        토지적성평가 개선방안에 관한 연구

        Concerning the national land management of Korea, the disordered development in Semi-agriculture and forestry area has been issued since 1990s. Due to the adoption of Semi-agriculture and forestry area system in 1994, and injudicious encroachments in suburb area, the efficient national land management system is facing to difficult problems. Therefore, the Korean government promoted "the reform of national land use plan" as a part of the synthetic counter-plan for preventing the disordered development of national land. The reform of national land use plan has three areas; preserve-management, product-management, plan-management. With these reasonable divided standards, Land Suitable Analysis is executing properly. In this study, we make definitions of Land Suitability Analysis and Land Classification based on previous researches in those areas. This study analyzes the purpose, the evaluation standard, the merits and demerits as well as grading classifications of L.S.A research in domestic, external area. Throughout this method, we point out problems in L.S.A along with solutions. This research suggests that L.S.A could be used as a practical use for the basic standard information of the city planning and land use planning.

        특수시설 설치를 위한 토지적성 개선 방안에 관한 연구

        Since the nation's civic consciousness about the environment issues has been raised, the problems of disordered developments of Korea land have became more important matters. Thus, solutions have been made to use the national land efficiently and to prevent the disordered land developments of Korea. As one of the examples of these efforts, "The law about the planning and using national land" had been enacted and also "The Land Suitability Assessment Test" was implemented. However, The Land Suitability Assessment Test (hereinafter referred to as the "LSA") leaves much to be desired since it has been recently enforced, LSA is made up of two systems the evaluation system, the evaluation system II, The evaluation II is implied to the case of the special facilities such as a green, skiing resort, park, recreation ground. This study particularly focuses on the special facilities, therefore, it builds the general concept of LSA and suggests the alternative methods for the problems can be occurred. As mentioned earlier, LSA have many problems because of the lack of knowledge and understanding and also the lack of professional workforce. Additionally, the basic dates have not fully collected and it is even hard to collect the existing dates. Those all cause main difficulties of using LSA test. Moreover, LSA is difficult to maintain the continuance of the land suitability with the LSA's analysing units, and faces the difficulties in devising the city management plan as a standardized form. The evaluation index for regional characters, the distance and ratio indexes have not enough persuasive explanations, Also, the land division foundation and the ranking for the evaluation result are insufficient. However, these problems can be solved by making reasonable systems for the data base management, establishing the standard evaluation index, building the standard land division foundation and subdividing the evaluation classes. Therefore, the evaluation results by LSA should be related with regional long term development plans and it need to be implemented by those suggestions.

        The importance of stress analysis increases as the new concepts of structural forms and construction materials are developed. Functional considerations in the design often dictate the placing of the openings of various dimensions in the floor system. The current paper experimentally analyzes stress distribution in the rectangular plate with rectangular opening in the middle with emphasis placed on qualitative rather than quantitative observation. The following results are observed: 1. For the large opening, only negative Mx develops whose distribution is similar as in a cantilever. 2. As the dimension of the opening becomes the larger in the y-direction, the larger negative moment develops. 3. Mx at the built-in edge is the largest at 1.5 times the value obtaining at the opening ratio α₃/α₁=3.

