This paper introduces a methodology for the power control of a wind turbine. A baseline control law are about variable speed variable pitch control of a MW-class wind turbine. For the baseline control, control strategy. and control algorithm in operation regions are introduced. The baseline control is applied to the power curve tracking control. And a numerical dynamic model of wind turbine was derived from simplified drive train model. And finally, simulation results using torque control and pitch control are discussed.

진동은 전력계통 내에 자연 진동과 강제진동의 형태로 존재하며, 강제진동은 자연 진동과 공진 현상으로 인해 더 큰 진동을 야기할 수 있어 전력계통에 불안정성을 초래할 수 잇다. 강제 진동은 전력시스템 외부의 입력에 의해 발생하므로 진동원 검출에 어려움이 존재 한다. 본 논문에서는 PMU가 설치된 계통에서 PMU data를 통해 기존 진동 검출 방법인 GFE(Geometric Feature Extraction) Method를 통해 진동원 검출방안을 제시한다.

This paper is presented a new structure of head lamp aiming which has a damper to prevent aiming changing problem caused by the vibration of vehicle. The damper absorbs vibration impact and helps to solve malfunctions due to tolerance among the parts related to aiming.

Due to the rapid progress in LED(Light Emitted Diode) light sources, Recently LED have been widely applied in automotive lighting devices. These facts make new applications in the field of automotive headlamp. In this study, an overview of trends of technology of LED headlamp were investigated and performed various experiments using LED headlamp. Photometric characteristics, 5 lx line of road surface, glare and emotional evaluation of LED headlamp were investigated using photometric equipment. The experimental results were compared with those of halogen and HID(high intensity discharge) lamp. Consequently, light distribution and beam width of LED headlamp were inferior to halogen and HID headlamp but LED headlamp with a luminance value camparable or slightly higher than halogen and HID headlamp will be produced in the near future.
