        체간안정화 훈련이 만성 뇌졸중 환자의 호흡기능에 미치는 효과

        Purpose : The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of trunk stability training on improving trunk control, respiratory function, and respiratory muscle activation in stroke patients. Methods : The subjects were assigned to two groups: the intervention group (n=15) and the control group (n=15). Both groups participated in a conventional stroke rehabilitation program, but the intervention group also received trunk stability training for 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week, for 6 weeks. The main trunk stability exercise consisted of the dead bug exercise. Trunk control was assessed using a trunk impairment scale, and respiratory function (pulmonary function and respiratory muscle function) was assessed using spirometry. The data were analyzed using the Pearson correlation, independent t-test, and paired t-test. Results : Trunk control was significantly positively correlated with pulmonary function and respiratory muscle strength. Both groups showed a significant increase in trunk control and respiratory function. Conclusion : This study demonstrated that a conventional stroke rehabilitation program and trunk stability training have positive effects on respiratory function and respiratory muscle activation in stroke patients.

        자가부식 프라이머의 적용시간이 법랑질 접착에 미치는 영향

        이 연구의 목적은 6종의 자가부식 프라이머 접착시스템에서 제조사에서 추천한 프라이머 적용시간과 2배의 프라이머 적용시간에 따른 법랑질에 대한 미세전단 결합강도와 전자현미경적 소견을 비교하기 위하여 시행하였다. 이 연구의 결과 법랑질에 대한 자가부식 프라이머 접착제의 결합강도는 제조사에서 추천한 프라이머의 적용시간보다 프라이머의 적용시간을 2배 증가시킨 경우 높게 나타났으며, 특히 pH가 높은 프라이머를 사용하였을 때 통계학적으로 높은 결합강도를 나타내었다. 이는 법랑질에서 pH가 높은 프라이머를 사용할 경우, 제조사에서 추천한 시간보다 더 긴 시간동안 적용하는 것이 결합강도를 증가시킬 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to compare the normal and two times of application time of six self-etching primers applied to enamel using microshear bond strength (uSBS) test and the finding of scanning electronic microscope (SEM). Crown of sixty human molars were bisected mesiodistally and buccal and lingual enamel of crowns were partially exposed and polished with 600 grit SiC papers. They were divided into one of two equal groups subdivided into one of six equal groups (n = 10) by self-etching primer adhesives. After the same manufacture' s adhesive resin and composites were bonded on the enamel surface of each group, the bonded specimens were subjected to uSBS testing and also observed under SEM. In conclusion, generally two times of primer application time increased the enamel uSBS, especially with the statistical increase of bond strength in adhesives involving high-pH primers.

      • ICT를 활용한 수학과 교수-학습 방안 연구

        The purpose of thesis is to make the students who are not interested in athematics have interest in mathematics by using information & Communication Technology(ICT), to understand the nathematical principles, to know how close they are to us through data connected with real life and direct manufacturing and experiment of cyberspace, to solve the mathematics for themselves, and to make mathematics teachers develop and make use of ICT teaching-learning manual. Let’s see the following thesis for this purpose. First, it was divided into 8 teaching-learning activity types in connection with characteristics and educational use possibility of Information Technology. It was analyzed into concept, teaching-learning process procedures, and illustration for teaching-learning. Second, gathered and analyzed the scattered internet sites about mathematics, and made use of the intenet sites for teaching and learning mathematics. Third, for effective ICT teaching-learning. I chose the teaching-learning main idea, objectives and teaching-learning activity type. and I checked the aility to use information Technology and then chose the environment and media for information Technology. And then I planned the teaching-learning strategy. Fourth, I developed and applied the teaching-learning model using information Technology, and analyzed the results. This ICT teaching-learning activities brought interests for mathematics, accomplishment motivation, confidence about mathematics, and sense of superiority to the students. In addition to my student became active in mathematics class through this ICT teaching-learning activities.

      • 하악 고정성 임프란트를 이용한 퇴축된 하악골의 수복

        Transmandibular implants are used limitedly such as on remaining symphyseal basal bone of atrophic mandible, on the bony defect of symphyseal area due to trauma or tumor as surgical implants. Among the more recent advances in oral implantology are the Fixed Mandibular Implant (FMI)based on the pioneering studies and clinical applications by Irwin Small of the USA and the development very high success rates for providing attachments and abutments in areas of the oral cavity severely compromised by either atrophy or surgical loss of osseous tissues. We will present a case report of regabilitation of totally edentulous mandible with advanced alveolar atrophy using Fixed Mandibular implant (F.M.I).

