      • 고진공내의 데칸용매하에서의 브롬화메틸이 니트로벤젠 및 톨루엔과의 착물형성에 관한 연구

        고진공내의 데칸용매하에서 브롬화메틸의 용해도를 8, 15, 25℃에서 니트로벤젠과 톨루엔이 존재할 때와 존재하지 않을 때의 두 경우에 대하여 각각 측정하여 보았다. 데칸용매에 니트로벤젠과 톨루엔이 존재할 때 브롬화메틸의 용해도가 존재하지 않을 때 보다 더 크고, 톨루엔과 브롬화메틸의 상호작용이 니트로벤젠과의 상호작용보다 더 강하게 작용한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 니트로벤젠과 톨루엔이 데칸용매내에서 존재할 때 브롬화메틸과 니트로벤젠 및 톨루엔이 각각 불안정한 complex를 형성한다고 생각되어 이 complex를 여러 경우의 비율로 가정하여 계산해 본 결과 1 : 1 complex를 형성한다고 생각되어 이 complex를 여러 경우의 비율로 가정하여 계산해 본 결과 1 : 1 complex를 형성한다고 보는 경우의 평형상수 K값이 비교적 일정한 값을 나타내었다. 그러므로 1 : 1 complex 즉 ??과 ??이 형성됨을 알았다. 또한 이 complex에 대한 표준엔탈피, 자유에너지 및 엔트로피 변화도 산출하였다. The solubilities of methyl bromide in decane on high vacuum were measured at 8℃, 15℃ and 25℃ in the presence and absence of nitrobenzene and toluene. When nitrobenzene and toluene exist in system individually, the solubilities of methyl bromide in the presence of nitrobenzene and toluene are greater than in the absence, and the interaction of methyl bromide with toluene is stronger than with nitrobenzene. In the presence of nitrobenzene and toluene, it could be thought that methyl bromide forms unstable complex with nitrobenzene and toluene. The complex was assumed in various ways and it was evaluated that the equilibrium constant K value was relatively constant under the assumption of 1 : 1 complex. Thus, 1 : 1 complexes, ?? and ??, are formed in the solution. Also, the change of standard enthalpy, free energy and entropy for the formation of the complex were calculated.

        1, 1-Dichloro-2, 3, 4, 5-tetraphenyl-l-silacyclopentadiene is synthesized from the reaction of diphenylacetylene with metal and tetrachlorosilane, where the optimal reaction conditions are also studied. From-the mass spectroscopic study of this 1,1-dichloro-2, 3, 4, 5-tetraphenyl-l-silacyclopentadiene the elimination of meta-stable dichlorosilylene species is confirmed.

        네트워크다이아그램 기법을 이용한 프로토타입 그린빌딩 환경성능 평가프로그램 구축 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the convenience, dearness and effectiveness of the rating system of the GB. This Green Building uses a rating system which includes a network-diagram; Sorensen-network as well as a Sequence-diagram. This study is consisted of a visualized work sheets that were divided into network-diagram, annual energy consumption, air pollution as well as LCC. It has technique of separated rating for the three departments that of the globe environment conservation, health and convenience, construction ability, as well as highest mark such as the object building's performance was which is not considered with non environmental damage level. This program aimed at establishing a weight given to input to default value and needs constant study for this program. Also this study established a inventory database for estimating air pollution quantity.

