        2. 6-diformyl-pcresol과 2, 20dimethyl-1, 3-propanediamine의 금속 주형 축합반응으로 20-membered tetraazadioxa Schiff 염기 거대고리 리간드{5, 5, 11, 17, 17, 23-hexamethyl-3, 7, 15, 19-tetraazatricyclo[19, 3, 1,1^(9,13)]hexacosa -1(25), 2, 7, 9, 11, 13(26), 14, 19, 21, 23-decaene-25, 26-diol(H₂L_(mc)]}의 이핵 Mn(Ⅱ)착물을 합성하고, 그 성질들을 확인하였다. Binuclear Mn(Ⅱ) complexes of the 20-membered tetraazadioxa Schiff base macrocyclic ligand{5, 5, 11, 17, 17, 23-hexamethyl-3, 7, 15, 19-tetraazatricyclo[19, 3, 1,1^(9,13)]hexacosa -1(25), 2, 7, 9, 11, 13(26), 14, 19, 21, 23-decaene-25, 26-diol(H₂L_(mc)]} have been synthesized by metal template condensation of 2, 6-diformyl-pcresol and 2, 2-dimethyl-1, 3-propanediamine.

      • 흰쥐 중격핵의 아미노산 함량에 대한 해마 제거의 영향

        A study was planned to analyze amino acid in target structure -the septal mucleus-of hippocampectomized rats by high-performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC). 33 female rats were divided into 3 groups, of which 8 rats had their hippocampal tissue on both sides removed through an opening in the parieto-occipital cortex (hippocampal group), 7 rats received damage to the parieto-occipital cortex only (cortical control group), and 8 rats serveed as normal control animals. One week later, the animals were sacrificed by decapitationin the cold room. Two to three mg of tissue was obtained from the septal nucleus in one side of the brain. The tissue three mg of tissue was obtained from the septal nucleus in one side of the brain. The tissue samples were homogenized in 200 of 0.5M perchloric acid in 1mM EDTA with ground-glass homogenizers. After centrifugation at 3.500 rpm for 15 min, an aliquot of 80 supernatant was neutralized with 40㎕ of 2.0M KHCO and then centrifuged again at 3,500 rpm for 10min. An aliquot of 20㎕ was taken and diluted with 350㎕ β-mercaptopropionic acid in 10 ml of 100 mM sodium borate buffer (Ph 9.1) and 350㎕ of OPA solved in ethanol which was diluted with 10ml of 100 mM sodium borate buffer (Ph 9.1) Then 400㎕ of the resulting sample was injected auto injector. Peak areas were automatically integrated and calculated by chromatopac. In the septal nucleus, aspartate increased a little in the hippocampla group and the cortical control group than in the normal control group . while there were no significant difference between the 3 groups. Glutamate decreased significantly in the hippocampla group than in the normal control group (P<0.001) and the cortical control group (P<0.005), while there were no significant difference between the 2 control groups. In the serine, glycine, threonine and alanine, the differences among 3 group values were nonsignificant. It is inferred from the above mentioned results that excitatory transmitter substances employ the glutamate in the septal nucleus, and that the hippocampus was facilitatory to the septal nucleus.

      • [cis-Cr(III)(5,5,7,12,12,14-hexamethy1-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane)(L_(a))_(n)]CLO_(4)(n = 1 or 2)합성과 성질

