To everyone is clear, that no industry as tourism is valuable and effective with the maximum economic and cultural efficiency. Different countries have large components of tourism that considering them can spread and develop tourism industry. One of the most unique components is historical buildings and considering it will cause attracting tourism. It should be noted that in this regard, only the works can attract the tourism that their facades are properly rebuild. In this article we have tried to examine the role of restoration of these works on development of tourism industry; in order to analyze the interplay of restoration in tourism attraction and the impact of tourism attraction on the restoration of ancient sites.
Post earthquake performance monitoring of a typical highway overpass bridge

Bridges form crucial links in the transportation network especially in high seismic risk regions. This research aims to provide a quantitative methodology for post-earthquake performance evaluation of the bridges. The experimental portion of the research involved shake table tests of a 4-span bridge which was subjected to progressively increasing amplitudes of seismic motions recorded from the Northridge earthquake. As part of this project, a high resolution long gauge fiber optic displacement sensor was developed for post-seismic evaluation of damage in the columns of the bridge. The nonlinear finite element model was developed using Opensees program to simulate the response of the bridge and the abutments to the seismic loads. The model was modified to predict the bent displacements of the bridge commensurate with the measured bent displacements obtained from experimental analysis results. Following seismic events, the tangential stiffness matrix of the whole structure is reduced due to reduction in structural strength. The nonlinear static push over analysis using current damaged stiffness matrix provides the longitudinal and transverse ultimate capacities of the bridge. Capacity loss in the transverse and longitudinal directions following the seismic events was correlated to the maximum displacements of the deck recorded during the events.

In this paper, we generalize the concept of the energy of Seidel matrix S(G) which denoted by S<sup>α</sup>(G) and obtain some results related to this matrix. Also, we obtain an upper and lower bound for S<sup>α</sup>(G) related to all of graphs with |detS(G)| ≥ (n - 1); n ≥ 3.

Let X be a n-set and let A = [aij] be a $n {\times} n$ matrix for which $aij {\subseteq} X$, for $1 {\le} i,\;j {\le} n$. A is called a generalized Latin square on X, if the following conditions is satisfied: $U^n_{i=1}\;aij = X = U^n_{j=1}\;aij$. In this paper, we prove that every generalized Latin square has an orthogonal mate and introduce a Hv-structure on a set of generalized Latin squares. Finally, we prove that every generalized Latin square of order n, has a transversal set.

In this paper, we obtain the number of the minimal generalized permutations on a finite set. Also, we determine the minimal generalized permutations on a set X of cardinality less than or equal to 4.

Based on the prime graph of a finite simple group, its order is the product of its order components (see[4]). It is known that Suzuki-Ree groups [6], $PSL_2(q)$ [8] and $E_8(q)$ [7] are uniquely deternubed by their order components. In this paper we prove that the simple groups $A_p$ are also unipuely determined by their order components, where p and p-2 are primes.

Polymorphisms in the region of the interleukin IL-28 gene on chromosome 19 have been related with clearance of hepatitis C virus (HCV), a major human pathogen responsible for chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. About 3% of the world's population is infected with HCV. The long-term response to therapy is influenced by many host and viral factors, and recent evidence has indicated that some host genetic polymorphisms related to IL-28 are the most powerful predictors of virological response in patients with HCV. This study assessed frequency of the IL-28 polymorphism (rs8099917) in 50 patients (39 men and 11 women) with chronic hepatitis C using ZNA probe real time PCR new method. All patients were tested for genotype of HCV and the HCV viral load. In parallel, the levels of SGOT, SGPT and ALK enzymes were assessed. Treatment using Peg-interferon alpha with ribavirin was conducted for patients and subsequently samples were collected to detect any change in viral load or liver enzyme rates. The overall frequency of the TT allele is 74%, TG allele 20% and GG allele 6% and the percent of patients who had T allele was 84%. Clear reduction in viral load and liver enzymes was reported in patients with the T allele. Especially for genotype 1 which is relatively resistant to treatment, these alleles may have a role in this decline. In conclusion, we showed that IL-28 polymorphism rs8099917 strongly predicts virological response in HCV infection and that real-time PCR with Zip nucleic acid probes is a sensitive, specific and rapid detection method for detection of SNPs which will be essential for monitoring patients undergoing antiviral therapy.

Let G be a finite group and nse(G) be the set of numbers of elements of G of the same order. In this paper, we prove that the simple group $Sz(2^{2m+1})$, where $2^{2m+1}-1$ is a prime number, is uniquely determined by $nse(Sz(2^{2m+1}))$ and ${\mid}Sz(2^{2m+1}){\mid}$.

Tourism industry is one of the largest industries in the world that is a major source of economic and work in some countries. Tourism will cause people making acquaintance with cultures races tribes and tradition that will be a factor for exchanging and developing culture. Therefore developing tourism industry not only does a very influential effect on economy but also it has a great effect on cultural social and political factors. One of the stoppages in developing tourism which is budget causing most people paying heed to it. The reduction of incomes is relater with the reduction of quality of services which causes people avoid an inexpensive traveling. In this article we try to study travel budget by using Sustainable Architecture it has been tried to cut down expenses without reduction of quality.
