      • Research on the Urban Landscape Design based on Digital Multimedia Technology and Virtual Simulation

        New media technology creates a new feeling, new experience and new ways of thinking, nowadays, life everywhere is full of digital signal, urban landscape as we live the main environmental space, with its highly sensitive of science and technology and unavoidable by the impact of digital technology. In this paper, we analyze the application of digital multimedia technology and virtual simulation in urban landscape design. On the one hand, the computer digital mapping tools provide a more effective way to deal with three-dimensional space, so it is very popular in the landscape design. On the other hand, the advent of digital technology makes urban landscape design no longer simply rely on real physical space, modern city landscape design always made use of digital multimedia technology, makes the urban landscape design space is more complex. In addition, the digital multimedia technology not only brings the technical support to the urban landscape design, but also reflects its value in the aspect of appearance, color and so on.

        Depletion of S100A4+ stromal cells does not prevent HCC development but reduces the stem cell-like phenotype of the tumors

        There is a pressing need for the development of novel approaches to treat and prevent hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The S100 calcium-binding protein S100A4 is associated with poor prognosis and metastasis in several human cancers. In addition, a role for S100A4 in modulating cancer-initiating cells stemness properties was recently proposed in head and neck and gastric cancers. Whether S100A4+ stromal cells contribute to tumor onset remains, however, an unanswered question. To address that question, we generated a new mouse model allowing for the depletion of S100A4+ cells in a mouse model of HCC with stemness properties, by crossing mice with hepatic deletion of phosphatase and tensin homolog (PTEN) with mice expressing viral thymidine kinase under the control of S100A4 promoter. Depletion of S100A4+ cells by ganciclovir injection did not prevent the development of HCC but reduced the stemness phenotype of the tumor as measured by the expression of progenitor cell, biliary cell and hepatocyte markers. The results were further confirmed by histology analysis showing reduction of cholangiolar tumor components and degree of oval cell hyperplasia in the adjacent liver. Depletion of S100A4+ cells had also some beneficial effect on the underlying liver disease with a reduction of NAS score, largely due to the reduction of inflammation. In conclusion, this study demonstrated that S100A4+ cells do not contribute to HCC onset but maintain the stemness phenotype of the tumor. This study also suggests for the first time a crosstalk between inflammation and stemness.

        From the point of view of digital product development, this paper makes a deep discussion and research on the key technologies of pipeline layout design, pipeline layout optimization, and assembly simulation in the process of complex product development. We introduce an automatic pipe layout techniques based on improved rapidly exploring random tree, it could able to quickly establish the framework model of pipeline system, on this basis are discussed a pipeline of the simulated annealing algorithm based on automatic optimization algorithm, and interactive pipeline layout method, using computer artificial intelligence and design personnel manual intervention method to improve the quality of pipe layout. Also, we make the system realization of automatic layout of pipe line, and put forward related Suggestions.

        Linking user interaction and new venture growth: the mediating role of new product development

        This paper identifies both the breadth and the depth as two crucialdimensions of user interaction from an ecosystem viewpoint. Wepostulate that the breadth and the depth of user interaction arecritical to the number of new products developed anddevelopment speed, which can then lead to new venture growth. Survey data from 341 new ventures from ICT sector illustrates thatthe number of new products developed mediates therelationships between user interaction breadth, user interactiondepth and new venture growth, and development speedmediates the influence of user interaction depth on new venturegrowth. This study contributes to the literature by refining theconceptualization of user interaction, and developing atheoretically grounded research model to investigate therelationships among user interaction, new product developmentand new venture growth.

      • Research on Nonlinear Thinking of Landscape Architecture Design based on Computer-aided Parametric Model

        With the development of information technology, computer technology has been fully penetrated into every field of life, the computer technology in architectural design also developed from aided design to parametric design. In this paper, the authors analyze the application of parametric design in nonlinear landscape architecture, and realize the dynamic simulation of nonlinear design. By using 3D digital technology, the engineer can simulate the real information of the nonlinear building; and this technology is an important technical support for the construction of complex structures. The results show that in the face of the construction of the complex structure building, the nonlinear shape building is not only dependent on the computer software technology, but also depends on the computer aided manufacturing technology.

        Identification of Histone Deacetylase 2 as a Functional Gene for Skeletal Muscle Development in Chickens

        A previous genome-wide association study (GWAS) exposed histone deacetylase 2 (HDAC2) as a possible candidate gene for breast muscle weight in chickens. The present research has examined the possible role of HDAC2 in skeletal muscle development in chickens. Gene expression was measured by quantitative polymerase chain reaction in breast and thigh muscles during both embryonic (four ages) and post-hatch (five ages) development and in cultures of primary myoblasts during both proliferation and differentiation. The expression of HDAC2 increased significantly across embryonic days (ED) in breast (ED 14, 16, 18, and 21) and thigh (ED 14 and 18, and ED 14 and 21) muscles suggesting that it possibly plays a role in myoblast hyperplasia in both breast and thigh muscles. Transcript abundance of HDAC2 identified significantly higher in fast growing muscle than slow growing in chickens at d 90 of age. Expression of HDAC2 during myoblast proliferation in vitro declined between 24 h and 48 h when expression of the marker gene paired box 7 (PAX7) increased and cell numbers increased throughout 72 h of culture. During induced differentiation of myoblasts to myotubes, the abundance of HDAC2 and the marker gene myogenic differentiation 1 (MYOD1), both increased significantly. Taken together, it is suggested that HDAC2 is most likely involved in a suppressive fashion in myoblast proliferation and may play a positive role in myoblast differentiation. The present results confirm the suggestion that HDAC2 is a functional gene for pre-hatch and post-hatch (fast growing muscle) development of chicken skeletal muscle.
