and duration of phasic wave contraction of SO were significantly decreased (p< 0.05) during electroacupuncture stimulation. The inhibition of SO contractility was accompanied by increased CCK plasma levels. After removal of electroacupuncture stimulation, restoration of amplitude and duration to basal condition were noted. A tendency towards the return of SO contractility was also observed in basal pressure and frequency. Stimulation of the control acupoint, however, did not affect the SO contractility and plasma CCK levels. Conclusions: Electroacupuncture stimulation of acupoint GB 34 showed reversible inhibition of SO contraction in humans. We speculate that the response of SO to electroacupuncture stimulation may be mediated by some neurohormonal mechanisms including CCK release.       • 철근콘크리트 커플링 보의 해석기법과 병렬 전단벽의 거동 비교

        Ductile coupled flexural walls are the primary seismic load resisting systems of many structures. The coupling beams of these structures must exhibit excellent ductility and energy absorption ability. But the present analytical method about nonlinear behavior of reinforced concrete coupling beam scarcely anything. This paper composed of two subjects. First subject is a suggestion of analytical method of diagonally reinforced concrete coupling beam and longitudinally reinforced concrete coupling beam and rhombic coupling beam, and selected 5 specimens for that. Second subject is a comparison of seismic behavior of fully coupled shear wall and partially coupled shear wall. This paper used lDAHC-2D and Midas Gen 4.3.1 for the purpose of achievement these subjects. Suggested analytical method expected that it showed good agreement with reinforced concrete coupling beam inelastic behavior. Also, comparison of seismic behavior result showed that fully coupled shear wall have good behavior than partially coupled shear wall.
