용융슬래그로부터 합성된 제올라이트 이용한 해수 중의 N, P 제거

This study examined, as the one way of using zeolite, the about the removal of ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus that cause the eutrophication occurred the adjoining seas.4A type zeolite was used as an adsorbent to remve NH_4-N, PO_4^3-P ion in the artificial seawater. Zeolite is more required than in the fiesh water, under the same conditions, in order to remove NH_4-N in the sea water. The lower the thickness of NH_4-N is in the early stage, the more Freundlich type equation the value of 1./n increases. In case of PO_4^3-P indicated that the removal efficiency was relatively independent of PO_4^3-P concentration. Freundlich parameter 1/n has the value nuder 2. So it shows that absorption is made with relatively ease.

Finite state machine is essential component in digital system. In this paper, we developed the state graphic editor and fuse map, JEDEC file generation algorithm for FSM circuit by using a PLD device and described state CHDL simulation language in order to get the test vector of a PAL device. Extracting state table from state graphic editor is used to input file for state CHDL complier to generate boolean equation.

Recently, small hydropower attracts attention because of its clean, renewable and abundant energy resources to develop. However, suitable turbine type is not determined yet in the range of small hydropower and it is necessary to study for the effective turbine type. Moreover, relatively high manufacturing cost by the complex structure of the turbine is the highest barrier for developing the small hydropower turbine. Therefore, a cross-flow turbine is adopted because of its simple structure and high possibility of applying to small hydropower. The purpose of this study is to examine the optimum configuration of nozzle shape to further optimize the cross-flow hydraulic turbine structure and to improve the performance. The results show that pressure on the runner blade in Stage 1 and velocity at nozzle outlet have close relation to the turbine performance.
PAL 합성을 위한 FSM 회로 설계 자동화에 관한 연구

Finite state machine are essential component in digital system. This paper describes a tool for designing finite state machine form its behavioral description and the automatic implementation of FSM using commercial PLD's Also, to improve designer effect, an algorithm for useful user interface - PIN MAP EDITOR, is presented. The results from CHDL FSM high level description can produce booleam function or truth table which is transformed into C - PALASM input file to implement the commercial PLD'S such as programmable array logic. It runs on MS-DOS pc-based system for user portability.
A High Performance Interleaved Bridgeless PFC for Nano-grid Systems

A high performance interleaved bridgeless boost power factor correction (PFC) rectifier operating under the critical current conduction mode (CrM) is proposed in this paper to improve the efficiency and system performance of various applications, such as nano-grid systems. By combining the interleaved technique with the bridgeless topology, the circuit contains two independent branches without rectifier diodes. The branches operate in interleaved mode for each respective half-line period. Moreover, when operating in CrM, all the power switches take on soft-switching, thereby reducing switching losses and raising system efficiency. In addition, the input current flows through a minimum amount of power devices. By employing a commercial PFC controller, an effective control scheme is used for the proposed circuit. The operating principle of the proposed circuit is presented, and the design considerations are also demonstrated. Simulations and experiments have been carried out to evaluate theoretical analysis and feasibility of the proposed circuit.