      • 아고용한 Zr-Nb 2원계 합금의 미세조직 및 부식특성

        Effect of niobium content on the microstructure and corrosion characteristic of hypo-solubility in binary Zr-Nb alloys were studied. The specimens with 0.2 and 0.4wt.% of niobium were prepared under various annealing temperatures from 400℃ to 800℃ and times from 30 to 5.000 minutes after vacuum arc remelting. The microstructures behavior was observed by a polarized optical microscope. TEM and micro-vickers hardness tester. The recrystallization temperature of the alloys slightly increased with niobium content due to increase of activation energy. The grain growth of the alloys more 0.2 than 0.4 wt.% of niobium occured rapidly. The specimens for corrosion test were prepared by annealing with 590℃ for 2hr to be recrystallized and performed in distilled water at 360℃ using a static mini-autoclave and the corrosion characteristic was measured by weight gains with exposure time. With increasing Nb content from 0.2 to 0.4wt.% the corrosion resistance in Zr-xNb binary alloys decreased an d oxide structure was slowly transformed from tetragonal -ZrO2 to monoclinic-ZrO2.

      • 심전도의 디지털 기록화 모듈과 개인용컴퓨터 저장/분석시스템의 개발

        연구목적: 현재 우리나라의 의료분야에서는 정보기술의 발전으로 처방 전달 시스템과 전자차트의 활용이 상용화 되고 있으나 병원내에서 가장 많이 처방되고 검사되는 12-유도 심전도의 디지털화와 이에 연계된 심전도 결과의 개인용 컴퓨터로의 저장, 인터넷을 이용한 병원으로의 전송이나 타 기관에서의 심전도 결과의 동시 관찰 등에 관한 기술 등은 개발되지 못한 상태이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 심전도를 디지털화하며 저장이 가능한 PC 모듈을 개발하고 심전도 결과를 병원 전산 시스템에 포함시켜 병원내외에서 편리하게 조회, 검색할 수 있는 디지털 인터페이스를 개발하려 하였다. 재료 및 방법 : 낮은 전력에서 잡음특성이 우수한 대역여파기와 증폭기를 설계하였으며 각종기능이 내장된 고신뢰성 프로세서를 채택하였으며 전원 잡음이 고려된 필터와 전원 회로 설계로 하드웨어를 개발하였다. MSC 6.0과 Visual Basic 6.0을 바탕으로 하여 active X 모듈화를 유도하고 조회용 PC에서의 복원과 PACS로의 연동을 통해 순환기내과용 PACS 개발이 가능하도록 소프트웨어를 준비하였다. 결과: 심전도 검사자가 쉽게 장착, 검사가 가능한 소형화된 측정 모듈을 개발하였고 극저전류에서 동작이 가능하였으며 우수한 데이터의 압축 및 복원률을 구현하였다. 결론: 이번 심전도 디지털 모듈의 개발로 기존의 감광지에 의존하던 심전도 결과의 보존과 보관공간에 의한 경제적인 손실을 상당 부분 해결할 수 있으며 OCS에 연계된 결과로 인해 원내에서의 다면적 진료가 가능하다. 이번 연구에서 개발된 기술은 향후 디지털화된 심전도 기록장치와 같은 고부가 의료장치의 국산화와 광파일 의무기록 시스템이나 검사물의 무선 전송에 채용되어 의료 전달 체계나 응급체계의 발전에 기여하리라 사료된다. Purpose : The progressed communication technology commercialized the order communication system ( OCS) and the electric medical records( EMR) in the field of medicine in Korea. However, technologies of digitalization such as recording to personal computer, transfer to internet and simultaneous observation of electrocardiogram ( ECG) recorded at the different center were not realized yet. This study tried to invent personal computer module that can digitalize and record of the ECG and design the digital interface that can approach and search digitalized ECG in various part of hospital simultaneously. Materials and Methods : We had designed high-fidelity digital filter and amplifier which can work in very low voltage, had selected multifunctioned microprocessor. Activation X modulation was conducted by MSC 6.0 and Visual Basic 6.0. Softwares were prepared for the transfer of ECG informations from terminal PC to PACS and cardiologic PACS was designed for future application. Results : We have developed the small, portable, very low voltage managed ECG module and high quality digitalized information compression software in OCS and PACS. Conclusion : This invented ECG digital archive module can save hospital cost by substitution of ECG papers for digital storage or on-line storage, therefore ECG data can be handled in multisector of the hospital and through telemedicine. This technology can be applied to domestic ECG digitalizing device development and effective medical transfer system by adoption cordless medical information delivery.