        인천지역 TDI 노출 작업자에서 직업성천식 유병율

        목적 : TDI는 직업성천식을 일으키는 대표적인 물질로 알려져 있다. 과거 TDI에 노출된 작업자들의 천식 발생률을 5~6%가량 보고하였고, 국내에서도 2-20%에 이르는 유병율을 보고한바 있다. 작업환경이 많이 개선되고, 노출량이 감소된 최근에도 TDI에 의한 직업성천식에 대한 보고가 많이 이루어지고 있어, 이에 대한 적극적인 조사와 진단과정을 통해 유병율을 구하고 질병발생의 변화양상을 파악해 보고자 하였다. 방법 : 인천지역에서 특수건강진단을 수행하는 2개 기관의 TDI 노출 근로자 400여명 중, 사업장의 규모가 50인 이상이며 사업주가 연구진행을 허락한 사업장에서 근무하는 근로자 중 직접적으로 TDI에 노출되는 작업에 종사하는 근로자 170명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 이들에 대해 설문지와 산업의학의사의 면담을 통한 작업관련성 평가를 근거로 정밀대상자를 선정하고 이들에 대해 메타콜린 유발시험, TDI 유발시험 등을 수행하여 직업성천식을 확인하였다. 결과 : 설문조사 결과 11명이 직업과 관련하여 천식증상을 보이는 것으로 나타났고(6.9%), 이중 7명에서 메타콜린 유발검사 양성소견을 보였다. TDI에 의한 특이유발시험 결과 1명에서 양성반응이 나타나, 이 집단에서 TDI에 의한 직업성천식의 유병율은 0.58%였다. 결론 : 과거 국내연구에서 TDI에 의한 직업성천식의 유병율이 2~20%에 이르렀던 데 비해, 본 연구에서는 0.58%로 나타났다. 이는 국외 논문에서도 나타나는 경향으로 작업장 노출량 감소로 점차 발생률이 감소하는 양상을 보이고 있다. 그러나 이미 증상이 나타난 근로자들이 부서를 옮기거나, 직장을 그만둠으로 인해 그 유병율이 과소평가되었을 가능성도 있다고 판단된다. Objecdives: This study was carried out to estimate the prevalence of isocyanate-induced occupational asthma in toluene diisocyanate (TDI) exposed workers. Methods: We examined 170 workers who had been directly exposed to TDI through a medical questionnaire, physical examination, and pulmonary function test. Based on screening examination, workers with suspected occupational asthma were selected for further evaluation such as methacholine and TDI challenge tests. Results: Eleven (6.9%) among 170 workers complained of symptoms of occupational asthma. and 7 among these 11 symptomatic workers showed positive responses to the methacholine challenge test (4.1 %). One spray painter was confirmed as having the TDI induced occupational asthma following a positive response to TDI challenge test. Conclusions: The prevalence of TDI-induced asthma was at 0.58% was lower than that for former studies (2-20%). Improved workplace environment, lower level of TDI exposure compared to the past, and the healthy workers effect may have contributed to this low rate of asthma prevalence in workers with TDI exposure.

And it offers base-knowledge and spreads landscape architecture of artificial ground. So deficient open spaces are settled and it tries to use by way of meaning base-research to improve environment of cities. It is possible for this study to grope direction of activation of landscape architecture of artificial ground reflecting positive effect

      • 줄눈 콘크리트포장의 우각부 하중 해석

        This study focused on the development of an alternative stress estimation procedure to instantly calculate the critical stresses bonded concrete pavement. Closed form analysis is commonly used to analyze pavement structures. This type of analysis assumes linear elastic material properties and static loading conditions. The well-known ILLI-SLAB finite element program was used for the analysis. Bonded concrete overlay analyzed the stress distribution, behavior and load carrying . capacity under track load is made evaluation standard of bonded concrete overlay. In the study, the following results were derived ; The properties of strength is that compress and 3-point bending strength of existing pavement is deteriorated with 184 ㎏/㎠, 59 kg/㎠ but compress and splitting tensile strength of overlay is satisfied with 465 ㎏/㎠, 45 kg/㎠. Load transfers is happen at adjacent slab by interlocking under track load. The stress distribution under interior, corner and edge load is described high loading position surrounding then loading position.

      • Polyester 신합섬 직물의 농색염색 및 대전방지가공에 관한 연구 (Ⅰ)

        The Dyeing processing, which can be a low-cost and easily application to production field was investigated by using some bathochromic agent and dyestuffs. The Δ L values and dye up-takes of threated several fabrics were investigated according to the dye concentration and pH of dyebath. The results were as follows : 1. The selection of bathochromic agent acts as important factor for improvment of bathochromic property of fabrics. 2. The pH of dyebath has a little effect on bathochromic effect. 3. In case of one bath treatment, the bathochromic agent has little effect on the improving bathochromic property of treated fabric. 4. The efficiency order of bathochromic effect is DTY + fila.> CVY > DTY and fabric structure is also effect on the bathochromic property of the polyester fabric.

        In order to analysis of colour difference in dyeing process of the production field, several dyestuffs were selected for examine pH independance, step dyeing and migration test. And another investigation also carried out how much causes colour difference to insufficient washing process a t pre-treatment process. The results were as follows. 1. All used dyestuffes behavior showed high dye-up take a t the low pH condition. 2. In the examination of pH independence, C. I. Acid Red 57 and C. I. Acid Yellow 199 dyestuffs were exception behavior to used all dyestuffs. 3. By step dyeing results, mixed system of C. I. Acid blue 62 and C. I. Acid Red 57 have a good color reproducibility.

