        The purpose of this study is to determine the ageing mechanism of Mica/Epoxy composite material for large generator stator windings in order to estimate remaining life of generator. X-ray analysis is performed to investigate the position and structure of mica crystal in insulation materials. The phase change of aged and sound specimen under each atmosphere isn't observed. Surface analysis of insulation materials by optical microscope also show that the sound and aged specimen, sliding phenomenon by shear and thermal stress is observed both interface between mica and epoxy.

      • 유아교육기관의 통학버스 안전실태

        The purpose of this study is to understand general safety of school buses and safety education at early childhood education center, analyze teachers' awareness and needs for safety of a school bus, and present fundamental data for teachers to protect young children against possible incidents at a early childhood education center. To grasp the conditions of safety of a school bus, safety education, and teacher's awareness and needs for the bus, a survey was conducted with 171 teaches who got on a school bus to bring in and out young children at kindergartens and child care center in Seoul area. The results of this study were as follows: First, as for safety of a school bus at early childhood education centers, young children used a school bus to attend a center and many buses had 15 to 25 seats at most early childhood education centers (70.3%). In terms of school buses, they were good at being insured, yellow vehicles, emergency network, and teachers' boarding but were poor at children protection mark attachment, observance of the seating capacity, and wearing a safety belt. Only about a half (54.4%) were registered as children protection vehicles; thus, young children could hardly be protected by the children protection vehicles. After investigating home-coming guidance for young children using a school bus at an educational center, teachers led young children to parents in most cases, while parents came out to send and meet them in a half of the cases; therefore, parents are required to change their perception of young children's safety. It was found to take about one hour a day on average for teachers to get on a school bus to young children. Second, in terms of safety training for a school bus at early childhood education centers, most centers (60.8%) provided parents about once or twice a year with information on the use of school buses in the form of newsletter. While young children's safety training for a school bus provided during regular classes and in need of safety guide for attending the center, there were difficulties due to the lack of educational materials related to safety training for a school bus and the want of concerns by the centers. Third, as for teachers' awareness and needs for safety of a school bus, teachers thought of a school bus as the center as relatively safe; however, nearly a half of the teachers failed to know the provision of children protection vehicles and penalties.

        A major part of permanent way maintenance effort is justified by inadequacies in the track substructure and in particular in drainage conditions, which need to be put right across the entire network. In most cases nowadays, improvements of the substructure can be carried out on rail to a high standard of quality. However, this enrails substantial movements of meterial for the removal of spoil and provision of new material. In the future, recycling of old material on site, and use of geosynthetics, will be necessary to help considerably reduce this volume.

      • 정책 기반 QoS관리 구조

        현재 IP 네트워크는 최선형(best-effort) 서비스 모델에서 차등 서비스를 지원하는 네트워크로 옮겨가고 있다. 이러한 다양한 서비스 레벨을 지원하기 위하여 IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force)는 통합 서비스(IntServ) 구조와 차등 서비스(DiffServ) 구조를 제안하였다. 통합 서비스는 RSVP를 사용하여 각 흐름마다 보장된 서비스를 제공한다. 차등 서비스는 차등 서비스 수준을 각 트래픽 집합에 제공하는 것으로, 통합 서비스 구조의 RSVP를 사용해 각 흐름별 상태를 유지함으로 발생하는 규모성 문제를 피한다. 차등 서비스 네트워크상의 에지 라우터, 코어 라우터 그리고 서버 등을 각 장치별로 독립적으로 구성할 경우 동작의 일치성을 달성하기 힘들다. 따라서 본 논문은 정책 기반 QoS 관리 구조를 이용한 서비스 수락 제어를 제안하였다. 제안된 관리 구조는 IETF 정책 관리 구조를 사용함으로써 차등 서비스 네트워크에서의 QoS 관리 업무를 단순화 시킬 수 있다. 또한, 각각의 라우터들의 특정 PHB 값들을 다루는 방식과는 달리 사용자, 응용 서비스, 클래스 등으로 네트워크를 추상화하는 방식을 제공한다. 이러한 높은 수준의 네트워크 정책 관점은 QoS 관리를 단순화 시키는 이점을 제공한다. 더불어 차등 서비스 네트워크에서 RSVP를 구성하는 것과 유사한 메커니즘을 제공한다.

