Fitting the Nonlinear Systems Based on the Kernel Functions Through Recursive Search

Membership function identification is an important part of studying fuzzy control theory. Gaussian membership functions are widely used in the defuzzification processes, while the simple fuzzy processing reduces the dynamic characteristics of models. In order to reflect the dynamic performance of the nonlinear systems accurately, this paper introduces the idea of the multi-model control and fits a kernel function for the defuzzification processes by selecting the scheduling modes. Based on the gradient search, we present a least mean square (LMS) algorithm to solve the parameter estimation problem of the nonlinear systems. Considering the difficulty of determining the step sizes in the LMS algorithm, an overall stochastic gradient (O-SG) algorithm is deduced to obtain the optimal step size and estimate the unknown parameters. In order to improve the estimation accuracy, we introduce a forgetting factor into the O-SG algorithm to obtain the overall forgetting factor stochastic gradient (O-FFSG) algorithm. With the appropriate forgetting factors, the O-FFSG algorithm can effectively used for identifying the nonlinear systems. The performances of the proposed algorithms are tested by a numerical example.

PURPOSE : Under the normalization of the epidemic, in the current sports industry, the operation of stadiums with enormous investment is a major problem that needs to be solved urgently. Using literature, case analysis, expert interviews, field research, and other research methods, taking Wuhan Sports Center as an example, research finds that under the normalization of the epidemic. METHODS : 1. Epidemics lead to the uncertainty of the event; 2. The scale of the sports industry is limited and easily affected; 3. More complete policies at the national level; 4. The enthusiasm of people to participate in sports is even higher. Large-scale stadiums have questions bellow. RESULTS : 1. Multifunctional utilization needs to be strengthened; 2. Market-oriented operation needs to be improved; 3. Economic benefits are difficult to balance social benefits; 4. Domestic and foreign reputation needs to be improved. Suggested large-scale stadiums in terms of operation. CONCLUSIONS : 1. Expand the function of the stadium, create intelligent stadiums; 2. Promote the innovation of operating model, generate revenue through market flexibility; 3. Mitigate losses and improve multiple incomes to balance the benefits; 4. Relying on the urban characteristics to create a fashion sports experience center.
Intra-articular Injection of Chitosan-Based Supramolecular Hydrogel for Osteoarthritis Treatment

Background: Pain and cartilage destruction caused by osteoarthritis (OA) is a major challenge in clinical treatment. Traditional intra-articular injection of hyaluronic acid (HA) can relieve the disease, but limited by the difficulty of long-term maintenance of efficacy. Methods: In this study, an injectable and self-healing hydrogel was synthesized by in situ crosslinking of N-carboxyethyl chitosan (N-chitosan), adipic acid dihydrazide (ADH), and hyaluronic acid–aldehyde (HA-ALD). Results: This supramolecular hydrogel sustains good biocompatibility for chondrocytes. Intra-articular injection of this novel hydrogel can significantly alleviate the local inflammation microenvironment in knee joints, through inhibiting the inflammatory cytokines (such as TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-17) in the synovial fluid and cartilage at 2- and even 12-weeks post-injection. Histological and behavioral test indicated that hydrogel injection protected cartilage destruction and relieved pain in OA rats, in comparison to HA injection. Conclusion: This kind of novel hydrogel, which is superior to the traditional HA injection, reveals a great potential for the treatment of OA.
