        임피던스 방법을 이용한 뇌혈류량 측정기기의 개발(Ⅰ)

        In this study, Rheoencephalography(REG) was designed and constructed. Using the constructed instrument cerebral blood flow(CBF) of left and right brain, CBF change by posture, and reproducibility were studied. Followings are important results. Relative CBF could be measured noninvasively and continuously. Since reproducibility of the constructed REG was found to be quite high (4 %), the accuracy of the instrument itself was proved. REG can be easily applied for testing the effect of drugs for the patients with cerebral vessel diseases since it is quite sensitive to the relative changes of CBF. Various cerebral diseases can be diagnosed by analyzing the REG waveforms. The area of restricted cerebral blood vessels can be located by arranging the electrode configuration. Comparative studies with the standard techniques of measuring CBF are needed to verify the accuracy of REG. Further studies on optimal electrode configuration and various artifacts are also necessary.

        뇌혈류 측정 기기의 개발

        In this paper, principles of Rheoencephalography(REG) was described and REG was designed and developed. Using the developed instrument, REG waveforms of the left and right brain, REG waveform changes by posture, were observed. It was found that REG waveforms could be observed noninvasively. REG can be easily applied for testing the effect of various drugs related to CBF(Cerebral blood flow) since it is quite senaitive to the relative changes of CBF. Various cerebral diseases can be diagnosed by analyzing the REG waveforms. The area of restricted cerebral blood vessels can be located by arranging the appropriate electrode configuration.

      • 초등학생들의 물질 개념에 관한 연구

        Over the past 20 years, research on students' conceptual development of science concepts has begun to inform educators about the roles that prior knowledge and experiences play in the development of conceptual understandings. Whereas many initial studies focused on identifying and cataloging naive of misconceptions, more recent research has focused on how student concept development research can inform teaching practice and curriculum design. In this study, we investigated children's (ages 11∼12) spontaneously constructed or naive understanding of the particulate nature of matter prior to any formal instruction in the domain. Thirty students were interviewed concerning their understanding of the macroscopic and microscopic properties of the states of matter(solid, liquid, and gas), as well as their macro/microscopic understanding of phase changes and dissolving. Children expressed ideas about states of matter which were categorized as macrocontinuous, macroparticulate, or microparticulate. Furthermore, a substantial number of the children provided explanations of properties and processes which were consistent with those beliefs. These children's beliefs about matter were not fully and consistently developed across the spectrum of substances from continuous solids to particulate solids to liquids to gases. We speculate that children first develop local frameworks particular to different classes of substances and then slowly expand these frameworks to include a wide range of substances and their properties as well as such processes as melting and freezing.

      • CATV 망에서의 고속 DATA 서비스를 위한 적정 셀 규모에 관한 연구

        Recently the surrounding of data communication industry has been changing through the rapid growth of the information technology, which has been sparked by the convergence of computer and optical fiber technology. This phenomenon requires broadband network to transmit video, audio and data at once. Multimedia and broadband services are provided widely over the Internet. The traditional telephone companies, CATV operators, and Internet service providers are all rushing to provide integrated services over their infra-structures. Among them, CATV seems to be the most promising from an economic perspective, because CATV infrastructure is already in place in a majority of homes and can deliver broadband service without requiring costly upgrade of the existing CATV systems. In this paper, analysis the problem of data services over CATV network, suggest size the proper cell for the high speed data services over CATV network.

        Non-invasive pulsed magnetic therapeutic equipment was not a pain and can be used to measure a brain, spine, bone or etc. By the production of stimulation coil was measured the action pontential of muscle. By using analog and digital convertor was received a data. Pulse wave form was 0.2~0.5msec on the specification of frequency, frequency was 0.5~60Hz. The total system composed of power supplier, pulse generator, current amplifier and magnetic coil part. The magnetic field was analogized correlation of infinite current of nervous system through the bio-living body. For futher study, it should be found at reduction of a noise artefact on the magnetic generation and design of coil and amplifier to be portable.

        This study was carried out evaluate medical equipment`s management of the general hospital in Seongnam. The purpose of this study was to choose the properly instrument by the effective medical equipment management. Questionaire survey method were used in this study. This results were summerized as follows : Firstly, The result of comparing in this area was present to evalulated normal data more than means of the grobal data. Secondly, medical equipment and articles of consumption management was expressed a few different in each hospital.

