      • 게슈탈트 치료 사례를 통해 본 치료의 효과 및 의미 - 4단계 절차를 중심으로 -

        This dissertation is a preliminary study describing the characteristics and the process of Gestalt therapy cases, exploring the underlying meaning, and examining the effectiveness of Gestalt therapy. Deductive qualitative analysis was carried out on Gestalt therapy cases (5 cases (a total of 7 sessions: 4 demonstrations and 1 real life case)) using the 4 Stage Procedure Model developed by J. Kim(2015). The 4 Stage Procedure Model was used as the main framework for analysis and a specific coding system was also developed and used. The framework for analysis included 2 categories: therapist intervention and client response. Each case was divided into 4 stages -early stage, middle stage 1, middle stage 2, and late stage. Analysis was carried out for each stage and the results of various cases were collected, modified, and expanded. Analysis showed that among the total interaction units (628 total), meaningful interactions were 561, including silences and incongruous responses. Therefore, response rate was about 89%. The frequency of therapist interventions and client responses, and the content of the change process were examined in various ways. This study also sought to measure the effectiveness of the examined Gestalt therapy cases using a framework that included ‘Change in awareness level’ and ‘Change in relationality’. In this way, it was found that Gestalt therapy used the main characteristic intervention of ‘the use of awareness’ and the therapeutic attitude of dialogical relationship in sequence or simultaneously.

        확장된 기술수용모델을 통한 모바일 헬스케어 어플리케이션 이용의도 예측

        본 연구의 목적은 확장된 기술수용모형을 통해 모바일 헬스케어 어플리케이션의 수용의도를 예측하고, 지각된 사용용이성, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 유희성이 이용태도에 미치는 영향에 있어 스포츠관여도에 따라 차이가 있는지를 규명하는 것에 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 현재 모바일 헬스케어 어플리케이션을 이용해 본 경험이 있는 스포츠센터 사용자를 모집단으로 선정한 후에, 비확률 표본추출방법 중 편의표본추출법을 489부의 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집된 데이터를 토대로 본 연구의 목적 달성을 위해 수립된 연구가설에 대한 검증결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기술수용모형의 기본 핵심 변수인 지각된 사용용이성은 지각된 유용성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지각된 사용용이성을 제외한 지각된 유용성과 지각된 유희성은 이용태도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이용태도는 사용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 지각된 유용성은 사용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으나, 지각된 사용용이성은 사용의도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 지각된 유희성은 사용의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 지각된 사용용이성, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 유희성과 이용태도 사이에서 스포츠관여도는 조절하지 못하였다. 이처럼 본 연구는 건강 관련 어플리케이션에 대한 대중들의 관심은 높아지고 있으나, 이와 관련된 연구가 전무한 시점에서 관련 분야의 발전을 위한 학문적 의의 및 마케팅 시사점을 제공하고 있다. The purposes of this study were two-fold. Firstly, the main aim of this study was to predict intention to use mobile healthcare application applying extended Technology Acceptance Model. Another objective was determine if there is a moderating role of sport involvement in the relation between three predictors(perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived playfulness) and attitude toward using the application. Toward this end, a total of 500 participants who have ever experienced any kind of mobile health application was selected using convenient sampling metho. 489 usable data were utilized in the data analysis. Data analyses included frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, structural equation modeling and multi-group analysis with SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 22.0. The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, perceived usefulness had a significant effect on perceived ease of use. Secondly, both perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness had positive impact on attitude toward using the application, whereas perceived east of use did not. Thirdly, attitude toward using had a positive effect on intention to use the application. Fourthly, perceived usefulness affected intention to use the application; perceived ease of use did not affect intention to use, and perceived playfulness had a negative effect on intention to use. Lastly, the result of this study indicated that there was no moderating effect of sport involvement in the relation between three independent variables(perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived playfulness) and attitude toward using the application.

      • 게슈탈트 치료 사례에 대한 현상학적 체험 연구의 고찰

        In this paper, by considering the phenomenological experience research on Gestalt Therapy cases, I looked at the main link between the two. The phenomenological experience research as one of the qualitative research methods, it has with the emphasis on an individual's subjective experience and meaning that is formed in them. As a starting point is equally important in Gestalt therapy research. Detailed review procedure is as follows: I explained briefly typical access types of the qualitative research methods. Followed by an overview about exploring the area of the phenomenological method, the basic attitude and the phenomenological reduction. Later I have analyzed around a therapist intervention for Gestalt Therapy's two cases. Specifically, in the analysis process, I suggested therapist intervention, the client responses according to the principles of the phenomenological foundation, the diological relationship, field-theoretical perspective, experimental methodology, awareness and contact. Through this I have tried to show the therapeutic principles and how they are applied and implemented in the field. This will be checked indirectly availability of phenomenological experience research in Gestalt therapy.

