<P>Here, we report on a simple and high-rate oxidization method for producing solution-based compound mixtures of indium zinc oxide (IZO) and indium gallium zinc oxide (IGZO) metal-oxide semiconductors (MOS) for thin-film transistor (TFT) applications. One of the issues for solution-based MOS fabrication is how to sufficiently oxidize the precursor in order to achieve high performance. As the oxidation rate of solution processing is lower than vacuum-based deposition such as sputtering, devices using solution-processed MOS exhibit relatively poorer performance. Therefore, we propose a method to prepare the metal-oxide precursor upon exposure to saturated water vapor in a closed volume for increasing the oxidization efficiency without requiring additional oxidizing agent. We found that the hydroxide rate of the MOS film exposed to water vapor is lower than when unexposed (≤18%). Hence, we successfully fabricated oxide TFTs with high electron mobility (27.9 cm<SUP>2</SUP>/V·s) and established a rapid process (annealing at 400 °C for 5 min) that is much shorter than the conventional as-deposited long-duration annealing (at 400 °C for 1 h) whose corresponding mobility is even lower (19.2 cm<SUP>2</SUP>/V·s).</P><P><B>Graphic Abstract</B> <IMG SRC='http://pubs.acs.org/appl/literatum/publisher/achs/journals/content/aamick/2015/aamick.2015.7.issue-24/acsami.5b04374/production/images/medium/am-2015-04374j_0008.gif'></P><P><A href='http://pubs.acs.org/doi/suppl/10.1021/am5b04374'>ACS Electronic Supporting Info</A></P>

<B>Abstract</B><P>Lck-interacting adaptor protein/Rlk/Itk-binding protein (Lad/RIBP) was previously identified as an adaptor protein involved in TCR-mediated T-cell activation. To elucidate the functions of Lad further, we here performed yeast 2-hybrid screening using Lad as bait and discovered that the G protein β subunit (Gβ) is a Lad-binding partner. Since the most well-known G protein-coupled receptor in T cells is the chemokine receptor, we investigated whether Lad is involved in chemokine signaling. We found that, upon chemokine treatment, Lad associated with Gβ in Jurkat T cells. Furthermore, ectopic expression of dominant-negative Lad or the reduction of endogenous Lad expression by siRNA impaired the chemokine-induced migration of T cells, indicating that Lad is required for chemokine-induced T-cell migration. Subsequent investigation of the signaling pathways revealed that, in response to chemokine, Lad associated with the tyrosine kinases Lck and Zap-70 and that Lad was essential for the activation of Zap-70. Moreover, Lad was required for the chemokine-dependent tyrosine phosphorylation of focal adhesion molecules that included Pyk2 and paxillin. Taken together, these data show that, upon chemokine stimulation, Lad acts as an adaptor protein that links the G protein β subunit to the tyrosine kinases Lck and Zap-70, thereby mediating T-cell migration.</P>