        This compact Gun Drilling Machine was developed to improve productivity and economical efficiency for small and midium enterprise tool makers. To produce specialize tools that gun drilling works should be required prior to making deep holes. Gun drill machines are so expensive and big burden for small tool makers so that works used to execute through outside orders but it was required lot of cost too. Most of gun drill machines are providing for high volume and large capacity enterprises. In order to support for small and medium enterprise purpose that compact gun drill machine was designed and developed. It could be improved products quality, productivity and saving manufacturing cost using this machine.

      • 열처리시 냉간가공된 Zircaloy-4합금의 미세조직 및 재결정 거동

        Effects of heat-treatment on the microstructure and recrystallization behavior of cold-worked Zircaloy-4 were studied. We used 70% cold-rolled, thin strip specimens. Heat-treatment of the specimens were performed at temperatures between 300℃ and 800℃ for 30 to 5,000 minutes. The recrystallization behavior were observed by means of polarized optical microscopy and TEM. Hardness were measurement by Micro-victors hardness tester. As the annealing time increased, the temperature region of hardness drop moved to lower, because the recovery and recrystallization could occur in lower temperature. The recrysatllization of cold-worked Zircaloy-4 alloys was completed between 500℃ and 600℃ for 60 min. The size of recrystallized grain visibly increased at 800℃ for above 600 min. The activation energy(Q) for recrystallization of Zircaloy-4 alloys was determined by the time for constant fraction technique and it was 253KJ/mo1.

      • 효소적 방법으로 제조된 키토산 올리고당의 첨가에 따른 김치의 숙성 및 저장 기간 연장에 관한 연구

        효소로 처리된 키토산 올리고당의 첨가에 의한 김치의 숙성 기간 연장 효과를 알아보기 위하여 배추김치에는 0.2-0.4%, 2일째에 0.4%를 첨가하여 20℃에서 10일간 관찰한 결과 0.2% 첨가시 대조군에 비해 2일, 0.4% 첨가시는 4일, 2일째에 0.4%를 첨가한 경우는 8일 이후로 연장 효과가 2-4배 있었으며, 0.4% 이상에서는 미생물 생육자체가 억제되므로 풍미 및 유기산의 생성을 고려할 때 2일째 첨가된 0.4%가 젖산균의 수는 어느정도 유지하면서 stationary phage를 연장시킴으로서 더 좋은 결과를 나타냈다. 갓 김치의 경우 0.1%-0.5% 첨가시 대조군에 비해 1.2-1.4배의 연장 효과가 있어서 배추 김치에 비해서는 낮은 효과를 나타냈다. 따라서, 효소로 처리된 키토산 올리고당의 첨가에 의해 배추 김치는 2-4배의 연장 효과, 갓김치는 1.2-1.4배의 연장 효과를 나타내어 미생물 증식 억제에 의한 김치의 숙성 및 저장 기간 연장 효과를 기대할 수 있었다. To prolong the fermenting and preservation period of Kimchi, chitosanoligosaccharide was prepared by chitosanase. Various concentrations of chitosanoligosaccharide were added into Chinese cabbage Kimchi and Gat Kimchi. Chinese cabbage Kimchi was formulated with various chitosanoligosaccharide concentrations(0.2-0.4%) and fermented at 20℃. And Gat Kimchi was prepared with various chitosanoligosaccharide(0.1-0.5%) concentrations during 26 days at 4℃. In this results, the fermentation period was increased 2-2.5 and 1.2-1.4 folds more than control(0% of chitosanoligosaccharide) for Chinese cabbage Kimchi and Gat Kimchi, respectively. Conclusively, adding of chitosanoligosaccharide into Kimchi significantly prolonged the fermentation and preservation period.
