프로야구단의 전략적 CSR이 관람의도에 미치는 영향: 팀 이미지의 매개효과와 팀 동일시의 조절된 매개효과

본 연구는 프로야구단의 전략적 CSR과 관람의도간의 관계에서 팀 이미지의 매개효과와 이에 대한 팀 동일시의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 프로야구단 팬을 연구의 모집단으로 선정하고, 비확률표본추출법 중 할당표본추출법을 통해 구단별 20명의 팬을 표본으로 추출하였다. 총 200부의 자료가 분석에 이용되어졌으며, 유효자료에 대하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석 및 Hayes(2013)의 process macro를 이용한 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프로야구단의 전략적 CSR은 관람의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 프로야구단의 전략적 CSR과 관람의도간의 관계에서 팀 이미지는 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 프로야구단의 전략적 CSR과 관람의도간의 관계에서 팀 이미지의 매개효과에 대한 팀 동일시의 조절효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났으며, 팀 동일시가 높을수록 팀 이미지의 매개효과는 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이처럼 본 연구에서는 프로야구단의 전략적 CSR이 관람의도에 미치는 영향에 있어 팀 이미지의 매개효과와 이에 The purpose of this study was to examine a mediating effect of the team image and a moderated mediation effect of team identification in the relation between the professional baseball team’s strategic CSR and spectator intention to attendance. Toward this end, a total of 200 respondents was selected using a quota sampling method and responded to the survey questionnaire. 200 usable data were utilized in data analyses procedure. Data were analyzed using frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analyses, path analysis and bootstrapping method with SPSS 23.0, SPSS macro(hayes). The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, strategic CSR of professional baseball teams had a positive effect on spectator intention to attendance. Secondly, it was found that the team image had a partial mediating effect in the relation between the strategic CSR and spectator intention to attendance. Thirdly, team identification moderated the mediation effect of team image between strategic CSR and spectator intention. In addition, discussion, practical implication, limitation were also suggested.

델파이(delphi) 기법을 이용한 골프 의류 선택 속성 도출

본 연구는 델파이 기법을 이용하여 골프소비자의 골프 의류의 선택 속성을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 30명의 전문가 패널을 선정하고 3단계에 걸친 델파이 조사 방법을 통해 골프의류의 선택속성을 도출하였다. 1단계 델파이 조사결과 7개의 선택 속성(기능, 디자인, 유행, 가격, 평가, 서비스, 브랜드)과 36개의 하위 속성이 도출되었다. 2단계 조사에서는 1단계 조사결과를 바탕으로 7개의 선택속성 및 26개의 하위속성이 도출되었다. 3단계 델파이 조사에서는 2단계 조사 결과를 바탕으로 7개의 선택속성과 21개의 하위속성이 최종적으로 도출되었다. 본 연구는 골프 소비자의 골프 의류 선택속성을 도출함으로써 골프 의류 마케터의 효과적인 마케팅 전략 수립에 대한 기초 정보 및 이와 관련된 후속 연구의 아이디어를 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to identify selection attributes of golf wear using Delphi method. A total of 30 expert panel from sport management academic filed, golf player or coach, and employees in golf wear companies was selected using purposive sampling method. Three rounds of Delphi method with a series of surveys questionnaires were conducted to derive the panels’ objective opinions about the selection attributes. In the first round, golf experts suggested 7 selection attributes with 36 sub-attributes. After the second round delphi, the initial 36 sub-attributes were reduced to 26. The final round of delphi revealed the 7 selection attributes including function, design, trend, price, evaluation, service, and brand with 21 sub-attributes. The discussion and additional implication were also proposed.

Development of pseudomembranes in the gastrointestinal tract during acute inflammatory or vascular disease has been confined to the small and/or large bowel, with rare occurrences in the esophagus. Primary gut involvement by Aspergillus is a rare and often fatal complication of intensive antileukemic therapy. To our knowledge, there has been only two case reports of pseudomembranous gastritis. We experienced a case of isolated pseudomembranous gastritis due to Aspergillus after chemotherapy for relapsed acute myelogenous leukemia. The diagnosis was made by gastrofiberscopic findings and histologically.
