      • 뭉툭맵시벌아과(벌목:맵시벌과)의 분류와 계통 : Ⅰ. 현상학적 분석 Ⅰ. Phenetic analysis

        For the phenetic analysis of the subfamily Tryphoninae(Hymenoptera:Ichneumonidae), specimens were collected from March of 1988 to September of 1995 in the southem part of Korean peninsula. Specimens were also obtained from various museums and laboratories both in Korea and other counteries. This research utilized about 1000 domestic specimens and 3010 foregin specimens including 10 specimens from North Korea. Phenetic analysis was performed using these specimens (39 genera 39 species)and the following results were obtained. In the cluster analysis, the ward method is more effective than the average linkage method (within group and between group), while the use of total characteristics was resulted in more stable grouping than only quantitative or qualitative characteristics. The cluster and discriminant analyses suggested that the Townes(1969) and Townes et al.(1992)'s system is well fit for the classification of Tryphoninae. For the subfamiliar classification, the analyses of total characteristics by ward method resulted in the most accetable grouping.

      • 고진공내의 데칸용매하에서의 브롬화메틸이 니트로벤젠 및 톨루엔과의 착물형성에 관한 연구

        고진공내의 데칸용매하에서 브롬화메틸의 용해도를 8, 15, 25℃에서 니트로벤젠과 톨루엔이 존재할 때와 존재하지 않을 때의 두 경우에 대하여 각각 측정하여 보았다. 데칸용매에 니트로벤젠과 톨루엔이 존재할 때 브롬화메틸의 용해도가 존재하지 않을 때 보다 더 크고, 톨루엔과 브롬화메틸의 상호작용이 니트로벤젠과의 상호작용보다 더 강하게 작용한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 니트로벤젠과 톨루엔이 데칸용매내에서 존재할 때 브롬화메틸과 니트로벤젠 및 톨루엔이 각각 불안정한 complex를 형성한다고 생각되어 이 complex를 여러 경우의 비율로 가정하여 계산해 본 결과 1 : 1 complex를 형성한다고 생각되어 이 complex를 여러 경우의 비율로 가정하여 계산해 본 결과 1 : 1 complex를 형성한다고 보는 경우의 평형상수 K값이 비교적 일정한 값을 나타내었다. 그러므로 1 : 1 complex 즉 ??과 ??이 형성됨을 알았다. 또한 이 complex에 대한 표준엔탈피, 자유에너지 및 엔트로피 변화도 산출하였다. The solubilities of methyl bromide in decane on high vacuum were measured at 8℃, 15℃ and 25℃ in the presence and absence of nitrobenzene and toluene. When nitrobenzene and toluene exist in system individually, the solubilities of methyl bromide in the presence of nitrobenzene and toluene are greater than in the absence, and the interaction of methyl bromide with toluene is stronger than with nitrobenzene. In the presence of nitrobenzene and toluene, it could be thought that methyl bromide forms unstable complex with nitrobenzene and toluene. The complex was assumed in various ways and it was evaluated that the equilibrium constant K value was relatively constant under the assumption of 1 : 1 complex. Thus, 1 : 1 complexes, ?? and ??, are formed in the solution. Also, the change of standard enthalpy, free energy and entropy for the formation of the complex were calculated.

        For the taxonomy and phylogeny of the subfamily Tryphoninae(Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae), specimens were collected from March of 1988 to September of 1995 in the southern part of Korean peninsula. Specimens were also obtained from various museums and laboratories both in Korea and other counteries. This research utiltzed about 1000 domestic specimens and 3010 foregin specimens including 10 specimens from North Korea. Morphometric analysis was performed using these specimens(7 subgenera 20 species 53 individuals of Genus Netelia Gray) and the following results were obtained. In order to get a desirable results from morphometric analysis, both PCA and discriminant analyses were performed. All subgenera show distinctive feature, even though they share several morphological characteristics. Thus, the subgeneric classification of Netelia is adequate (Kaur & Jonathan, 1979). Morphometric analysis indicated that SCU, WFA, WCL, LRM and FCU's are important factors to classifying the subgenera. It could overcome the problems following subgeneric classification if these characters were incorperated into subgeneric classification system.

