천연가황고무로 제작된 자동차 냉각모듈 방진고무는 엔진룸의 온도상승으로 인한 열스트레스와 냉각모듈 팬회전에 의한 진동피로하중을 동시에 받고 있다. 특히 열스트레스에 의한 손상은 피로특성에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 70℃, 100℃와 120℃에서 1주, 2주, 3주, 4주 동안 선노화된 인장시편과 2 주, 4 주 동안 선노화된 방진고무부품으로 인장실험과 진동피로실험을 수행하였다. 인장실험결과를 통해서 정적인 기계적특성의 변화와 각 온도에 따른 노화메커니즘을 분석하였다. 진동피로실험 후, 열노화손상에 따른 피로특성을 분석한 결과 노화온도와 노화시간이 증가함에 따라 피로특성의 감소가 뚜렷하였다. 또한 피로특성에 미치는 열스트레스로 인한 손상을 지지하중과 하중이력의 변화로 설명하였다. Cooling module rubber mounts which is manufactured by natural vulcanized rubber is experienced by temperature stress and vibration fatigue load. Specially, damage by temperature stress causes direct effects in fatigue property. In this research, to conduct a vibration fatigue experiment by rubber mount to do heat aging for 2 and 4 weeks in 70℃, 100℃ and 120℃. When vibration fatigue property for heat aging temperature was analyzed and temperature increases, decrease of fatigue property showed remarkably. Also, the damage by temperature stress in fatigue property was explained this by change of support load, of load history.

It has been known that urea-SCR technology is promising solution to fulfill US Tier2 Bin5 legislation as SCR Catalyst is the most robust and long-term stable NOx reduction technology. The test was performed with SUV vehicle equipped with modified Euro-IV 3.0L V6 engine and aqueous urea dosing system. After-treatment system consisted of DOC(Diesel Oxidation Catalyst), CC-CPF(Closed Coupled Catalyzed Particulate Filter) and SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction) Catalyst. This paper shows tailpipe NOx emissions results reduced the range of bin5(0.05g/mi NOx) levels at FTP cycle with green catalyst system and also remaining challenges, such as reducing THC emissions during heat-up condition, engine-out emissions optimization.

In this paper, the design concept of the transport of defense equipment and processes were established. And the transport of large radar equipment design were investigated. Detailed design of moving equipment with reference to the U.S. military standard was performed.Damping system of the moving equipment by using a simulation designed to predict In order to minimize shock and vibration in the vehicle due to the irregular road surface is transmitted through. Analysis of the damping system was verified using the driving test.

In this paper, we analyze the characteristics for the driving shock resistance of the military vehicle through the bump test. Prior to the experiment, theoretical analysis was performed by using the SRS(shock response spectrum) and VRS(vibration response spectrum) analysis method. And we estimated the characteristics for the driving shock resistance of the military vehicle. Bump test was performed using the acceleration sensor and the driving test at a different speed. We evaluated the characteristics for the driving shock resistance of the military vehicle based on the result. And predicted values were compared with the theoretical analysis. In addition, we evaluated the results of the theoretical prediction of the SRS and the VRS analysis. And we evaluate the suitability of the prediction method at military vehicle shock analysis.

In this study, the parameters of SCR system which effect on NOx conversion efficiency have been investigated. The NOx sensor located in front of SCR catalyst and the urea injector dosing urea solutions to the SCR catalyst play important roles in NOx conversion efficiency of SCR system. First, NOx conversion efficiency has been decreased when NOx sensor reads engine out NOx emission lower than the actual engine out NOx emission, because it brings about the lack of urea injection quantity. Second, the NOx conversion efficiency has been also decreased when urea injector doses less amount of urea solution than the system required. Finally, Applying the aged catalyst system (DOC, c-DPF, SCR) and the soot loading amount in c-DPF also have effects on the change of NOx conversion efficiency.

A large satellite communication terminal on the truck shall be designed ruggedly against a disturbance for holding a position which satisfies communication performance. Especially. A design considering a wind is essential for getting into a communication with a satellite in a strong-wind condition. This paper suggests a experimental method to analyze performance of a radio wave and the aiming accuracy by wind vibration. And it analyzes the improvement and vibrational effect on a random-excitation of a structure caused by nonlinear strong wind.