        rac-5.5.7.12.12.14-hexamethy1-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane hydrate : Lm·H_(2)O was prepared and separated from the corresponding meso-isomer dihydrate according to the Curtis method. The racisomer was confirmed by spectroscopic data of NMR and IR spectroscopy. To synthesize the [CrL_m(OH)₂] complex. the racemic compound purified from meso and racemic mixture was reacted with Cr(II1) salt. The complx ion species {[SrL_m(OH)_(2)]^(+): λ_(max) = 613.0(ε_(max) = 116 M^(-1)cm^(-1)), {[CrLm(OH)(H_(2)O)]^(2+) : λ_(max) = 575.0nm(ε_(max) = 133M^(-1)cm^(-1)). [CrLm(H_(2)O)_(2)]^(3+) : λ_(max) = 532.0nm (ε_(max) = 172M^(-1)cm^(-1))} obtained from pH change of [CrLm(OH)_(2)(OH)_(3)]^(+) solution were confirmed from an electron absorption spectra. The result of the distribution diagram of chemical species proves that main products in the range of solution pH ≤ 3.5 . 3.5 <pH <7, and pH ≥ 7. are [CrLm(H_(2)O)_(2)]^(3+). [CrL_(m)(OH) (H_(2)O)^(2+). and [CrL_m(OH)_(2), respectively. At P~ 2.0, we synthesized several Cr(III)-macrocyclic complexes containing various axial ligands (L_(a) : I, Br^(-), CI^(-), S_(2)O_(3)^(2-), F^(-), malonate, NCS^-, oxalate) instead of H_(2)O. [CrL_m(OH_(2))]^(3+) + L_(a) →[CrL_(m)(L_(a))_(n)]^(+)(n = 1 or 2) Cr(III)-macrocyclic complexes combined with vaious ligands on the axial position were primarily confirmed with the mass spectrum.         This study was planned to analyze amino acids in the septal nucleus of dorsal and ventral hippocampectomized rats by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Male albino rats were used. Under chloral hydrate anesthesia (20%, 2 ml/kg body weight), a hole was made in each parietal bone about 4 mm lateral to the sagittal suture, and 4 mm rostral to the lambda suture. The cortical tissue on each side was removed and, through this opening, the hippocampal tissue anterodorsal and posteroventral to the hippocampal flexures on both sides was removed by aspiration. This preparation served as the dorsal and the ventral hippocampal animals, respectively. The cortical control animal received the same surgery short of hippocampectomy. The normal rats served as normal control animal. One day later, the animals were sacrificed by decapitation in the cold room. Two to three milligrams of tissue was obtained form the septal nucleus in one side of the brain. The tissue samples were homogenized and centrifuged. Then content of each amino acid was measured by HPLC form the brain tissue. The contents of aspartate and glutamate were decreased significantly more in the dorsal and ventral hippocampal groups than in the normal and the cortical control groups. The contents of glutamate were decreased significantly more in the ventral hippocampal group than in the dorsal hippocampal, while there were no significant differences between the two control groups. It is inferred form the above mentioned results that glutamate and aspartate may be used as excitatory transmitters in septal nucleus, and that the dorsal hippocampus may be facilitatory to the septal nucleus, but the ventral hippocampus would be inhibitory/facilitatory to the cortex.

      • Mn(Ⅲ)-Salen형 리간드 착물의 합성과 특성

        diamine류 { ethylenediamine, 1,3-propanediamine, 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediarnine, o-phenyle-nediamine}와 aldehydes { salicylaldehyde, 5-chlorosalicylaldehyde, 3,5-dichloro- salicylaldehyde, 3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde}를 methanol#액에서 축합반응시켜 네 자리 salen형 리간드(H₂L_(acn);n=1-11)를 합성하였다. 이들 리간드의 toluene(또는 methanol) 용액에 Mn(OAc)₂·4H₂O methanol용액을 첨가하고, 공기를 주입시켜[Mn(L_(acn))Cl] 착물을 얻었다. 이들 리간드 및 착물들은 원소분석, 전도도 및 NMR, IR, UV-VIS 분광학법을 이용하여 확인·고찰하였다. A series of tetradentate salen-type ligands(L_(ac)) were been prepared by condensation of diamines { ethylenediamine, 1,3-propanediamine, 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine, and o-phenylenediamine} and aldehydes {salicylaldehyde, 5-chlorosalicylaldehyde, 3,5-di-chlorosalicylaldehyde, and 3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde} in methanol. These [Mn(L_(ac))Cl] complexes were synthesized from the reaction of toluene(or methanol) of L_(ac) with methanol solution of Mn(OAc)₂·4H₂O in the presence of air. These ligands and complexes were characterized and confirmed by elemental analysis, conductivity, NMR, IR, and UV-VIS spectroscopy.