      • 술폰산나트륨기를 함유한 공중합폴리에스테르의 합성과 폴리피롤/공중합폴리에스테르 전도성복합체의 전기전도성

        The copolyesters containing sodiosufonate groups were systnesized from dimethyle terephthalate (DMT), 5-sodiosulfodimethyl isophthalate (DMS), and ethylene glycol (EG)with various DMS content. Polypyrrole/copolyester composites were prepared by polumerizing pyrrole through vapour phase absorption onto the copolyester films, The effect of ionic group content of copolyesters on the electrical conductivity of polypyrrole/copolyester composite was investigated. The conductivity of the composite films increased with the DMS content and showed maxima when the DMS content reched 10 mol%. The conductivity increased dramatically when DMS content was more than 5 mol% which was thought to be the critical composition for polypyrrole continuity.

      • ABR 트래픽에 대한 피드백제어 모델

        The Asynchornous transfer mode (ATM) can be efficiently used to transport apcket data services. The switching system will support voice and packet data service simultaneously from end to end applications. To guarantee the quality of service (QoS) of the offered services, a source rate to send packet data is needed to control the network overload condition. Most existing control algorithms are shown to provide the threshold-based feedback control technique. However, real-time voice calls can be dynamically connected and released during data services in the network. If the feedback control information delays, a quality of the serviced voice can be degraded due to a time delay between the source and the destination in the high speed link. An adaptive algorithm based on the optimal least mean square error technique is presented for the predictive feedback control techinique. This algorithm is used to attempt predicting a future buffer size from weight(slope) adaptation of unknown functions, which are used for feedback control. In this paper, we have presented simulation results, which are related to the effective use of the algorithm.

      • McCoy 세포에서 Chlamydia trachomatis의 병원성 인자에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 병원성 세균인 Chlamydia trachomatis(C. trachomatis)가 숙주세포에침습시 C. trachomatis의 병원성 인자와 C. trachomatis와 상호작용하는 숙주 세포막의 인자를 규명함으로써 숙주세포에 대한 감염율을 향상시켜 보다 향상된 진단 방법을 개발하기 위하여 수행하였다. C. trachomatis로 감염된 세포에서 기본소체의 막 단백질을 분리한 결과 각 혈청형의 39 kDa과 42 kDa에서 major outer membranes(MOMPs)이 관찰되었으며, 혈청형 E와 G의 MOMPs는 42.5 kDa으로 동일하였지만 혈청형 F, H, I, 그리고 K의 MOMPs는 각각 다르게 관찰되었다. C. trachomatis가 숙주세포로 침습시 관련된 병원성 인자에 대하여 조사하고자 단층세포로 배양된 배양용기에 C. trachomatis를 24, 48 그리고 73시간대별로 접종시켜 관찰한 결과 72시간의 MOMPs의 양이 가장 많이 증가하였으며 이 결과로 MOMPS이 C. trachomatis 병원성에 중요한 작용을 함을 확인할 수 있었다. C. trachomatis가 침습시 숙주세포의 막 단백질 변화양상을 관찰하기 위해 정상세포와 C. trachomatis로 1, 2, 3 그리고 4시간대별로 접종 시간을 달리한 숙주세포의 막 단백질을 분리한 결과 42 kDa의 단백질 양이 Chlamydia에 감염된 세포 내에서 증가됨을 관찰할 수 있었다. 이로 42 kDa의 막 단백질이 침습시 숙주세포 표면에 대한 수용체로서 작용함을 알 수 있었다. The present study was performed to analyze the pathogenic factors involved in the invasion process of Chlamydia trachomatis(C. trachomatis) into McCoy cells. In this study, elementary bodies(EBs) of C. trachomatis serotypes(E, F, G, H, I, K and LGV) could be isolated by the method of Percoll density gradient centrifugation and the pathogens of serotypes were also compared from whole-cell lysates by using sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel elelectrophoresis. All chlamydial serotypes showed a single predominant protein ranging from 39 to 42 kDa. The major outer membrane proteins(MOMPs) of the E and G serotypes had an identical molecular weight of 42.5 kDa. In contrast, the MOMPs of the F, H, I and K serotypes were showed different molecular weights of MOMPs. By immunoblotting with anti-MOMP antibody it was revealed that the quantify of MOMPs was time-dependently increased when McCoy cells were infected with Chlamydia for 24, 48 and 72 hr. These results indicated that MOMPs are closely related to chlamydial infection into the host cell.