        한국인 정상 교합자의 정모 두부 방사선 사진을 이용한 안모비율에 관한 연구

        두개 악안면 기형환자의 종합적인 치료를 위해서는 입체적인 평가와 진단이 중요하다. 그러나 흔히 전후방적인 골결평가에는 많은 분석방법을 시행하고 있으나, 안모 비대칭과 상 하악골 횡적인 부조화의 진단을 위해 필요한 횡적평가방법은 충분하지 못한 실정이다. 횡적인 부조화의 적절한 진단과 치료는 안정된 기능교합의 형성에 있어서 전후방 또는 수직적인 부조화보다 중요한 역할을 하며, 장기간의 안정성에도 영향을 미친다. 그리고 상하악의 횡적인 부조화에 따른 연조직의 변화가 제한되어 있기 때문에 시진을 통한 임상적 방법으로는 간과되기 쉬우며 더욱이 특정적인 안모소견을 보이는 전후방 또는 수직적인 부조화와 동반된 경우에는 감별되기 어렵다. 그로 인해 정확한 진단과 치료를 위해서는 정상 안모에 관한 정모두부 방사선 계측학적 안모 비율의 평가가 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구는 1996학년도 연세대학교 신입생중에서 협조 가능한 정상 안모와 거의 정상교합을 갖은 남녀 76명을 선정하여 안모 비대칭과 횡적인 부조화가 있는 악안면 기형 환자의 진단과 치료계획에 도움을 주는 자료를 얻고자 정모 두부 방사선 계측사진을 이용하여 수평 및 수직 계측항목과 그 비율을 통계처리하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 정모의 수평 및 수직적인 계측항목과 그 비율의 평균값과 표준편차를 구하였다. 2. 정모의 폭경에 대한 고경의 비율은 0.837(남자:0.836, 여자:841)이었다. 3. 상악골과 하악골간의 폭경비율은 0.747(남자:0.745, 여자:0.752)이며, 높은 연관성을 나타내었다. 4. 두개 안면부 폭경들간에는 서로 연관성이 나타났다.(두개 폭경, 관골전두봉합폭경, 안면폭경, 상악폭경, 하악폭경, 상악과 하악 구치부폭경) 5. 정모의 폭경이 증가할수록 안모고경과 다른 길이 계측치도 연관되어 증가하였지만 각도 계측값(Bjork의 합, 하악평면각)의 감소와, 후전 안면고경 비율증가로 인하여, Brachycephalic facial type의 안모 경향을 보였다. 이상의 결과는 악안면 기형 환자의 교정치료 및 악교정 수술치료의 계획에 기준치로써 사용될 수 있을 것이다. For the total treatment of skeletal malocclusions, 3-dimensional evaluation and diagnosis are essential. Although anteroposterior discrepancies can be evaluated through various methods, the satisfactory methods for evaluations of facial asymmetry and transverse discrepancies are yet to be found. The adequate diagnosis and treatment of transverse discrepancies may be more important in the maintenance of functional occlusion as well as for the stability of results obtained from othognathic surgery than the anteroposterior or vertical discrepancies. Since the soft tissue effects from the transverse discreapnies may not be pronounced, expecially when combined with anteroposterior or vertical discrepancies which have prominent characteristics, the differentiation of their effects may be the posteroanterior cephalometry as a reference for the accurate diagnosis and treatment. The present study evaluates 76 subjects from Yonsei University freshman with normal facial symmetry and occlusion. Posteroanterior cephalograms were taken from the subjects and the normal values and facial proportions are obtained. The results are as follows. 1. The transverse and vertical values from posteroanterior cephalometry and their ratio, with means and standard deviations are calculated. 2. The ratio of vertical values to transverse values i 0.837(male 0.745, female 0.841). 3. The proportion of maxillary and mandibular widths is 0.747(male 0.745, female 0.752), with statistically significant correlation. 4. Various degree of significant correlations are observed in the following craniofacial width;(Cranial width, Bizygomaticofrontal suture width, Facial width, Maxillary width, Upper&Lower Intermolar width, Mandibular width). 5. Although the facial height as well as other line measurements increase as the facial widths increase, angle measurement(Bjork, Sum, Mandibular Plane Angle, Gonial Angle), decreases and posterior to anterior facial height ratio increases, therefore indicating the tendency for a brachycephalic facial type. These results may be used as references for the treatment planning in orthognathic and othodontic treatments for the dentofacial deformity patients.