        직업성질환 감시체계의 계획과 관리

        직업성 질환에 관련된 다양한 진료를 체계적으로 수집하고 관리하여 직업성질환의 예방 목적으로 이를 활용하고 자하는 노력이 우리나라에서도 이제 다양한 방법으로 시도되고 있다. 최근의 자료 시스템의 구축과 관리 방법의 향상은 새로운 직업성 잘환감시방법을 개발하게 하여 직업성질환과 손상을 예 방하는데 크게 기여하고 있다. 우리나라에서도 기존의 산업보건사업의 성과를 계승하면서, 외국의 직업성질환 감시의 여러 경험을 비판적으로 수용하여 한국적인 직업성질환 감시 모델을 구축해야 할 것으로 생각된다. 자발적인 지역차원의 직업성질환 감시체계들이 틀을 잡아가고 있는 이 시점에서 본격적으로 직업성질환 감시체계 수립을 위한 전략과 구체적 방법론을 마련하고 공유하여야 할 필요가 있다. 이를 위하여 우리나라의 직업성질환 감시체계를 구축하는데 기초가 될 수 있는 직업성질환 감시체계의 계획과 관리에 대한 내용을 정리하였다. 이러한 감시체계를 우리나라에 정립하려는 노력들의 일환으로 최근 직업성질환감시연구회의 결성 및 각 지역의 직업성질환 감시체계의 운영 등이 조금씩 결실을 맺어가고 있어 간략히 소개하면 다음과 같다.첫째, 최근에 인천, 천안, 대전, 여천, 구미 등에서 지역단위의 직업성질환 감시체계를 구축하고 있고 한국산업안전공단에서는 특수건강진단과 작업환경측정 자료를 전산화하여 이를 직업성질환 감시에 사용하는 전국단위의 감시체계와 천식, 근골격계질환, 피부질환 등 질환별 감시체계 등이 시도되고 있다.둘째, 이러한 움직임은 과거에 비하여 한층 발전된 양상이고 바람직하지만 이제는 국가적 차원에서 직업성질환 감시체계를 어떻게 설정하고 조율할 지를 고민하고 계획하여야 할 때이다. 즉 한국산업안전공단과 지역단위 직업성질환 감시체계들의 역할분담과 상호 정보의 교류 등이 정리되어야 이를 바탕으로 유기적인 국가 직업성질환 감시체계가 구축될 수 있다.셋째, 이를 위하여서는 직업성질환 감시체계 구축의 방법론을 서로 교류하고 공유할 필요가 있으며 나아가서는 이를 표준화하여 기본적인 자료의 교류가 원활하게 이루어질 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 이러한 역할은 최근에 결성된 직업성질환감시연구회와 산업안전보건연구원, 그리고 대한산업의학회, 산업간호학회, 산업위생학회 등이 협력하여 학술적인 작업과 함께 실무적인 지침을 만들어나가도록 하는 것이 바람직할 것이다.

        This paper shows eletrochemical extraction property changes of dyed cations by the various eletrochemical conditions using quartz crystal technique. The quantitative and qualitative changes of electrode surface was monitored measuring oscillation parameters of quartz crystal. The results suggest that the eletrochemical extraction of cation is influenced by the various factors such as ionic size, ionic intensity and tendency of ionization.

        사업장 소음 폭로에 의한 일과성 역치 상승과 회복

        To determine the recovery time from noise-induced temporary threshold shift(TTS), a prospective field study was conducted at three worksites where workers are known to be exposed high level of noise. Subjects were selected according to answers on a questionnaire which inquired about otological history and previous noise exposure, including avocational, military and occupational exposures. After excluding employee with past otologic problems, recent exposure to high level noise, and under medications, total 92 employees participated in the study. Among 92 participants, complete consecutive audiometric examinations were carried out at 0∼2 hours, 5∼7 hours, 14∼16 hours after worktime noise exposure on 26 participants wearing hearing protectors and 22 participants wearing no protective devices. The difference between the hearing level 0∼2 hours after noise exposure and 5∼7 hours is statistically significant by paired t-test(p<0.01). The median recovery times calculated from the data of 22 participants wearing no protective hearing devices are 15.6 hours at 4000Hz, and 7.7 hours, 10.3 hours, 8.4 hours at 1000Hz, 2000Hz and 8000Hz respectively. These data suggest that when measuring the pure tone audiometry for noise exposed workers, at least 16 hours noise-free interval is required.