        스포츠센터 제공 서비스품질이 이용만족과 재등록에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of perceived service quality on customer satisfaction and repeat inquiry for consumers using sports center and to suggest marketing strategy for customer satisfaction service for competitive management. This study was conducted to verify the relationship between the service quality provided by the sports center and the intention of re-registration. A total of 425 people, aged 55 to 65, were selected for each of the five sports facilities in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The data collection was conducted by a personal interview using a questionnaire. The questionnaire was prepared by self-administration. Using SPSS 20.0 statistical program, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were performed. Cronbach’s Alpha was used to test the reliability of the variables. Factor analysis was performed using the principal components analysis and the Varimax method. The results of this study are as follows: First, 20 evaluation scales of sports center service quality were developed. Second, it can be confirmed that the service quality of the sports center directly affects the service satisfaction as a leading variable of the service satisfaction, and that the service satisfaction directly affects the purchase intention.

        스크린 골프장의 제공 서비스 품질이 고객만족과 재구매의도 간의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality of screen golf on customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the structure of customers" selection attributes of screen golf courses and serve as mediating factors of customer satisfaction. This study is a questionnaire. From October 1 to 31, 2016, five researchers visited screen golf courses in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. 209 of the collected questionnaires were used for analysis. Cronbach"s a coefficient was used for reliability analysis. Regression analysis was conducted to analyze the effects of choice attributes on the use satisfaction and reuse intention, and the effect of satisfaction on reuse intention. As a result of analyzing the effect of optional attributes on customer satisfaction, reliability, price attribute, facility attribute, and realistic attribute have positive effects on customers" satisfaction using screen golf. As a result of analyzing the effect of optional attributes on repurchase intention, it is analyzed that reliability attribute, price attribute, facility attribute, and realistic attribute have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. And that customer satisfaction after purchase has a positive effect on repurchase intention.

        코로나 19 이후 의료사회복지사의 직무 변화와 대응 실태

        본 연구는 코로나 19 상황에서 의료사회복지사의 직무 변화와 현장의 대응 실태를 조사하고 지원 방향에 대한 의료사회복지사의 욕구를 파악하여 향후 대응방안 마련을 위한 기초 자료 제공을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 코로나 19 직무 변화, 서비스 제공 양상을 중심으로 한 의료사회복지실천 현장의 대응, 향후 의료사회복지계에 요구되는 노력으로 연구틀을 구성하였다. 개방형 질문과 폐쇄형 질문을 조합한 48개 문항의 설문을 구성하여 의료사회복지사를 대상으로 온라인설문조사를 진행하였다. 조사에 참여한 총 152명의 응답을 기술통계, ANOVA 분석을 통한 기관유형, 기관 소재 지역, 인력 규모에 따라 평균 비교하였고, 풍부하고 의미 있는 결과 도출을 위해 개방형 문항에 대한 응답을 내용 분석하였다. 연구결과, 코로나 19로 인해 기존에 수행해온 직무가 중단된 경우가 응답자의 86.2%, 기존과 달리 새롭게 부과된 직무가 있었던 경우가 응답자의 81.6%로 나타나 코로나 19가 의료사회복지사의 직무에 상당한 변화를 가져온 것으로 파악되었다. 특히 서비스 제공방식 측면에서 전화 상담, SNS 사용이 기존에 비해 증가한 것이 두드러진 현상으로 나타났다. 그중에서도 감염 고위험으로 인해 상당 기간 면회가 제한되었던 요양병원의 경우 화상상담 형태의 서비스가 유의미하게 증가한 것으로 확인되었다. 인력 규모가 4명 이상으로 어느 정도 인력자원이 확보된 기관에서 집단 화상상담 등의 비대면 서비스 제공을 유의미하게 많이 시도한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 향후 필요한 의료사회복지계의 노력으로 기관 내부의 협력과 지원, 의료사회복지사 개인의 디지털 역량 강화 순으로 높은 응답을 보였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 의료사회복지계의 대응방안 마련에 대한 논의와 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다. This study was conducted to provide basic data for future strategies by investigating job changes and responses of medical social workers on the COVID-19 situation and identifying medical social workers" needs for supporting directions. For this, the current study developed the questionnaire consisting of 48 items that combined open-ended and closed-ended questions, centered on three research frameworks: changes in job duties due to COVID-19, responses to social welfare practices in medical settings, and efforts required for the future of medical social welfare. A total of 152 medical social workers participated in the online survey. Descriptive and ANOVA analyses were used to further understand samples’ responses and explore mean differences by the type and location of institution, and the size of the workforce. Additionally, the content analysis was performed on the open-ended questions. Findings showed that 86.2% of the respondents indicated that there were things they should do as a medical social worker, but they couldn"t do that due to COVID-19. And 81.6% indicated that they had to do something that are not duties of a medical social worker. In terms of methods providing services, the most common responses to work changes of social workers in medical settings were phone counseling and the use of SNS also increased. In the case of nursing hospitals, where visits were restricted for a considerable period of time as a high-risk group for infection, individual video counseling services were significantly provided. In addition, it was confirmed that organizations with a relatively large number of social work team members (4 or more) provided more group video counseling services. Regarding the necessary efforts of the medical social welfare community, 95.5% of respondents responded that it is necessary to study methods of providing non-face-to-face services and discuss their applicability. Based on these results, strategies of social workers in medical settings were discussed and suggestions for follow-up studies were presented.