        인터폴레이팅 수열과 H^∞의 실로프 경계

        Let H^∞ denote the Banach algebra of bounded analytic functions on the open unit disc and M(H^∞) denote its maximal ideal space. In this paper, we show that a sequence {z_(n)} of points in a Stolz angle formed by two rays from a point on the unit circle with |z_(n)|↑1 is an interpolating sequence if inf_n ρ(|z_(n)|, |z_(n+1)| >0, where ρ is the pseudohyperbolic metric defined on the open unit disc. The Shilov boundary ∂ of H^∞ is a proper subset of M (H^∞)-Δ(Δ is the set of all point evaluations) and ∂ can be identified with the maximal ideal space of L^∞. It is shown ∂ that is the set of all homomorphisms of H^∞ on which all interpolating Blasckke products have modulus 1.

        금강소나무림 保全을 위한 立法方向

        최근 금강소나무림의 경제적, 역사·문화적, 자원적 가치가 재인식되면서 이의 보호와 육성을 위한 대책마련이 시급한 것으로 지적되어지고 특별법 제정이 건의된 바 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 금강소나무림 보호와 육성을 위한 특별법의 법당위성과 입법방향을 제시하는데 있다. 입법방향은 산림정책의 새로운 패러다임, 즉, 고부가가치임업의 실행과 산림의 문화 자산으로서의 가치증대, 중점의 원칙 적용 및 자율과 지원행정이라는 개념으로 접근하였다. Recently, Pinus densiflora for. Erecta Forest was reacknowledged for there economical, historical, cultural and resources values. The object of this article is to suggest legislation for protecting and improvement these pine tree stands which are endangered. The direction of this legislation should promote changes in our particular paradime with the goal of high quality forestry, inclusion of historical and cultural values and change in principle of concentration per project. I gave the frame work of the legislation for protection and improvement of pinus stands. This legistation and concentrated investment will change the attitude of Korean people toward economical forestry. Forestry is a basic part of the economic and environmental infrastructure and investment in forestry can promote balanced development throughout the country. Therefore, it is necessary for more investment to be directed toward forestry

      • 기니이픽 장관의 c-Kit 및 NK 1R 면역반응 세포구조에 대한 공초점 주사현미경적 연구

        Background and Objectives: Immunolabelling of interstitial Cajal(IC) cells in the intestinal wall has recently been developed by using a specific marker, the anti-c-Kit antibody. Substance-P is a well-known neurotransmitter in the gastro-intestinal tract. Since the gastro-intestinal wall structures have already been well documented in the guinea pig, immunohistochemistry was done for the c-Kit-positive IC network and substance-P receptor(NK1R) in an attempt to provide a morphological basis for the mechanism regulating gastro-intestinal movement. Materials and Methods: Cryosection and whole-mount preparations of guinea pig small intestine and colon were single and double immunolabelled using the anti-c-Kit and NK1R antibodies. Immunolabelled specimens were observed under a confocal laser scanning microscope. Results : According to a three dimensional reconstruction study, it was found that (1) the c-Kit-positive celluar networks were widely distributed in the intestinal wall, (2) c-Kit-positive celluar networks encircled the ganlion, with strands in reticular configurations, and (3) the c-Kit-positive cells showed colocalization with NK1R in circular muscle(CM), not myenteric plexus(MY). Conclusion: The charateristic profiles of IC containing c-Kit-positive celluar networks and the relationship between c-Kit-positive and NK1R-positive structures provide a morphological basis upon the mechanism regulating gastro-intestinal motility.

        We show nonlinear ergodic theorems for commutative semigroups of lipschitzian mappings. We first prove the existence of a retraction P of C onto F(G) such that PT_t=T_tP=P for every t∈G. Secondly, we show that if E has a Frechet differentiable norm, then such a retraction P is unique.
