국제화 경영이 기업 가치에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증 연구 : 중국기업의 개발비를 중심으로

본 연구는 2015년부터 2018년까지 중국의 상장 기업을 대상으로 고정 효과 분석모형을 사용하여 국제화와 기업 가치 및 혁신 사이의 관계에 대해 분석한 것이다. 분석에 사용된 연-기업은 2,216개이며, 이 중 제조업이 78.6%이다. 고정 효과 분석모형에 stata 14.0을 이용해 회귀분석을 실시했으며, 주요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 글로벌 다각화 정도와 기업 가치 사이에는 1% 유의수준에서 유의적인 양의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 기업의 국제화가 기업 가치를 향상시킬 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 즉, 국제화 경영을 하는 기업들은 각 지사 간 독립성이 있기 때문에 전체적인 학습능력을 향상시킬 수 있고, 또한 각 지사는 이윤 관련성이 적기 때문에 투자 위험도 분산된다는 것이다. 둘째, 기업의 혁신 능력은 국제화 경영과 기업 가치 사이의 관계에서 긍정적인 조절 역할을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 중국 기업이 국제화 경영과 함께 혁신 능력을 강화해야 한다는 것을 의미하는 것으로, 기업 혁신능력의 향상은 기업의 이윤능력 향상과 지속적인 이윤 획득에 유리하게 작용하기 때문이다. 국제화와 기업 가치와의 관계에 대해 실증 분석을 한 본 연구는 기업 가치를 더욱 높이는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다. 본 연구는 중국 기업의 국제화 경영과 기업 가치간의 관계를 연구하고, 중국 기업의 국제화에 실질적인 도움을 주고 참고가 될 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구결과가 중국 기업의 글로벌 다각화에 기여하여 중국이 선진국으로 발돋움하는데 도움을 줄 수 있기를 희망한다. Based on Chinese listed companies from 2015 to 2018, 2,216 cases of data were collected from Chinese listed companies, of which manufacturing accounted for 78.6%. This study analyzed the relationship between internationalization, firm value and innovation by using a fixed-effect analysis model and stata 14.0,which could provide some substantial help and references for the process of Chinese enterprises internationalization. The main analysis results are as follows. Firstly, at the 1% level, there is a unique positive relationship between the degree of global diversification and firm value, which means the internationalization of the enterprise can increase the firm value. Moreover, Internationalized companies can improve their overall learning skills because of different directions between branches, and investment risks are also differentiated because each branch has less profitability. Secondly, in the relationship between the international operation and firm value, the innovation capability of the firm plays a positive moderating role. This means that enterprises need to strengthen international operations and improve innovation capacity. Also, improving corporate innovation is beneficial to improving corporate profitability and to continuing profit recovery. This study made an empirical analysis of the relationship between internationalization and enterprise value. In summary, it is hoped this research can contribute to the global diversification of Chinese enterprises and help them join the ranks of developed countries.

RASAL1 Attenuates Gastric Carcinogenesis in Nude Mice by Blocking RAS/ERK Signaling

Recent studies have suggested that the RAS protein activator like-1 (RASAL1) functions as a tumor suppressor in vitro and may play an important role in the development of gastric cancer. However, whether or not RASAL1 suppresses tumor growth in vivo remains to be determined. In the present study, we investigated the role of RASAL1 in gastric carcinogenesis using an in vivo xenograft model. A lentiviral RASAL1 expression vector was constructed and utilized to transfect the human poorly differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma cell line, BGC-823. RASAL1 expression levels were verified by quantitative real-time RT-PCR and Western blotting analysis. Then, we established the nude mice xenograft model using BGC-823 cells either over-expressing RASAL1 or normal. After three weeks, the results showed that the over-expression of RASAL1 led to a significant reduction in both tumor volume and weight compared with the other two control groups. Furthermore, in xenograft tissues the increased expression of RASAL1 in BGC-823 cells caused decreased expression of p-ERK1/2, a downstream moleculein the RAS/RAF/MEK/ERK signal pathway. These findings demonstrated that the over-expression of RASAL1 could inhibit the growth of gastric cancer by inactivation of the RAS/RAF/MEK/ERK pathway in vivo. This study indicates that RASAL1 may attenuate gastric carcinogenesis.