      • 근위 대퇴정을 이용한 대퇴 전자부 골절의 치료

        목 적 : 근위 대퇴정을 이용한 고령 환자의 대퇴전자간 골절의 치료결과에 대해 보고하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 : 2001년 4월부터 2002년 2월까지 대전자부에서 소전자에 이르는 횡선골절 및 소전자 주위 분쇄골절로 압박고 나사 고정이 용이하지 않은 전자간 골절, 일반적인 전자간 골절에 대해 근위 대퇴정을 사용해 치료한 80례 중 추시가 가능했던 71례를 대상으로 하였으며, 추시과정 중 골유합 시기, 대퇴경간각, 지연나사의 활강, 수술시간 및 출혈량, 술중 및 술후 합병증 수술시 주의사항을 조사하였다. 결 과 : 평균연령은 77.5세, 평균추시기간은 9개월이었다. Evans의 분류법으로 골절을 분류하여 안정성, 불안정성 골절은 30례, 41례였다. 평균 골 유합 시비는 13.8주였고, 대퇴경간각은 수술직후 131.9 ± 5.21˚, 129.9 ± 6.04˚ 였으며 평균지연나사의 활강은 4.21±4.13㎜였다. 수술시간은 평균 61분, 출혈량은 평균 0.67pint(134cc)였다. 술중 합병증으로는 정복 실패 1례, 원위고정나사 삽입시 피질골 골절 1례, drill bit 파손 1례가 있었으며, 술후 합병증으로는 대퇴 경간각 소실(5도이상) 12례, 경부골절의 발생이 2례, 지연나사의 관절내 돌출 1례였다. 결 론 : 대퇴골 전자부 골절의 치료로 근위 대퇴정은 정확한 삽입 위치, 삽입시의 조심스러운 확공, 지연나사의 연골하 골에 단단하게 고정시키는 등의 주의를 한다면 수술시간, 출혈량 감소 등의 술중 합병증을 줄이고, 견고한 내고정을 통한 조기 보행을 가능하게 하며, 좋은 골유합 등이 기대되므로, 특히 고령, 분쇄골절, 역행성 골절, 골다공증이 심한 경우에서 바람직한 수술방법으로 사료된다. Purpose : To evaluate the treatment results of geriatric intertochanteric fractures using a proximal femoral nail. Materials and Methods : From April 2001 to February 2002, 71 cases of the intertrochanteric fractures involving lesser trochanter, transverse or reverse oblique intertrochanteric fracture. We evaluated the bone union time, neck-shaft angle, lag screw sliding by follow up radiographs, operation time, blood loss and complications. Results : The average age was 77.5 years old, the mean duration of follow-up was 9 months and the mean duration of bone union was 13.8 weeks. The average neck-shaft angle on immediate postop. x-ray was 131.9 ± 5.21˚ and 129.9 ± 6.04˚ at last follow up and the average lag screw sliding was 4.21 ± 4.13㎜. The average operation time was 61 minutes and blood loss was 0.67 pints(134cc). Intraoperative complications were inadequate reduction in one case, difficulty in distal transfixing in one case and drill bit failure in one case and postoperative complications were loss of neck-shaft angle(more than 5 degree) in 12 cases, femur neck fracture in 2 cases and intraarticular cutting out of femur neck screw in one case. Conclusions : The use of the proximal femoral nail could be appropriate for the fixation of communited or reverse oblique intertrochanteric fracture in elderly, osteroporotic patients for early ambulation, preventing shortening and rotation deformity, and reducing operation time and blood loss.

      • Sm₂O₃doped CeO₂의 미분말 합성 및 소결특성

        10mol% Sm₂O₃ CeO₂fine powders were synthesized by the coprecipitation method and then their powder characteristics and sintering behavior were studied. The characterization of powders has been investigated using thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis for thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction for phase identification, Brunauer-Emmett-Teller, X-ray diffraction-line broadening and transmission electron microscopy for particle size and morphology determination. The sintering behavior were investigated by means of the sintering density measurements. The characteristics of powders prepared by the coprecipitaion method and their sintering behavior are discussed.

      • CeO₂에서의 Gd₂O₃및 Sm₂O₃첨가량변화에 따른 특성변화

        Sintering behavior and electrical properties of CeO₂system were investigated as a function of the amount of Gd₂O₃and Sm₂O₃addition. Doped CeO₂consisted of a homogeneous solid solution of the cubic fluorite structure within the amount of addition from 0 mol% to 15 mol%. Grain growth rate of Gd₂O₃doped CeO₂was much smaller than that of pure CeO₂, while densification rate considerably larger. Thus doped CeO₂showed a higher density than pure CeO₂. The electrical conductivity of ?? was increased up to x=0.1, however, with further increasing dopant concentrations, the magnitude of the conductivity was found to decrease remarkably. The ionic conductivity value obtained at 700℃ for 10 mol% Sm₂O₃doped CeO₂electrolyte was 4.6×??.

