Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate correlation among sexual knowledge, attitude and Barriers to patient’s sexual health of nursing undergraduate students and to provide objective data to promote sexual health-care. Method: Using a descriptive correlation, 304 nursing undergraduate students were recruited through convenience random sampling from August 1st to December 20th, 2016. Data were analyzed using average, standard deviation, percentage, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson’s correlation and Multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 21.0 program. Results: The correlation between Sexual knowledge and Sexual attitude is statistically significant(r=.289, p<.01). As the level of sexual knowledge is higher, the sexual attitude is more open. And, Sexual knowledge(r=-.307,p<.01) and Sexual attitude(r=.180,p=.002) had a negative relationship with Barriers to patient’s sexual health. Also, Sexual knowledge was the greatest influencing factor on Barriers to patient’s sexual health. Conclusion: This study showed as the level of Sexual knowledge is higher, the Sexual attitude is more open. As the degree of Sexual knowledge is lower, the Sexual attitude is more conservative, and Barriers to patient’s sexual health is more higher. Also, Sexual knowledge is the most influential factor on Barriers to patient’s sexual health.
PLASMA SPRAY 법에 의한 ZrO₂TBC의 고온 내마모 특성에 관한 연구

Plasma Spray 법에 의해 제조된 YSZ/NiCrAlY, MSZ/NiCrAlY 2층, 3층구조 TBC에 대하여 고온 내마모 시험을 실시하였다. 400, 600, 800℃에서 12000Counts 시험한 결과 2층구조 보다는 3층구조가, MSZ 보다는 YSZ가 우수한 고온 내마모 물성을 나타내었다. MSZ의 상대적으로 떨어지는 내마모 물성은 자체의 기계적 성질 뿐만 아니라 Coating층 내에 보다 많이 형성된 공공에 의한 것으로 사료된다. 고온으로 올라갈수록 내마모 물성의 저하가 확연하였으며, 마모는 응착마모 거동을 나타내었다. Tribologycal characteristics at high temperature of YSZ/NiCrAlY, MSZ/NiCrAlY 2 or 3 layers TBC by Plasma Thermal Spray process is investigated. As the result of testing for 12000 counts at 400, 600, and 800℃, it drops off in wear characteristics at 600℃ than 400℃. The 3 layers coating and YSN/NiCrAlY is proved to be superior characteristics in high temperature tribology than 2 layers, MSZ. It is regarded that the more pores act on the wear characteristics of MSZ. All specimens is showed adhesive wear mode.
ZrO₂ Plasma Coating layer의 열충격 거동 및 접착력에 관한 연구

플라즈마로 용사된 지르코니아 코팅층에 대한 열충격 거동에 대해 연구하였다. 플라즈마 코팅층의 열충격 거동은 코팅층의 형태와 코팅층이 사용되는 온도, spray된 powder에 의해 영향을 받는 것이 확인되었다. 또한 코팅층 내에 존재하는 공공과 spray시 용융되지 않은 powder등이 열충격 거동에 많은 영향을 미쳤으며 코팅층의 수면과 복합층내의 금속성분의 산화와 NiCrAlY의 금속층의 산화와는 많은 연관관계가 있었다. Thermal shock behavior of plasma spayed zirconia coating layer were studied. The thermal shock behavior of plasma coating layer is affected by coating layer shape, temperature and sprayed powders. Also pores and not molten powders influence thermal shock behavior. There are many relations among the coating layer life and coating layer oxidation of metallic layer (NiCrAlY layer) and metallic element oxidation in the composite layer.
Micro/Meso부품 대응형 마이크로 기계가공시스템 기술 연구

This paper describes the design of micro machine tools system for mechanical machining of micro/meso scale mechanical parts. The micro machining systems such as μ-Late, μ-milling/drilling machine and μ-grinding machine are the basic elements constructing μ-factory which gains more attention recently because of increasing needs of micro and nano-parts in various industrial and medical area. A miniaturized 3-axis milling machine with VCM stage and air spindle and palm-top size micro-late are designed, and air bearing stage and stepwise linear motion system with PZT are studied for motion system. The micro cutting characteristics are investigated experimentally, and reconfigurable machine structures are also considered.

The design of a miniaturized air spindle system suspended a magnetic bearing is discussed in this paper. We designed and manufactured for the machine tool of micro factory system. The proposed spindle is consisted of air bearing unit for supporting both side of the radial and axial direction and a magnetic bearing unit for controlling in the radial direction. The used air bearing is aero-static type and the equipped magnetic bearing is a homo-polar type magnetic bearing which has 4 poles and 4 coils. This magnetic bearing is located in the top side of the spindle for improvement of damping of air spindle. The diameter and length of the spindle are 84mm and 112mm, respectively. We discussed the performance of an air bearing and a magnetic bearing in analytical and experimental approach.