        골프 클럽 구매시 선택속성이 고객만족과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the empirical structure of the customer relationship Golf club head and select Properties satisfaction and customer loyalty. In order to achieve the object of this study was to investigate, using the questionnaire. Study area were investigated, 50 parts of Seoul and Gyeonggi-Do golf driving range. The final section 217 valid samples in accordance with the research methods and goals SPSS ver. 18.0 were analyzed using. Analysis of the impact of the golf club purchase selected property is customer satisfaction, AS management, price, clubs functionality, design influenced customer satisfaction. Golf club selection attribute analysis of the effects of the re-purchase intention, AS administration, club of the functional design showed that affect customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is analysis of the effects of the re-purchase intention, was analyzed to customer satisfaction that affects the re-purchase intention.

        소셜 빅데이터를 활용한 스포츠산업 지원 사업 수요분석

        본 연구는 소셜빅데이터 분석 방법을 활용하여 스포츠산업 관련 지원 사업에 대한 인식과 수요를 분석하는데, 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 ㈜더아이엠씨가 개발한 빅데이터 일괄처리 솔루션 `TextoM`을 활용하여 2015년 7월 1일부터 2016년 6월 30일까지 최근 1년간의 스포츠산업 글로벌화 지원 등을 포함한 10개의 스포츠산업 관련정책에 대한 소셜빅데이터를 인터넷 포털사이트(Naver)에서 수집하였다. 빅데이터의 수집대상 채널은 포털사이트인 네이버(Naver)의 뉴스, 블로그, 카페, 지식인과 웹을 포함하였고, 선정된 10개 정책(지원 사업)에 대한 VOC를 최대한 중복 및 누락 없이 수집하기 위해 정책 명칭 및 정책 관련 주요 단어들을 주요 키워드에 포함하여 총 991,387건의 데이터를 수집하였다. 본 연구에서는 빅데이터 분석 방법 중 텍스트마이닝, 감성분석, 의미연결망 분석을 이용하여 수집된 데이터를 기반으로 스포츠산업 지원 사업과 관련하여 동반출현 빈도가 높은 단어, 스포츠산업 지원 사업에 대한 긍·부정의 이미지, 동반 출현한 주요 키워드들 간의 관련성 등을 살펴보았다. 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 스포츠산업 지원 사업의 수요자들에 대한 인식 및 수요를 파악할 수 있었으며, 이에 대한 인사이트 및 정책 제언이 제시되었다. The purpose of this study was to understand demands for sport industry policies using social big data analysis. The big data solution, `TextoM` developed by `The IMC corporation` was used to achieve this purpose in this study. From July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016, social big data related to 10 sport industry policies such as research & development, fund of funds in the sport industry, financial support, and test and accreditation of sport goods and equipment were collected from news, blogs, cafes, Jisikin, and webpage of portal site Naver. In order to collect the voice of customer for 10 sport industry policies without duplication or omission as much as possible, policy names and main keywords of policies were used. As a result, a total of 991,387 data were collected. For data analysis, text mining, sentiment analysis, and semantic network analysis were used in this study to examine the high frequency of accompanying keywords in sport industry policies, the relevance of the main keywords that appeared together, and positive and negative images of the policies. Based on results of these analyses, the perceptions and demands of sport industry policy consumers were identified and insights and policy suggestions were presented.