        컨테이너 터미널 ERP 시스템 구축 방안

        급속한 세계화로 터미널간의 경쟁이 치열해지면서 기존 시설의 효율적인 운영 및 관리가 터미널의 경쟁력과 생산성을 향상시키는 중요한 요소로 부각되고 있다. 하지만 우리나라 컨테이너 터미널은 양적 확장에 치중한 반면 관리와 운영의 효율성에 대해서는 다소 소홀히 해 왔다. 그리고 대부분의 컨테이너 터미널은 자사 운영시스템을 저문 업체에 의뢰하여 개발함으로써 컨테이너 터미널마다 상이한 시스템이 구축되어 시스템의 유지 보수비용이 많이 발생하고 있다. 최근 터미널 개발과 운영 자체가 사업화 되고 있기에 향후 터미널 운영시스템에 대한 수요는 증가할 것이다. 그래서 터미널마다 다른 운영시스템을 표준화하고 국제화한 ERP 형태의 통합 운영 시스템의 개발이 요구된다 하겠다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 주문형 방식에 의존하던 컨테이너 터미널 운영시스템의 고비용, 비 통합화, 개발기간의 장기화 등의 단점을 극복하기 위해 컨테이너 터미널 ERP 시스템이란 새로운 개념을 제안한다. 이 컨테이너 터미널 ERP 시스템은 통합된 운영시스템 구축, 개발기간의 단출, 개발비용의 절감, 쉬운 업그레이드를 가능하게 해 컨테이너 터미널의 글로벌 사업에 전략적 도구로써 역할을 하게 될 것으로 기대된다. The major characteristics of ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)are enterprise-wide system that covers all the business functions and information resources, integrated database, built-in best industry practice, packaged software and open architecture. ERP enables reduction of system development time, flexibility, standardization of workflow and effective business planning capability. ERP is mainly for manufacturing industry. However, the principles of ERP can also be applied to container terminal. We have clustered the workflow of container terminal, and analyzed the business process to generate the best workflow. The integrated database is designed to eliminate redundancy and keep integration. The core of ERP for container terminal is the planning facility such as berth planning and yard planning. The planning capability is very tightly coupled with data flow from client entities such as shipping companies. The ERP can handles the existing problems of container terminal operation that are mainly caused by lack of integration of whole of information resource in container terminal, ad-hoc and poor planning capability, disconnected and incorrect data from client companies. ERP approach not only van resolve the problems of container terminals but also promote adoption of information systems for container terminals in the world that have not yet implemented terminal operation systems.

      • PP/ZrO₂스펀본드 부직포의 웹특성에 대한 방사조건의 영향

        Icotactic polypropylene as the polymer matrix and ZrO₂(zirconium dioxide) as the additive were used to prepare PP/ZrO₂mixtures. From three different mixtures, the PP and PP/ZrO₂spunbond nonwovens were produced by suing the modified melt spinning system in our laboratory with different operating conditions, i.e., spinning temperature, auxiliary pressure and polymer throughput. In order to evaluate the effect of processing conditions on the spunbond nonwovens, the tensile properties, density and web weight of the PP and PP/ZrO₂spunbond nonwovens were investigated. The final diameters of PP and PP/ZrO₂fibers were examined to establish the optimum processing condition with respect to web properties. The results obtained in this study are as follows: (i) Final diameters of PP and PP/ZrO₂fibers in the spunbond nonwoven decreased up to about 70% with increasing the spinning temperature from 200℃ to 230℃. (ii) As the auxiliary air pressure increased up to 4kg/㎠, the breaking stress of PP and PP/ZrO₂ spunbond nonwovens increased. (iii) The density of PP and PP/ZrO₂spunbond nonwovens decreased as the throughput increased up to 1.05g/min/hole.

        네트워크-다이아그램기법을 이용한 그린빌딩 환경성능 평가방안에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this impact statement was improve to a method of rating and design for the environmental performance of the green building by that an analyze to the weighting point and the structure of the five rating tools: GBTool, LEED, BREEAM, Korean government's method, CAS BEE. For improve to the accuracy, convenience, effectiveness of the rating and design method from the result of analyzed five tools, this impact statement was suggestion followings; 1) Divided assessment and public announcement that 'Global environmental conservation department' and 'Health & convenience department' at assess and design to the environmental performance of the green building. 2) Using by modified Network-diagram method in the EIA method at assess and design to it. 3) Arrange each 25% of weighting points of energy consumption criteria and air pollution criteria according to above divided condition.