        개정판 인지기능 장애 진단 도구 : 반구조화 인지기능 평가 도구

        연구목적 : 본 연구는 새로 개정된 CIDI의 신뢰도와 진단적 타당도를 평가하기 위해서 시행되었다. 방 법 : 대상은 어느 대학병원 정신과에서 진료받은 환자들 중에서 치매 환자 64명과 치매 이외의 다른 정신장애 환자들 중에서 60세 이상은 90명이었다. 그들에서 CIDI의 하위 검사 성적들간의 상관 관계, 내적일치도, 총점과 치매를 평가하는 다른 척도 성적들과의 상관 관계, 치매 진단의 민감도와 특이도를 이용한 진단 구분점의 선택, 그 구분점에서의 receiver operating characteristic 곡선을 이용한 area under curve측정 등이 시행되었다. 결 과 : CIDI하위 검사 성적들간의 Pearson 상관 계수는 0.596 내지 0.813이었고, 평균은 0.707이었고, 하위 검사 성적과 해당 하위 검사를 제외한 총점간의 상관 관계는 0.759 내지 0.890이었다. Cronbach α는 0.941이었고 어느 하위 검사를 삭제해도 별 영향을 받지 않았다. 치매 환자들에서 CIDI성적은 다른 척도를 성적과의 상관 관계가 0.5내외이었고, MMSEK총점과 CIDI 총점에서 MMSEK 총점을 뺀 점수와의 상관계수는 0.894이었다. CIDI의 area under curve는 0.933이었고 area under curve의 표준 오차는 0.021(95% CI, 0.891∼0.975)이었다. 치매를 진단을 위한 구분점은 65/66가 가장 적절할 것 같고, 이 구분점에서 민감도와 특이도는 각각 95.3%와 85.6%이었다. 그에 상응하는 MMSEK의 값들은 각각 0.930, 0.020(95% CI, 0.891∼0.969), 22/23, 89.1%와 85.6%이었다. CIDI와 MMSEK의 area under curve의 차이는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. CIDI의 총점은 물론 모든 하위 검사는 치매와 비치매 노인들에서 높은 수준의 감별 능력을 보여 주었다. 결 론 : CIDI는 각종 신뢰도와 각종 진단적 타당도가 만족할만한 수준이었다. 그리고 CIDI는 임상적 목적으로 인지기능을 평가할 때, MMSEK는 인지기능 장애의 유무에 대한 선별 검사 목적으로 사용되는 것이 바람직할 것이다. Objectives : This study was conducted in order to evaluate reliability and diagnostic validity of the CIDI. Methods : 64 patients with DSM-IV dementia and 90 elderly patients with other mental disorders entered this study. Inter-subtest Pearson's correlation, corrected subtest-total correlations and Cronbach's α were computed for reliability while correlation of the total scores on CIDI with the performances on other scales relating to dementia, sensitivity and specificity, area under curve using the receiver operating characteristic curve, and group comparison were used for the assessment of validity. Results : The CIDI's inter-subtest correlations ranged from 0.596 to 0.813 with a mean of 0.707. the corrected subtest-total correlations were between 0.759 and 0.890. Cronbach's α of the subtests was 0.941 and the Cronbach's αs were between 0.928 and 0.948 when any subtest was deleted. In the demented subjects, the correlation coefficients of the total CIDI score with the performances on S-SDQ, IADL, BADL, BDRS, and MMSEK were around 0.5 Area under the receiver operating curve of CIDI was 0.933 with the standard error of 0.021(95% CI, 0.891-0.975). At the CIDI cutoff point of 65/66, sensitivity and specificity were 95.3% and 85.6%, respectively. The corresponding values of MMSEK were 0.930, 0.020(95% CI, 0.891-0.969), 22/23, and 89.1% and 85.6%. The demented scored much poorer in all CIDI subtests than the nondemented mental patients, and the differences were highly significant. Conclusions : The CIDI was satisfactory regarding to reliabilities and diagnostic validities. The CIDI and MMSEK are thought to be reciprocal in assessment of cognitive function : CIDI is preferable for clinical assessment of cognitive dysfunction and MMSEK for as a screening test.