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>To realize high-performance flexible perovskite solar cells (PSCs), electron selective layers (ESL) that can be processed at low temperatures are required. Here, we develop UV-assisted solution process to prepare highly compact Nb-doped TiO<SUB>2</SUB> (UV-Nb:TiO<SUB>2</SUB>) ESLs at low temperature (<50°C). Highly crystalline TiO<SUB>2</SUB> nanocrystals (NCs) stabilized with oleic acid are synthesized and the highly dispersed TiO<SUB>2</SUB> NCs solution is spin-coated, followed by UV treatment. The UV exposure induces photocatalytic removal of the organic ligands and spontaneous coalescence of the TiO<SUB>2</SUB> NCs, resulting in highly uniform and compact TiO<SUB>2</SUB> thin films. The UV-processed TiO<SUB>2</SUB> layer (UV-TiO<SUB>2</SUB>) shows higher transmittance and a better blocking effect, compared to a conventional TiO<SUB>2</SUB> layer (HT-TiO<SUB>2</SUB>) prepared by high temperature sintering process. Furthermore, Nb doping of the TiO<SUB>2</SUB> NCs improves the electrical conductivity and gives rise to a downward shift of the conduction band, enhancing the charge extraction. Thanks to the advantages, PSCs based on UV-Nb:TiO<SUB>2</SUB> ESLs show improved photovoltaic performances and less hysteresis, compared to the HT-TiO<SUB>2</SUB> ESL. The best-performing PSCs based on UV-Nb:TiO<SUB>2</SUB> ESL exhibit outstanding power conversion efficiencies of 19.57% and 16.01% for rigid and flexible substrates, respectively.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Low-temperature solution processed TiO<SUB>2</SUB> ESL is developed for high-performance PSCs. </LI> <LI> Nb doping of TiO<SUB>2</SUB> ESL improves photovoltaic performances of PSCs. </LI> <LI> Champion cells exhibit PCE of 19.57% for rigid and 16.01% for flexible substrates. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>
유아교사의 창의성에 대한 의미 해석과 접근에 대한 탐색 - H시 창의지성형 국공립 어린이집 교사를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 유아교사의 창의성에 대한 의미 해석과 접근에 대해 탐색하고자 H시 창의지성형 국공립 어린이집 만 3,4,5세 유아교사 총 11명을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰와 개별 심층 인터뷰를 실시하였으며, 자료수집 기간은 2016년 10월부터 2017년 2월까지 이루어졌다. 연구 결과, (1) 유아교사의 창의성에 대한 의미해석과 지각: 유아교사가 생각하는 창의성의 의미, 유아교사 자신의 창의성에 대한 지각, 창의성 교육에 대한 유아교사의 신념, 유아교사가 지각 하는 창의적인 유아. (2) 유아교사의 교수과정에서 창의성에 대한 접근 탐색: 교수과정에서의 창의성 접근 영역, 교수과정에서 창의성을 격려하는 요인과 방해하는 요인, 교수과정에서 창 의성에 관한 유아교사의 자긍심과 반성적 사고. (3) 교수과정에서 창의성에 관한 곤란한 상황 과 대처 경험: 소극적인 유아, 엉뚱한 반응의 유아, 허용과 제한의 모호함. (4) 누리과정에서의 창의성 경험: 누리과정에 반영된 창의성에 대한 경험, 창의성 접근을 위한 누리과정에 대한 바램. (5) 창의지성형 국공립 어린이집에서의 창의성 경험: 창의지성형에서의 창의성에 대한 긍정적 경험과 어려움, 창의성 접근을 위한 창의지성형에 대한 바램이 탐색되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 기초로 하여 유아교사의 창의성 교육에서 실제적으로 나아가야할 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. The purpose of this study is to explore the approach to creative teaching process and semantic analysis of preschool teachers’ creativity. For this study, group interviews of institution and individual in-depth interviews of 11 preschool teachers of creative and intellect preschool in ‘H’ City were conducted. Data -collecting period was from October, 2016 to February, 2017 and the data was analyzed. The results of this study are as follows : (1) In the part of the semantic analysis of preschool teachers’ creativity. (2) In the part of the approach to creative teaching process. (3) Difficult situations in the approach process. (4) About the Nuri-course and the creativity. (5) About the creative and intellect preschool in ‘H’ City. This study is to confirm how teachers understand the creativity and they approach creative teaching course. Based on this, this study has discovered the way to proceed in creativity teaching process.

소셜 미디어 기반의 커머스 플랫폼이 발전을 거듭하는 가운데 크라우드펀딩이 새로운 형태의 커머스 플랫폼으로 부상하고 있다. 크라우드펀딩은 기존 쇼핑이나 소셜 커머스와는 달리 본질적으로 투자 상품의 속성을 함께 가지고 있다는 점에서 부각된다. 이러한 특징은 분명히 인터넷으로 상품을 구매하는 소비자에게 새롭고 독특한 방식의 사용자 경험을 제공하고 있지만, 새로운 플랫폼에서 사용자가 어떠한 방식으로 행동하는지에 대한 연구는 충분하지 않다. 본 연구에서는 와디즈 리워드 프로젝트를 대상으로 총 3,003개의 프로젝트와 프로젝트에 참여한 서포터들의 네트워크 분석을 통해 크라우드펀딩 소비자들의 소비행동을 분석해보았다. 연구 결과, 자기결정성 이론(Self Determination Theory)에 따른 관계성(Relatedness), 자율성(Autonomy), 유능성(Competence)이 크라우드펀딩에서의 소비 행동에 영향을 주는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다.