      • 보의 자유 및 강제진동의 비선형 해석

        Stepped beam with immovable ends for large amplitude of vibration including effects of both longitudinal displacement and inertia is investigated for free and forced vibration using finite element method. Modified harmonic force matrix is introduced for analysis of vibration with finite amplitude of the stepped beam under uniform harmonic loading and beam with nonuniform harmonic loading. Numerical examples of stepped beam with various support conditions are analysed for deflections and natural frequencies. Results show that the proposed method is valid and efficient.

        한국문학 연구의 미래

        This article discusses what directions Korean literary study must take in the 21st century. During the 20th century, for hundred years, Korean literature has been refered to as Joseon Literature under the Japanese colonial period. National Literature after independence, and Korean Literature in the past few decades. As the changes of name indicate Korean literary study followed different point of view according to the period. Currently, Korean Literary Study is facing a crisis along with the crisis of Liberal Arts Study. In order to revitalize the study of Korean Literature we must take two steps of measure. First of all, we have to intergrate Korean Linguistic and Korean Literature. Linguistic must be observed as form of literature but sofar it has been excluded from Literary Study. Secondly, we must reflect upon the socio-cultural background of each literary piece. Literary Study should not indulge in the study of specific piece of literature but must reveal the cultural code of its period that formulated such literature. I call such literary study, which combines both measures, pan-socio-cultural study. A productive future of Korean Literary Study lies in pan-socio-cultural study.

      • CBD으로 제작한 In:Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S/CdTe 태양전지의 전기적 특성에 관한 연구

        CdS thin films have been widely used a window material in heterojunction solar cells. In solar cell systems, where CdS thin films have been proved to be useful, partial substitution of Zn for Cd increases the optical window of the hetero-junction and also the diffusion potential. In this thesis, effects of the thickness of indium films and the annealing temperature on structural, optical and electrical properties of chemically deposited CdZnS films for the efficiency of the Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S/CdTe solar cells were investigated. Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S films were grown by chemical bath deposition (CBD), which is a very attractive method for low-cost and large-area solar cells. The open circuit voltage of Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S/CdTe solar cells increased due to reduced electron affinity difference between Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S and CdTe films. However, the conversion efficiency of Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S/CdTe solar cell decreased because of the higher series resistance(R_(s)) than CdS/CdTe solar cell. The series resistance and conversion efficiency of Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S/CdTe solar cell were improved by using indium-doped Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S films as window layer. Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S/CdTe solar cells fabricated with optimal conditions exhibited V_(oc)=630mV, J_(sc)=38.89mA/㎠ , FF=0.53, and η=13.2%

      • 철도널의 붕락분석과 보강공법 선정방법에 관한 연구

        After the completion of construction, tunnel structures require persistent maintenance and repair due to aging. Man made effects such as pressure on rock, infiltrated water, air pollution, defects during construction, and train loadings cause the load level on the tunnel increases and the resisting capacity decreases. Thus, to maintain the safety and durability of the tunnel, the cost for maintenance and repair should be increased. In this paper, the causes and classification system of collapse provided by the railroad network of the Deutsche National Railroad Corporation for selecting appropriate maintenance and repair methods are described. Also, the analysis for identifying accurate collapse reason and the research results for appropriate maintenance and repair methods are conducted via two field examples with different characteristics.

        This thesis present implementation of a WBI system for creativity development of the elementary school student in the training activity through web. A proposed system consists of made up a learner module and a manager module. The learner module helps the training activity for developing fluency, flexibility and originality, and the manager module helps and appraises the training activity of the learner. This WBI system is the embodiment of already established creativity development program on th Web. It is anticipated that this system is the model applying the advantage of the Internet to the education and training field in effectiveness.

      • 動的 構造解析을 爲한 Symbolic Manipulation Program 開發

        Recently Symbolic manipulation Programs are introduced consisting of various independent processors each having its own specific function. They allow User's to specify, by means of some symbolic manipulation, a combination of analytical steps to suit a specific problem. By combining of processors, a particular problem is solved. As they however can solve a single domain or static problem, it is necessary to provide a efficient program with capability of multi-domain dynamic analysis of structures. The scope of this study is to develop routines of Response spectra, Mode superposition and Direct time integration for dynamic analysis of structures. Therefore symbolic manipulation program can link the gab between the theory of mechanics in the class and the black bo package programs.
